I ordered a pair of size 6 slippers and got a size 7. So I returned the item, placed another order, and still got the wrong size. After receiving the wrong item for the third time, they finally told me that size 6 has sold out. All i can say is that i'm truly disappointed and will never use Farfetch again.

Fart-fetch missed not one but TWO scheduled return pick up appointments... Surely they emailed, texted, or called me to let me know they'll be late or won't be coming AT ALL... So I won't have to have changed my schedules for the pick up for nothing, right?... NOPE! Not an email, not a text, not a call, nothing, not even afterward to apologize! I had to call in for tyem to find out THEY had missed BOTH... SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS with their customers! But the absolute WORST is getting an email telling me they've noticed that the return product is already on its way back to them... When it is stillbsitting in front of me awaiting pick up... WTF is going onat FART-FETCH? It's OUTRAFEOUS! How can I ever trust FART-FETCH ever againbafter that ridiculous lie?...
Placed an order on a Monday, paid for expedited shipping and when it hadn't shipped within the 2 day window I contacted FarFetch a few times for answers. I was first told it would be fulfilled and arrive in time, then the second time I was told that the representative had contacted the partner and that it had been picked and was waiting on the dock to ship (representative changed his answer twice within the conversation as to when it would ship). Then the third time I was told that it was waiting on the dock, couldn't be cancelled and that there was no way to immediately contact the partner (even though the previous representative had done) so a ticket was put in with the partner but I never heard back. Then the fourth time the representative was able to easily tell me that the order had not been processed due to the item likely not actually being available and that they could put in a request to cancel. Why weren't the other representatives able to tell me that? Why did each representative's story very? During multiple calls I was misled and told conflicting stories. They also charge your credit card the second you place your order, in my case the item wasn't even available but I was charged. They are basically holding onto my money and providing nothing in return plus they gave me the run around. I have never had this experience with other online retailers. Will not be ordering from them again, don't recommend.
I purchased a $495 (before taxes) Balmain shirt and received an empty sealed envelope. I immediately went back to the Fedex driver to show them the empty package and was asked to file a claim. Fedex redirects me to Farfetch. Now 2 weeks later I am told the case is closed - "

Both recorded weights were the same, which shows wasn't tampered with before or during delivery.

On ordering a garment I received a message telling me to contact FarFetch for any problems. I needed to return the garment (too small) and was given clear instructions for returning it. Reimbursement was made two days after DHL collection. I am impressed by the service.
I order 6 t-shirt with the final price to be over a thousand dollars. I was waiting for 6 different packages. The first 5 arrive everything perfect the last one. Got one me completely empty with one paper inside and that's it. I try to contact and pretty much they calling me liar. Thank god they drop off at my
Restaurant that I have cameras so I'm gonna make a video that literally they hand me the box few sec later I open it and it's empty. And we gonna have so solve this at the court I don't want bussines with scammers
The merchandise did not fit, sizes are not true to size, the quality is not what was expected from Off-White brand, really bad quality. The worse is that it couldn't be exchanged or returned because somewhere in the small letters said that sales were final. A total disaster! I am considering donating the items to the Goodwill or some other reliable company.

Unfortunately, it was too small, so I swiftly purchased the next size up.

Shipping really fast. The bag itself - Beautiful! Just packaging from the boutique sent didn't involve the original Saint Laurent box and packing which I hoped for, instead the boutiques own wrapping and box.

Disgusting service, think very hard about buying any item you have not tried on first as they are full of excuses as to why you cannot exchange or return it.
I'd expect a lot more from a business bearing in mind the amount of money I spent on my wife's anniversary present.
This was my first order with Farfetch. I ordered Saint Laurent sunglasses, and can tell that they have been used and worn, as there were scratches on the frames left and right side. I am just so utterly disappointed with Farfetch and the boutique that had sent my item because it was so carelessly packaged- no Farfetch logo sealed sticker like how I've seen other's when they get their order from them. It was as if they could hardly careless about sending this out. My first and last time ordering from them. If anyone is reading this and want that luxury feel of opening a high end item, I'd say your money is better spent somewhere else other than this place as it's a third party that outsources luxury items, yet you don't get that luxury feel when you get your item on hand when you order from here. Instead you'll just be disappointed. I didn't even bother trying to return this $#*! because I don't want to deal with a headache of sending something back in the hopes of me "possibly" not getting my money in return and at the same time I don't have my item. Just very very disappointed and underwhelmed from this place. All the good reviews are the rare occasions of when some of their associated boutiques are doing something right.
No words for just how horrible the customer care is.
1. hold time on the phone in excess of 45-60 minutes
2. Told they will call you back with information and no follow thru
3. Beyond difficult to have credit issued for item successfully returned within the time guidelines
4. The associate on the phone could not have been less interested in successfully removing the issue of credit issued finally had to file dispute with CC for the credit HORRIBLE! AVOID FARFETCH.
I don't typically take time to write reviews but this has to be reported as this company is not dealing only with authentic products. I was suspicious when all of a sudden a dress i was looking for became available and was sent to me straight from China. I was shocked when i saw the dress, the fabric and the stitching was horrible, and I have items from Twinset and know what quality to expect.
I returned it and according to tracking number the dress has arrived back long time ago but have not heard from the company.
Just go to your local luxury stores if you want to spend the money as it's becoming easier to be scammed these days

Missing out if you don't purchase!
I just bought some snickers and i was a bit disappointed to see how the package was brought to me. The whole box was destroyed and glued afterwards, and i supposed that this should not happen. Even the inside paper is broken. I completely understand that my be cases when the box is open for border, but still this was a real disappointment to receive the expensive snickers in this way!
Absolutely seamless transaction. Ordered and the order was processed and fulfilled almost instantaneously. Delivery to Australia from Europe in days seems miraculous with most businesses experiencing significant delays currently. Great work Farfetch!
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
