My girlfriend and I were planning a weekend trip to New York. We had a budget in mind and wanted less priced tickets. My girlfriend suggested that we book our tickets from FareDepot.com as she had booked her tickets from this website earlier. I was surprised at the affordable ticket prices. Our New York flight tickets came within our estimated budget.
You know it is hard to find the best deals on airline moving to the same destination. And it is impossible to look through the seat availability of all the airlines at a time. But FareDepot gave me the scope to compare the price on tickets to Milan and book the best, so as not to hurt my budget. The website is great!

My experience with customer care department for online ticket booking was not favorable. But my experience with FareDepot.com changed my perception. I was booking my online tickets for Madrid and dialed in the customer care department for assistance. A young man named Alfred attended my call and listened to my questions and gently helped with the required data. I could easily complete my online ticket booking with complete ease.
I had to book my first international flight tickets to Milan, from India. My friend suggested me
FareDepot.com. I was a bit sceptical first whether I could get tickets that suit my budget. As I browsed through the website I was pleasantly surprised by the cheap tickets and deals. I completed by online booking as the ticket price was within my budget.
Since it was my first time online ticket booking from FareDepot.com, I wanted to act under proper guidelines. That’s why I decided to dial in the customer care department for help. I'm so disappointed. After emailing and calling them to change my flight date, it would cost me a lot more than just purchasing a whole new ticket. So I bought my ticket using skyscanner and it directed me to this site. It's cheap so I purchased it. It cost around $800.
Unfortunately things came up so I had to change my date. I called in and they said would cost me additional $425 to change. That includes $200 admin fee and the flight difference cost. I thought it was okay and made the change. I emailed them with my credit card info. Within 6 hrs later, I contacted them to cancel but they wouldn't and said its already issued. My date wasn't set and know I will need to change my date again. Buy I let it go and figured I just needed to pay $200 admin fee next time since I already paid for the flight difference.
I called them again for the changes and they said they would charge me an additional $900! Just to change a ONE WAY! It doesn't make sense since I saw cheaper online. So at this point, they said they can refund but I will only get around $400 back out of the $1225 I paid for. WTF. So I contacted the airline and they told me the ticket is not issued yet. I'm worried about this company... Not trust worthy.

They called my bank and tried to gain access to my account 'on my behalf'! Luckily my bank has blocked my card... No real company would ever do this - clearly a security breach!

Also, overcharge Credit cards.
