Garbage!

I called to see when they would ship the dirt bike after two days and they said it would ship out in three more days and arrive in 2 1/2 weeks. Plus they wanted to charge $100 to deliver to my state which nowhere does it say there is that extra fee especially during checkout! They have God Bless written everywhere but are the farthest thing from Christians. Very very rude on the phone and it will take 10 business days for a PayPal refund. STAY AWAY!

On March 21,2021 I had placed an order for 1 youth 4 wheeler and 2 commander 4 wheelers. When order was placed I was told 3 weeks for the Youth and 5 weeks for the other 2. After almost 5 weeks I called to inquire... was told they would send the youth one but would need to charge my card for all 3... done... stated would be a few weeks longer on the 2 adult ones... so I called again and they stated that they would have by June 1st... on June 3 rd I started trying to call and now their phones are busy line 24 hours a day. Sent emails and got the generic reply stating they received my message and would get back to me... still nothing... the only way I finally reached them was through messenger on FB... to which I am now told it will be another 5 weeks... I am now submitting for a refund as this has been ridiculous. And with ALL of this said... let me also say that the youth 4 wheeler had to have a new carburetor after not even 5 total hours of riding and just today, and please keep in mind this has not been rode on rough trails just our lawn... the metal that that attaches the seat to the frame over the rear axel... just broke... Now to wait and see how long to get a refund on the 2 I didn't receive. I will NEVER try this place again.

Purchased a kids kart in January 2021. Was delivered with defective seat belts and a cracked chain guard. Contacted the company and after LOTS of pestering were finally told that the parts would be covered but we would have to pay for shipping. Although confused and disappointed with that policy, we approved for the items to be shipped in early March (over a month after contacting them about defective parts). Parts have not been shipped and we have a go kart that is not useable now three months later after spending over $1600. They will not reply to emails, messages, phone calls. Completely ignored after our purchase.
BEWARE! If something is delivered broken they will make excuse and will NOT make it right. Our cart is a $1600 paperweight.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME

This company has by far the worst, most HORRENDOUS- customer service of all time. If you like being hung up on by the customer service rep, or like receiving no response from your service request after multiple attempts- all the while perfectly documenting your issue to the t and following their instructions then this company is for you. If you want to speak to a supervisor forget it bc they won't tell you. The main customer service rep who answers will hang up on you. She refused to provide me with any supervisors names of even her own name and hung up the phone on my twice. I revived a damaged bike caused by Shipping. I documented the shipping ticket but my writing was above the portion that they tore off and handed me back. So now they are claiming I didn't document the freight invoice when I actually did. I not only documented the freight invoice but I also emailed pictures and details of the damage within the specified time- which is 72 hours. And I'm still fighting with them. I sent 3 emails within 2-3 week time period and received ZERO responses. When I called in to discuss the lady tried to brush me aside and dismiss my displeasure by simply saying "she would let that service department know". I explained I don't accept that and wanted an explanation as to why I was receiving such poor customer service and wanted the name of a supervisor and was told I was not getting one and then she hung up the phone on me. I then called back and asked her for her name and she refused to GIVE ME HER NAME! And then hung up on me again! WOW. If you read their website it talks about their emphasis on customer service. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH WITH THESE PEOPLE. Absolutely deplorable. DO NOT BUY FEOM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Bought warranty and received ATV with issues

I bought a Tao Tforce for my sons birthday. It had issues with rear brake caliper. Jeff told me to grind down the brake pads to fix the issue. It had nothing to do with brake pads. He wouldn't help me but told me to pay for a part to fix. Horrible experience. My son hasn't been able to use the ATV in almost a year.

Horrible experience

This company is a sad representation of "family owned" and "faith based". We were lied to by every employee we talked to. We placed our order on 3/28 no reply or response or anything until 4/4 I contacted as to why I hadn't received an email or information in regards to my order. I was told because I needed to pay an EXTRA $184.77 in shipping even though it is advertised FREE SHIPPING. I paid the fee and was told that it was in stock and would be shipped within 1-3 days and the shipment driver will call me. It is now 4/16 no call from anyone, my order isn't processed and my son who has now been waiting 3 weeks for delivery has to start fresh with us purchasing elsewhere. STAY CLEAR! TO add insult to injury you cant cancel with a person you have to submit a ticket on line... who knows how long it will take to recieve our money back to be able to purchase a different one.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS

Customer support is zero. Free shipping consists of an access fee, a fuel surcharge, a residential delivery surcharge, and a liftgate surcharge that total almost $200. They do not provide you with a certificate of origin so you can title and register your scooter. Instead you must email them and ask for one, then wait 3-5 weeks for them to get off their asses and send you one. Meanwhile you have a vehicle that you cannot use. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they rfuse to let you speak with one.

Horrible company

Worst customer service. I had originally ordered a Vitacci mini hunter but they sent me a Kandi 60cc atv instead. They look the same but they are 2 different manufacturers, with 2 different prices. If they were "the same" it would not be an option to choose between the 2 of them and there wouldn't be different prices. After bringing this to there attention they basically told me to deal with it. Now only 4 months later the atv is broken and my 4 year old barely and hardly rides it to begin with. I take great care of my stuff but this thing is a POS. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from somewhere else. This company "offers" military discounts but has no problem screwing over there veterans to make a few extra bucks. Stay away.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... We ordered a go kart for our child's birthday. Their website stated it was ready to ship, I even called them just to confirm it would ship right away and make it in time for our child's birthday. Two day's after placing the order, we were still waiting for our follow up call that was suppose to happen within 2 day's. After we waited over 2 weeks, I decided to write them to get the status. A guy wrote back the next day stating Alley would be calling me the following day. The next day Alley called me to inform me that they sold my son's blue go kart by accident, and their next shipment would be in 3 weeks from now. Alley and her manager told me I wouldn't even get the go kart for smooth 6 weeks... I stated that wouldn't work and I was guaranteed this go kart would make it to us in this for our child's birthday, seeing that's the reason I chose this company. The owner said I can't miracle you a go kart and for me to shut up and quit rambling so she could talk. I told her that was very unprofessional and how ghetto she handles her business. She canceled my order without my consent and hung up on me. So, here i am... wow, what deceptive business practices. DON'T TRUST THEM! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL... THEY BORROW YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS, FREE OF INTEREST.

The company really acts as though they want your business, however once they make the sale you can forget about all the friendly nonsense. From the moment I took possesion of the 4 wheeler there were issues. Started with damaged box in which I took pictures, then mutiple scratches/gouges. They claimed it was normal to expect such damage. Not when I pay $1400 for something it isn't! Then there is the engine burning oil that they make you jump through hoops to do anything about. They carburator is absolute crap(which was to be expected) but its damn near impossible to get it tuned properly(it either idles too high or not at all). I can't get the front brakes to work correctly, I have run out of adjustment. To make a long story short, if you aren't close to them and you have problems, you are SOL. It's a chinese 4 wheeler and I was fully aware that there may be problems but my sons birthday was coming up soon and I took a chance because they were darn near the only ones with one in stock. I got burned... lesson learned. BTW, I am an auto mechanic of over 35 years, I know my way around engines and such. The point is, they should stand behind their products but they won't without an enormus hassle, if at all! Poor company to deal with... period.

We bought a 4 wheeler in September 2020 for our sons Christmas gift. The person we talked to said with Covid 6-8 weeks for delivery. Well 8 weeks rolled around and no contact what so ever. So we began the tiring, dreaded attempt to contact someone. There is no direct line you can actually talk to someone that works for the company. You have to submit a inquiry online and then supposedly someone will get back to you. Well weeks and weeks went by and no one would get back to us. We finally were given a update after 12 weeks of ordering that said Covid is causing more delays. The middle of November got here And still no contact with an actual person, I found a 1800 number online and called it thinking it was a number to a person who works there. Definitely not! Just someone who works out of there Home that has no information about the family go carts company and just tells you the only way to communicate was to submit an inquiry online. I bet I submitted 50 Inquiries online begging someone to call us. Never happened! The fourwheeler finally arrived on a December 20th! Sadly not even a month of having it we needed a part only they could get. We ordered the part first part of February and were told 2 weeks for delivery(yeah right)! Here it is almost the end of March and still no part. We have heard the people in warehouse have had funerals to go to and a winter storm in Texas has caused delays. They seem to have an excuse or maybe lie for their Christian company not being able to run a business properly. DO NOT ORDER from

ZERO customer service. This is a conn!

At first very friendly. Once you make the purchase, they become less and less helpful. Over a month since my purchase and still no paperwork to register my scooter. They use "COVID-19" as an excuse for anything. When you finally get a hold of them, they are dry and even rude. There are many companies selling the exact same thing; do not fall prey to these conns. Horrible service and you may never get to legally ride your purchase. Stay away!

Absolutely terrible!

Bought two apollo 125CC atvs, first of all shipping was months and was told a given time and they didnt come i ended up having to contact SALA there shipper myself and plan and demand a date. After getting the atvs, we put them together and my sons got to ride one of them ONE time and the bike lost all power had massive crank case pressure and apparently blew the head gasket... brand new one ride i was not expecting this. Now trying to get ahold of them you get a run around JEFF who i delt with never answers emails dayssss later. Then they say they have to contact supplier and here i am 4 weeks later still with a broken bike. Now took the other one i had out for round two and what would you know this one is WORSE then the first one not only left us stranded in the woods but about caught on fire from the heat this thing was putting off. More crankcase just blowing oil out of the breather, and clacking noise suspected another head gasket. Neither bike will start and my two sons are beyond upset. I will never reccomend them to anyone this has been a shi*** show! I am a business owner and would never leave a customer feeling the way i am feeling. Family go karts is a piece of work thats for sure

I agree that the salesman was friendly when buying the bike. However, customer service after my purchase has been completely non-existent. We bought a pit bike for our son for Christmas, after less than an hour on the motor the bike started pouring oil from the air filter. We paid extra for "premium tech support" which has been nothing short of a nightmare. The "tech support" is a guy emailing back and forth, providing no technical insight whatsoever. I even called customer service, where the woman got an attitude with me as I told her I was unsatisfied. This purchase is a huge regret.

Buyers beware!

Ordered a go kart for the kids for Christmas. I ordered it well in advance (1-2 days after thanksgiving) and I thought all was well. They didn't contact me until a week before Christmas to tell me that it wasn't going arrive by Christmas. Leaving me with no time for any other options. This company has horrible communication and horrible customer service. I will never order from them again!

Ordered a go kart for my daughters Christmas gift. Zero communication for 6 days after constant calls/emails asking if the order processed. On day 6 they wanted more $. I agreed to pay as long as it was assured to arrive by Christmas. They said yes. I called stocking on day 8 and they Said they didn't even have what I ordered but to just "wrap a picture of the gift" and it would come someday. From day 1 on the order I said please do not process is gift can't arrive by Christmas (they had 30 days). After stating they did not have what was ordered I said just return my payment. They charged 80$ for a return fee for a product they didn't even have. Bad communication, lots of lies and theft. Because I also used their electronic check scam I couldn't fight it outside of taking them to court.

I placed an order on 11/20/2020. I immediately called them and confirmed that they would be delivered by 12/21/20. Today is 01/20/2020, All I have received from Family Go Karts is excuses and the run-around. They have NO TRACKING info for my order and do not know when my 2 ATV's will be delivered. I am also told that I cannot talk with anyone regarding my order, all I can do is submit a request for tracking by sending them an email. Of which, I do not get a response back. This is unacceptable. These were Christmas gifts for my children and they understood that they may be late. However, at this point, the entire family is angry and disappointed in the unAmerican spirit within this company. I will never purchase from them again and would recommend that no one else does either!

They were quick and friendly to close the sale, but after that it was HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. For them to advertise themselves as a Christian company is a joke and a farse. I guess they have never heard "What would Jesus do?". I wanted to cancel the order, they would not do it, I was screamed at (by Jeff) hung up on (by the "receptionist" and by Jeff). Jeff would get on the phone and just scream and ramble and would not let me get a word in. So I would NEVER buy anything from them again and I would suggest you find another seller.

I ordered my daughter an atv a month and 6 days ago, I paid for it even the extra $69 that apparently had to be added for their "Free shipping " and after 2 weeks I called and the lady said it was a little slow because of corona but would still be here before christmas and now I am 3 days from christmas and still no atv. I have called and emailed and they say they have no idea when it will be here and I just need to wait. I said I only bought my daughter this atv for Christmas and she will be so upset come christmas morning without a gift. Their reply was wrap a picture and tell her she has to wait for it! I'm so upset, this is alot of money for someone to tell you they have no idea when your item will be here!
