I bought an atv for my son in august, I paid for 125cc received 119cc, it showed up with scratches and a cracked panel. The wheels wouldn't take any air because all the valve stems are bad. The atv would not stay running. I've emailed the company hundreds of times and first they want me to contact the service department for parts, which I did however after replying the first time they have stop responding. I now have an item that my son cannot use which I paid $1438 for. This company is absolutely terrible don't buy from them. I will be taking legal actions
CALIFORNIA was not legal for the bike I wanted BUT Maxine provided excellent Support. She did provide other Scooters, but out was not what I wanted. I will continue to watch what is available because she was very insightful and honest.
Notified them of my issues with the bike and I sent info as requested. No response since. Horrible!
I am happy with my ice bear moped 50 cc. It did arrive in a timely manner. It has a few body scratches as well as damaged windshield and a faulty seat. The customer service Dept. was always in contact with my emails. They sent a new seat and windshield with no charge. Gave me a refund on the minor body scratches. I would recommend them. Can't say enough of their professionalism and courtesy. I give them a 4.5 stars.
Customer service does not get back to you. Battery dies instantly. I contacted them over a week ago and never heard back from them. I purchased another bike from power sports max and these guys were great. We had a missing fender and power sports sent it out right away with extra body parts
Company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't have a phone number you can call even when requesting via the chat feature on the site that is clunky... Also, virus software goes crazy when visiting the site. Detects card stealing functionality. They could take your money and never ship your product forcing you to give up your money or cancel your order which will cost you a percentage of your order unless done within 24 hours via email where their email server rejects incoming emails! PROBABLY WISE TO RUN FOR THE HILLS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!
Love the trike once I made my own repairs to it! Customer service was a nightmare- unresponsive. Horrific

My wife and i purchased a spartan icebear 125 quad from MMM for my daughter for Christmas. We had it less than 2 weeks and the ignition went out on it. It took a bit over a month to get the part and we had dispute the original charge with our CC company before MMM would do anything about it. Then another month or so later the brakes go, completely toast. Next to go was the ball joint on the steering, I replaced this TWiCE! These repairs I did myself because there is no way I would wait until I heard from these people again. Well finally the A-arm joint broke, and try as I did, I was unable to find the right size part. I called MMM and told them the issue and they sent out the (wrong)part. I contacted them back to tell them that it wan't the right part, and now it's been close to 2 months and still no part. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THiS PLACE, they are a RIP OFF! $800, and my daughter got to ride maybe 3 months on this piece of garbage.
Mega motor madness has been great I've had no issues whatsoever the only thing that I recommend is that they detail their instructions little bit better but it's mostly common sense if you read the book that came with it you shouldn't have any problems it only took me 25 minutes to put it together out of the box me and my son who's 8 years old and very happy
Purchased a ice bear Malibu. The rear view mirrors are smashed the seat has a big tear in the front. The frame has deep scratches all over. The plastics are scratched. Poor communication with staffing they do not want to own up to there merchandise. Needless to say my lawyer will be getting involved. Do not recommend this company. Stay away
I have been buying scooters for years. Megamotormadness ships faster than its competitors. They have good customer service. They have the lowest prices. If you need a part, they will ship it to you. Do your research. Compare prices.
They ripped me off for $1200. Sent me a broken scooter and want me to pay for the parts to fix it. The warranty is not honored. Wish I could give negative stars.
I have been waiting for a title on my moped since December of 2020, It is now going into February and after countless emails still nothing. All i keep hearing is our title department is working on it, we will send our title department a message today and still nothing has happened. Im getting pretty frustrated because i cannot get a plate for my moped without it. Wish they would pull thier head out of thier rears and take care of this a. S.a. P
I purchased a 60cc bike for my grandson.
The bike arrived a week late from what was originally established.
I paid extra for assembly and inspection.
We've had the bike 30 days and it's broken down twice.
The sprocket came flying off in the first two weeks bringing the bike to a skidding halt while my grandson was riding.
Dangerous.
Two weeks later weak spark and the bike won't start.
The seller won't return my calls and all I get is lip service with no action through email.
No reputable brand name mechanics will work on the bike so I'm on my own.
This product is garbage I don't recommend buying it.

I purchased a 50cc dirt bike expecting a few hiccups along the way, what I didn't expect was it to fail first day due to an issue in the petcock of the carburetor. It took me a few weeks to diagnose and repair myself. They only had replied to me by the time I had finished fixing their mistake. They sold me a deffective bike and would not even give me a small reimbursement on my purchase for the trouble they caused. Avoid this company like the plague. You may get lucky and get a product that doesn't arrive broken but God forbid it does you will never receive proper assistance from them.
This company is much slower than they claim. Not inly that, plan on waiting a week before being able to register your order. Shipping takes 10 days not 5-7. MOS sheet hasn't even been shipped yet and I've had the scooter for two days now. They tried to get me to pay for expedited shipping after it taking them more than 10 days to send it out. If you want a bike in less than 2 months, find another company.
Got a 50cc for my 9yr old son. Perfect size for him. Nike look and runs great. Took about 10 mins to put together. And got the bike delivered 4 days after ordering.
Got my 5 year old a bike from this company had a few issues but they were quick to fix them! My 5 yr old loves riding this bike! And believe me he isnt easy on it either!

Without looking up your specific order, usually, once we receive your email requesting a refund, our team will review your request and if a refund is approved, our accounting department usually needs 1-2 business days to complete the refund process on our end. Then it goes through the system back to your bank or credit card company to complete their part and that time frame depends on the bank or credit card company's policies.
