This company is a joke!

This company is a joke! Their customer service is an even bigger joke! Ordered an ATV for our sons for Christmas, ATV arrive, found the seat to be broke when installing the battery. Have been dealing with George in the "service department" and have received nothing but the run around. They requested pictures to be sent of the broken seat, which has been done 3 times. Needed the pictures so George can take it to "upper management" to get their approval to send out a new seat. Been getting the same response from George for 3 weeks now and still no seat or an answer. Also, the battery that was part of the purchase was junk, the charger that came with the purchase fried the battery. Took both the battery and charger to a motorcycle repair shop to have them tested and found that their 12 volt battery charger was charging the battery at 14.8 volts which boiled the battery. I purchased a new battery and charger at my own cost. Reality is, I have a $700 smoking pile of junk ATV sitting in my garage that my kids can't ride because they refuse to send a new seat and better yet they refuse to return calls and reply to emails. Never have seen such poor customer service from a company who claims on their site that they pride themselves on customer service. Wish I would not have ordered this ATV from Mega Motor Madness. Nothing good has come from them! Do yourself a favor and buy from somebody else!

I am amazed at how terrible of an experience this has been. Awful communication and customer service. They finally sent my order - after three weeks - and it was not assembled after paying the $200 extra. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Not happy at all

Not happy at all. Got motorcycle in box. Built it myself (the parts that needed to be built) but gas tank lock was broken upon receipt. I would have to take the whole seat apart myself to fix. I called and spoke to a guy who did try to be helpful, send a video that I didn't understand and when I called to complain that they should handle something that was broken they told me that I accepted the fact that I would have to fix defects if there were any. They would pay for parts but I had to get it fixed. Ended up having to pay $150 for a local shop to come pick it up and fix it. They had given me the name of their local dealer but after three tries at contacting them with never a call back I gave up. Better to pay a few extra dollars and buy locally so you don't have a problem.

The price here is much lower and items are all brand new. We decide to buy one to test the quality. When we received the order and ride it for a trial. We found it's so worth buying it. My son loves this atv very much. Your customer service is really good too, very helpful. We will buy ATVs here again in the near future. Thanks again.

Bought and payed for a trike june 18th,, it is now Oct 9th,, only 45 miles on it,, waited for parts took forever then the wrong ones shipped,, paid for full assembly only 18 missing parts and they refuse to refund the assemlby cost,, told me they will send the parts I can put them on my self,, the missing parts great excuse human mistake,, now I need a front right fender damaged in shipping sent pictures also confirmed by the trucking co,, yep they sent me a left rear fender,, once agin the excuse human mistake,, trike wont run the excuse in my area we have the wrong gas for that trike gums up the carb,, damn I live in a Big City not way out in no were land,, pass this info on to others who might want to buy from them,, I also found out there are no repair shops for thier brand Ice Bear your on your own,,

ATV was shipped in decent amount of time but it was stored in old rusty crate and had several scratches on ATV. Parts missing as well. Do not recommend. Very disappointed.

Hi Eric,

When customer receive unit that obtain scratches from shipment, we ask that photos be sent in so that we can promptly send out a replacement body. Did you inspect the unit before signing for it? We ask that customer's inspect unit and note any damages seen on the delivery receipt. I see that you have submitted a parts request to the parts department for some clamps. Give the parts department a bit of time to process your request and they will be contacting you.

I ordered two BMS Heritages. I ordered a replacement part of one of the scooters 2 days after arrival. Then, two months after delivery of the scooters, I needed a replacement carburetor on the same scooter. On April 25, I was advised the first part should arrive in 2 weeks. It is now July 30 and no parts, no return calls or emails. I'm really not impressed with the service.

I did a order on the website on May 22 14 and received the scooter on time, but without the paperwork for RMV procedures. Passed more than 2 months nobody called me or send a email about the paperwork. Nothing... When I called they say the paperwork has returned to them.:-/ So since that day, I just had so many chat conversations online with the attendants, phone calls and every day they say to me the paperwork will be send it today... has 1 month since the first conversation and NOTHING! I live in Massachusetts, I bought the scooter to enjoy the summer, but now, maybe I will be able enjoy it next year! SOOOO Angry right now... Never buy anything in this site or Store! I ordered just a helmet from this company. After 4 WEEKS I still hadn't gotten it so I called and asked what was going on. I hadn't received a phone call or e-mail or refund or anything. I work in customer service so I understand that things happen, stuff goes wrong, etc. The guy said the helmet had been returned to them because the box was damaged and he was going to send another one out that day, he was so sorry. He said I would get it in a week or less. I called back again 2 WEEKS later asking where it was and the girl on the phone said nothing had been sent out because they can't send a replacement until they receive the original, which has been at the post office for the entire time. This company doesn't care about its customers at all, and frankly would have kept my money and never given me a product. Essentially that's stealing my money. I asked for a full refund, we'll see how many weeks that takes to process. Seriously, stay away from this company.

We purchased a new 250cc Quad in April and within the first week of having it realized that the "kill switch" had to be disconnected or the unit would not run. We emailed the following day requesting a replacement switch be sent and received no response. A few days later we called regarding the title and asked about the email and the replacement switch. The call was directed to parts and the employee said he had it marked to order. A couple weeks passed and we called again to parts to be told it was not ordered, but they would do so that day. Another week went by and the same thing happened except we were told to check in two days when they heard from their vendor for the switch. We called again and were told that the switch was finally shipped. Now, two weeks later, several calls later and parts is always at lunch. I emailed again requesting status and was told the item was now back ordered. They blamed the mis-information on a change in employees. Each time we contact them about this small replacement part we just get a run-around. At this time the quad itself is lacking an important safety feature that needs corrected now!

I bought a madd dogg 150cc scooter back in march when first got scooter I had an egg in back tire took them over 3 weeks to get me new tire, I have yet to ride this scooter 5 days straight I have nothin but problems. Just 2 days ago was ridin home and exhaust studs snapped off in head, and there tellin me its not covered under warranty. Anyone lookin to buy this scooter is makin a big mistake you will nothin but problems and company will not cover aby warrantys and when you try and call them they will just pick up and hang up on you they won't put you in contact with a manager nothin so I guess spendin 1800 in a new scooter was pointless cause I'm bout ready to take this piece of $#*! to a lake and sink it.

This is a great site

This is a great site. I ordered and then found another site with a much cheaper ATV. Then found out the other site was cheaper because of the shipping charge. They responded quickly to e-mail and phone calls. The little Tarantula 110cc ATV is great for my 4 year old. It was also easy to assemble. Took me about an hour. Buy from these guys you will be happy in the end.

This is the worse purchase I have ever made online and in person. We were guaranteed delivery to our desired address with a lift truck. We had to pick the ATV up and the Hub. Then the promised gloves, goggles as helmet to be delivered before Christmas came sometime in Jan(after countless unanswered emails and calls) then I called with a question regarding a oil plug to not get a return call Day 1,2 and 3 and I finally called back and was told tech would call me back again, it never happened. I eventually figured issue out. Then the Carb started pouring gas and the batter bracket broke. I called 4 times and was told tech was busy, then he was out sick. I finally sent a email and was very upset and after taking it the shop and paying 90.00 for rebuilding carb and fixing bracket I get a call from the tech. I finally call and speak to John and he said I could quote him in reviews. He told me they usually have good customer service 10 months out of the year as they didn't call me for 10 days over helmet and gear. He stated the were closed a certain amount of days but my calls began 2 days prior to closing and 2 days after before I reached them. He said the don't call me back because not enough people on staff. Them I asked for a refund on carb since they wouldn't answer my calls or call me back and he said NO. The 4 wheeler isn't even a month old and it's issue after issue. I just left the shop again with another 60.00 bill because the Chain would not stay on. Finally the most upsetting thing was when John told me to call back if I needed them and I responded I probably wouldn't he laughed at my remark. I asked him if I could quote him for saying they usually have good customer service 10 months out of the year and for laughing at me and he said Yes. In my 46 years of living this is the poorest I've ever been treated and the hardest business to contact after the sale. Do not buy from them. They will turn their back on you. Thanks

Let me start by saying, I filed a fraud report with my credit card company. I ordered a 49cc dirt bike for my son for Christmas. Upon delivery, we tried to refuse the bike due to the excessive damage, however UPS would not take it back. Needless to say, we would not sign for the bike, but photographed everything. The notifications began! Every plastic part on the bike was cracked or completely damaged; photographed that too. The holes for the handle bars were not drilled, requiring us to have that fixed on our own due to the pressure of having it ready for Christmas day. Again, tried to notifiy the company by way of phone, e-mail and live chat. He rode the bike about four times before the engine seized. After multiple attempts to contact the company, we were told the engine manufacturer was aware of the problem; they have had a number of complaints regarding this issue. No one ever helped resolve the issue. Needless to say after repeated calls, emails, and live chat, I was forced to file a fraud report! Beware! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

WOW... Where do I start? I purchased two 125cc ATV four wheelers for my 5 yoa son and my 4 yoa daughter on Sept. Of this this year! They arrived about a week and a half later, not on the delivery day and I never received a call telling me they were not going to be there, so much for taking the day off, took the next day off to for TWO days off of work for these to arrived. They came stacked on on top of the other. The one on the bottom came damaged as the metal frame broke during shipping causing the top one to scrape the racks, cut the seat, scratch the plastic, damaged the front plastic tube gaurds, the head lights were mounted to the handle bars (CHEAP) not mounted as shown in the picture (inside the plastic), it was missing a pair of gloves that was ordered, I was missing nuts, washers and cotter pins to complete putting one of the machines together. When I called I was asked to send photos, I send 20 photos TWICE, and spoke with the same person TWICE who had NO CLUE. Finally asked to speak with the manager, LAUREN, explained my situation AFTER TWO months of getting no where. I have had the two machines for over two MONTHS, they haven't been started or ridden so my three month parts warranty is almost OVER! I was told by the manager that she would look into it and the parts manager would call me the next day... NO CALL... two weeks later I called again! Now I am unable to get in touch with the Manager as she is always BUSY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! The machines looked great as a DUST COLLECTOR... Maybe I will have parts by Christmas... Dear Santa PLEASE BRING THEM!

This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with an online company. I am sure as long as your item is running and working, you would be a happy customer. But look out if it doesn't work!
I purchased the Tarantula 110cc ATV in metallic burgundy for my 5yr old who was very excited to ride it when it arrived. This was back in August. The ATV has NEVER worked. Wouldn't even turn over. I have contacted the company several times. They have sent me parts, saying it's this or it's that. Nothing has ever worked. Then they sent me a wiring harness, which wasn't even for that model and wouldn't fit! Also - let's bring this into perspective - I am NOT a mechanic, so have no idea how to fit this. They suggested I take it to a mechanic, paying for their service out of my own money. I have continually asked to speak to a manager. They will not get them on the phone saying they are busy. This place is simply receives their supplies from China. Do not check them before they go out to the customer, and WILL NOT assist the customer if the item is a dud. It is now November, and I still have a broken ATV. I have basically thrown $620 down the drain, and I have a very disappointed 5 yr old. Potential buyers please BEWARE of this company!
