Please if you value your money and sanity do not do business with this company or trailmaster who has the product shipped in from China. Purchased 4 seat adult go cart. Assembled as per there instructions. Would not start. Contacted them and had to take multiple videos before they could figure out it was wired wrong. Finally got it fixed and drove to get inspected for licensing. On the way back the wiring went up in smoke. Contacted them and I had choice of returning in original packaging which was long gone or they would pay to have it fixed. After months of one sided communication I decided to have it re-wired at a cost of $346.00 Even with their gold extended warranty they will only cover $160.00 which I haven't seen yet. Just a warning their name is family go carts but they have no clue what family is. Photo of freight delivery. Total crooks

Quick delivery and impressed with the ATV for the price. Had a few questions and the service department answered the same day with an easy to follow response.
Customer service is horrible! Checkout was a breeze paid for everything with no issue. After we found out order has to be confirmed over phone at that time we were told we needed to pay an additional $50, the woman who called was very rude, had no patience, didn't want to clarify why they were asking for more money and said we will just cancel your order and hung up. Clearly they don't need the revenue from sales.
Do not buy from these people!
I ordered a quad from them and the next day canceled. Their site says no fees if canceled before processing. That's a lie! They tell you it doesn't process until they call you but I never got a call and the crooked owner made sure to take a bunch of money from me and call it a processing fee!
The owner is a complete pos! He's a thief and he's a liar
We had a longer wait then we were told. It was over 6 weeks. A week later then it was supposed to. When I called about the bike, we left messages but nobody would return our calls.
These people have the worst attitude &porriest Customer Service as I comes! I would never spend a dollar on these people! Each one of there phone people has a attitude and try to hang up the phone on you! I'm surprised there still on Bussiness
Kind of odd that you don't know what orders you have shipped and who is still waiting was told 4 to 6 weeks on 6/14/2020 starting to think you meant months
Purchsed the Apollo 500 volt electric ATV for Christmas 2019... quit after 2 months... electric motor no longer works. So can use it to keep the door open and that is about all. Time to save money for a real ATV.
I've been waiting a week to have someone help me resolve why a brand new motor scooter will not start. I've been asked to send a video of what is going on I did then was asked again, I shouldn't have to pay someone to look at it because the company is doing anything to help me.
I bought 2 quads for my daughters for Christmas and bought extended warranties. The boxes came missing bolts a week before Christmas. I had to run around finding bolts that would work so they could at least ride them. Customer service was a joke and everything has to be done by email. One of the quads motor froze up after less than 3 hrs on it. I have been on the phone trying to get help on top of 20+ emails and still nothing 7 months later and my daughters have not been able to ride it. They have been rude on the phone and not responding to messages and I even bought the optional extended warranty for $100 ea. Their customer service sucked before Covid and only using it so they can make more excuses now as to why they can't help you. Do not do business with these crooks!
Ordered two jeeps in December for my boys added a protection plan for services and service parts my boys tried to ride them the first day neither of the jeeps cranked. One had a dead battery ( after I changed the batteries like instructed) I replace the battery myself The other one wouldn't start tried over and over when it did start it begin to smoke I was fearful it would catch on fire contacted the company said it was my responsibility to repair the jeep. I asked for them to exchange it because I felt like it was faulty. Said it was my responsibility I will never refer them to anyone. Terrible customer service. Multiple email exchanges. And eventually was screamed out over the phone by customer rep. $5000 flush down the toilet!
Received my ATV almost a month later than ordered even though i added the so called "hot move." Once receiving it the headlights don't work. I have tried to contact them numerous times to fix it and they keep telling me its a ground issue. Everything is done by email which takes normally a week to respond. Come to find out on my own its the charging part of the ATV since my battery wont stay charged either. Still haven't heard back from them in 3 days. Its now July 16th and i received it on the 5th of June still no fix! I will never order from this company again and neither should you! Order elsewhere.
I ordered a Tao DBX-1 dirt bike a few weeks ago. I did receive the unit within 2 weeks of placing my order; however, when it arrived, the box was severely damaged. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the package. When I opened the box to begin the assembly process, I discovered my bike was damaged. The swing arm was damaged and the front fork plastics were damaged. I contacted them and informed them the unit was defective. They emailed me requesting I send them photos of the damage, so I did, but they never responded. I paid $1,200 for a damaged bike, and I'm stuck with it. See attached pics.
Received the product and it came broken, they told me hey you shouldn't complain you got it on sale. If you want it replaced they will cover it but your covering all shipping. It took 3 unanswered phone calls and multiple unanswered emails to even get that pathetic response. Save your money and go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE!
Arrived damaged, missing parts, stripped bolts "new" in package, paint or whatever they dip these in. Smeared, disconnected wires, no owners manual, no instructions or assembly book, paid extra for kit with extra oil, spark plug etc, did not receive. Have yet receive any help. Nothing but voicemail, and emails stating " ticket received", no return calls. This is a absolutely the worst purchase and experience with non-existent customer service I have ever had. They make it impossible to return this over rated, non functional merchandise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay extra and just go buy at local ATV store. Have tried for almost two weeks and have yet to hear a human voice.
No real surprises here. They called me twice to finalize shipping, but those were easy calls. I assembled the dirt bike myself, and it was about as hard as I expected. The dirt bike looks and performs great, and my son loves it. The only downside is that I now have a metal shipping frame to dispose of, and I had not counted on that. Otherwise, this has been a great experience, and I would definitely do it again.
They will take your money and send you an incomplete bike with broken parts and no way to ever get in contact with someone after you purchase they are not kind and will take your money and leave you with BIG PROBLEMS
Placed order had a couple of issues they were quick to respond but after receiving the quad and opening the grate it was the wrong color and shift gear knob was missing. I left 2 messages wanting to resolve this but as of now they have not returned calls or email
I placed an order for my son's ATV. The original color we ordered was not available. The owner emailed me and asked what my next choice was. I responded with my choice via email. I received the receipt and Tracking information with the wrong color. I emailed the owner within 5 minutes of receiving the tracking info and he is doing everything he can to dodge responsibility. I have it all in writing and he refuses to call me or answer the phone. I just received the tracking information and he is demanding that I take pictures of the box (that I don't have) and send them to him. Then he wants me to have the shipper send him the picture. This is his responsibility, his shipper ad he's trying to put this on me. I literally just want the right color, not a kidney! Something is just not right about this. Calling my bank and filing a fraud claim. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Answer: Not easy at all you call they say some one will get back to you. Never happen then I kept calling they tell me they fighting with the manufacture for parts for atv that worked twice

Answer: Stay AWAY... run run RUN. Don't shop here... you will regret ever doing business with this company and the affiliates! The "owner" Jay and the others are full of deceit. My item shipped in pieces when I discussed assembly with Jay. I called the company once the go- kart arrived in pieces and it's been a nightmare. Please save yourself the hassle. They are rude after your payment has been received. Just DONT shop here.
