I always thought travel websites lacked quality customer care executives based on my past experiences. But recently, when I was booking my tickets from Momondo.com, and I was redirected to Faredepot.com, it turned out to be the opposite. When I decided to speak to the travel agent before completing the payment on the booking page, I was glad to have quality service provided and great recommendations from a down to earth person who understood my needs. To the woman who helped me, thank you so much. We need more people like you.
Though I had no urgency, I still wanted to purchase my tickets to Canada under my budget. It’s always good to save money. When my manager recommended I search on google, I found FareDepot.com. As I browsed the website I found it to be a decent travel site with all the usual things you see. I searched for a round trip ticket for 2 people and surprisingly, the tickets were very affordable in my budget compared to the other searches I did. I jumped on the deal and am glad I did.
Great prices and prompt service would make anyone a loyal customer. The same applies for me. My first booking with this website was when I booked my tickets to France, which was an urgent one. And I got my tickets to Europe within my budget. Now I have to travel to Turkey for a long family vacation. Though I am not in a hurry, I would love my tickets to be cheap. So I got it done through FareDepot.com for a second time now.
They cancelled my flight a day before my departure date but managed to charge my credit card. Safe to say I was dealing with scam artists.
I always thought booking tickets on urgency costs more... I spent a lot on gifts and for my airfare, let's just say my budget was limited. One of my friends suggested me to visit Skyscanner and was redirected to Faredepot. I'm happy with what I got. They are reasonable even when you're buying at the last minute. Anytime I am flying to Europe I will book my tickets from this website again if there are good deals like the one I got.
My budget was limited. On top of that I had to get my tickets on a short notice and had to look for discounts out there. I browsed online and found this website. Did a quick search and found good flight options. It was easy and the best thing is the price that was cheaper than a lot of other sites. They are affordable, even if you are doing an urgent booking like me. I am glad and will come back to this site again for flights to Asia!
Positive reviews here must all be fake. DON'T USE THESE FAREDEPOT. WARNING.
Terrible customer service. Simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They lure you in and make you pay for fares that aren't real and then scam you for more money when the fare "expires". This is a scam.

I had a budget to maintain for my last year annual family vacation. My wife suggested me to check out this website, and I did. I was stunned at the ticket prices and went ahead and booked six tickets for my family. I was not expecting this cheap pricing. It completely came within my budget. I am happy with this transaction and will come back again for another vacation.
I have received the most abysmal and unprofessional customer service from Faredepot.com. Not only will I lose hundreds of dollars on a cancelled international flight, but the lack of follow up and broken promises to respond to my calls and emails, is absolutely astounding. They have a customer service line that must be overwhelmed with volume/complaints because only 1 of my 12+ calls have ever been answered by a representative – the other calls go to a voicemail i. E. black hole of nothingness.
I travel internationally at least 4 times a year. I will NEVER book with faredepot again. I do not believe nor can I trust that they are equipped with the right resources or business ethics to assist their customers with basic queries. I will be advising all of my network – including my expat friends living overseas – to never use faredepot. I am confident I can source equally priced flights with far better service.
I cancelled a ticket, and they said they would charge $350 for the penalty fee. However, they ended up charging me for $550. They tried to cause the confusion to customers, then make them sign an authorization form for their fraudulent overcharge. Never again Faredepot. Can't believe this kind of scam business still existing in the U. S!
Please take my advice and do not book your flight with fared pot. The customer service is the worst in the industry. We are still fighting with them to recoup 3000$. For the mistake they made and demanding more money to fix their incompetence. PLEASE NEVER BOOK WITH FAREDEPOT.
I booked tickets and they gave me a connecting flight 2 and one half hours away from each other. It was impossible to connect so they charged another 1000 dollars to make changes Never again
I had to book tickets for a family trip to Manila. Since I had more tickets to book this time, I was looking for a site where I could get tickets for less. A friend of mine suggested me FareDepot.com and I browsed the website. I selected my tickets and the total price was much less than I had imagined it to be. It was too attractive to be booked instantaneously. I am coming back to this site again! It’s got great price.
I had heard about FareDepot.com from my friends. However, it was my first timer for a family tour. I was impressed with their price. Not just that. The entire process of selecting and finalizing the tickets happened in perfect order. I received regular notifications and follow-ups and there were no lapses from their side. I am visiting this website again. It’s got reliable service and a process in place!

I booked a flight with fare depot through kayak and they called to tell me that they had to take me out of the flight but I would be issued a full refund. Then they later called and told me that they made a mistake and were going to put me back on the flight but the flight was more expensive now. They said since it was their mistake, they would cover the difference but they had to recharge me before they refunded me.
Still waiting for my new flight confirmation... and my refund.
They are the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and don't.
I was planning to make quick week-end tour this time. It was month end and as a result I had to plan my tickets wisely, spending within my budget. Before booking with FareDepot, I hesitate a little bit due to the negative reviews but give it a try and booked an airline ticket on 04/01 round trip from MTL to LAX non stop flight which very affordable compares to others, the next day I called FareDepot to ask if a ticket has been issue? A representative name John was answered my call, he is very courteous and genuine, right away he sent me an email with ticket confirmation number along with airline whose assigned the ticket, with these information i have checked with airline and voila my name was there, i am very satisfied with FareDepot, i got very good fare for my ticket and very good services, what i ask more?
