I bought a 50ccholeshot for my daughter, she likes it very much. So far the engine has been great, starts by second pull and look of the bike is nice. Great price too.
This dirt bike has definitely gotten some use. Bought this for my sons 7th birthday as a starter bike and he rides it any chance he gets! We've gotten it's money worth already!
It was easy getting parts when David was there until they replaced him with Sarah. She is ridiculously slow at getting your parts. He'd get in touch with them while u was on the phone. Only she wants to do is e-mail e-mail e-mail. If David was still there I would have gave it a 5 star
However, customer service and product ordering can be problematic at times. They seem to be out of stock on items I wanted to reorder on. When I got my order in, the product was received within two weeks after the on-line order. I wanted to order two more after the grandchildren enjoyed the product so all can ride instead of taking turns but it's out of stock again and the upgraded version isn't available also.

Poor customer service.And Layaway is a big gimmick. Mega motors is still charging my account for a layaway I clearly stated i was not interested with. Doesnt answer calls. But will vastly answer your enails. Trust me. I wouldn't tell you wrong. This company isnt who you want to do business with...
This company don't do good don't buy from them you will be sorry you won't get your bike trust me it's not worth it i order my bike before they was out of stock was reddy to ship now they want me to wait till June 16
Bought the Syxmoto xyx 125cc pit bike from Mega Motor Madness. Ran one tank of fuel through it to get it broken in. Nice little pit bike at first. 2nd tank in... out in some dirt... getting comfy and lose speed but bike is at 3/4 throttle... gas it more... hear some metal on metal sound... back end wobbles... I stop and cannot believe what I'm seeing. Flat tire and about 4 spokes wrapped around each side of the axle. When we purchased, we were told to contact them for any parts. Called and called, emailed... no response. I'm left with a huge motorized paper weight. Went down today and spoke with Anthony and he said they are sold out and cannot get parts. Anthony told me the guy that helped us for Mega Motor Madness just left the business... walked away. I was talking with Anthony in the same garage as Ice Bear Powersports where we originally picked up the 125. They were shipping out quads, motorcycles, etc... It all seemed suspicious to me. Anthony said the TX store was out also and it will be at least another month before more motorcycles come in. Do not spend your money here... no parts available if something goes bad.
I just ordered Tao Tao galaxy and they won't even answer my call or text or email it's business hours and they recommend calling for more help and services but none I should've called but don't worry my lawyer is well compensated and he will handle them I only ask for more info on product I spent money on But I guess customer service is something your business can't do. A simple email/text/call with just an okay would allow me to change my review but you guys are allowing me to think your a scam and I bet the other people here is your accounts. But no need to fuss more about It for my lawyer will tear you apart, I'm an investor so I take risks allot and if you think imma allow myself to be scammed your wrong I'll spend all my earnings to take your company down no more bull$#*! prove to me you are not a scam then I'll be content. But if your willing to battle in court I'll see soon, expect a subpoena.
This company goes through another company called Icebear motorsports, these 2 companies are incompetent af! Order was delayed after paying for rush, then came badly assembled with a broken throttle twist grip, after paying for assembly, and testing. They still haven't gotten back to me for help with replacement parts! Stay away from this company! Go for FAMILYGOKARTS, or someone else, ANYONE ELSE! So much for my happy birthday present :(
I have been calling and emailing and texting this place for over a week now in regards to a ATV my husband ordered we have not received any confirmation any type of information on when it will be here and I can't reach anyone I'm starting to think this was a scam I will have my bank investigates I've also asked for a refund and no one has emailed me back
John, You promised me a few times my helmet, gloves, and goggles were being shipped and I would get a shipment confirmation number and I have not gotten anything since my order was paid two weeks ago. I have a safety course coming up soon i paid $365 for this course and I need all these things to attend it. Can you rush these or am I able to select from a different vendor source to expedite this faster? I got the scooter fairly quick. There are missing bolts. I purchased the pdi assembly and inspection. The unit stalled and failed to run properly. Also scratches on the inner frame. I replaced a faulty fuel line that was punctured and leaking fuel. I can't ride it too far without that helmet. I think I am being very graceful to pay to fix a unit with 1 mile on it but I am growing impatient. I paid over $1,100 for a $700 scooter because I wanted it shipped ready to go. Also the owners manual says the low oil light is suppossed to come on in the on position so u know its working and this wont come on at all and the tech guy dave says its no big deal if that isnt working its a "primative system". That should work as designed. Im starting to worry about my experience and entire purchase. I hope i have some better luck. Please let me know about my accessories and i can come back and re review the dealer and scooter in a few months and hope to give 5 stars. John is a nice gentleman too!
I recently purchased a Dirt bike for my son from Mega Motor Madness. It wasn't difficult to put together, thanks to my neighbor we got it done in less than 2 hours. I called Mega Motor Madness and they sent us videos and gave us some help over the phone which helped. The bike is pretty fast for what I paid for it and pretty durable. Sounds great too. I ordered it Monday night and got it by Thursday! I highly recommend the 125cc SYX Moto Whip as a good starter bike! I will definitely contact Mega Motor Madness when I'm ready to upgrade to a 140 or 200cc.
I have had my Icebear Q6 since February of 2019 and this thing SIPS the gas! I have only had to fill it up ONCE since i have had it, and I drive it almost every day. My Rankings are as follows: Value: 10 Storage: 9.5 ( only drawback is they need to include a drink holder in the design, LOL), Ease of handling: 10, Noise level when on the bike: 10 very quiet and you can have a normal conversation while sitting on it cranked up, Seat height: 10, and stabilty: 10. Brightness of lights: 10. Mega motor madness service people: 10, Just a honest review from a Very satisfied customer.

I have now bought two scooters from MegaMotorMadness. When I had a problem with the delivery carrier on my first purchase, customer service responded to my calls immediately and fixed the problem right away. My Icebear scooters worked right out of the crate. They're terrific to use, a pleasure to customize, and easy to service myself. I should have bought one years ago!
I have purchased two scooters from MegaMotorMadness over a two year period and am happy with my purchases. Customer Service handled my needs and I expect to buy again from them in the future. The first scooter I sold and received about the same price I paid even after using it for about a year!

Then it goes through the system back to your bank or credit card company to complete their part and that time frame depends on the bank or credit card company's policies.
