So this sight may be a scam. The good thing is you pay through PayPal. Call them and ask to file a claim, then they deal with the company directly and the company has 10 days to respond and refund money on their own or PayPal does it.
I got mine back within 24 hours.
I purchased from Fairy Season when I saw an ad for them on Facebook. The clothing looked really pretty and affordable. I bought several items. I got them in a couple of weeks, but huge problem... their size XL might fit a 10 year old child... there was NO WAY that they'd fit an adult, even a regular small. Two of the items looked NOTHING like the photos... one was a knit scoop neck, long sweater. Guess what? It had a scoop neck, but it was actually a crop top - that would again, fit a 10 year old child.
I emailed customer service - told them that I got clothing for children, not an adult... and two of the items were no where close to what they were advertising on their webpage.
Their response? "Check with your post office". What? What has that got to do with your crappy clothing? I replied that I wanted to return the items and get a refund - NO REPLY... EVER.
Oh, and everything is labeled in Chinese, mailed directly from China. And when you open the package it has a funky odor. I'm not dead, so hopefully it wasn't toxic... but I'd NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
I ordered a shirt almost two months ago and still have not received it. I emailed customer service asking them what was going on and they said that it would be to me within 10-20 days. I waited. I then emailed them again after waiting a total of 18 days and still had't received it. They then told me it should be 3-5 days. I waited again and still nothing. I just emailed them again and now they are saying 10-25 days. I am so fed up with them and just want my money back.
This website is absolutely HORRIBLE. If you want to speak to a customer service representative, you can forget it. I've sent so many messages and can't get even one response. I want my money back in full, as I have hardly seen a single good review and I wish I'd of looked at their Facebook page first, as I did not see any reviews on the actual website. Asian sizes will absolutely not work for me, and two of the shirts are not even the colors I wanted, as the picture shows. I work hard for my money and this scam is ridiculous. SAME COMPANY AS VESSOS, they got in trouble and changed their name!
So far I have only received one item out of 6. The quality is so-so. Sleeves are a bit short... about 2.5 inches above my wrist... I pull my sleeves up a little so they don't look stupid. The product I'm talking about is the cotton camo shirt... size small.
As for my other items... it's been over a month and my stuff is still not here. I keep tabs on the tracking website. Some of my stuff sat in Chicago for a week.
Tracking numbers don't match items. I was waiting for a black shirt that was to be delivered sooner than anything else. I received my camo shirt instead. Tracking website said my camo shirt wasn't being located in China and to contact company.
Had I of known this is what was going to happen I would have never purchased and will never purchase again. Hopefully my other $68 worth of stuff is of good quality.
I ordered my stuff a month ago to be able to pack for a trip. Now I'm leaving tomorrow without my stuff. Not happy.
I ordered on 8/24, shipped 8/30 and its 9/30 never received item. During several email's it was 10-20 days then 10-25 days and we are at 30 and still no item. I will never order from this merchant again. I have asked for a refund we will see if that happens, thankfully I only spent $15.00

I ordered several items and when they finally arrived, I was beyond disappointed. If I would have known ahead of time that they are making their clothes in China and shipping from there also, I would have never ordered from them in the first place. Clothes were way smaller than stated size and the fabric was very poor quality. I would love to send it all back for a refund but no telling how long that would take. I will just donate it to someone who has no clothes. Lesson learned!
I got 2 dresses that were supposed to be plus sized. They said XL but they literally would only fit a small child. The fabric alone wasn't worth junk from the dollar store. Disgusted.
Nothing is the right size. I ordered 4 3x and all 4 of the shirts don't fit. They are like a medium and 3 lg. PLEASE BEWARE! SCAM!
Much like everyone else on here, I ordered 6 items from Fairyseason. Only 4 arrived. 2 of the items were severely damaged and 1 was the complete wrong size. One item was a hideous shirt that I didnt even order!
Their customer service is a joke. They will just keep running you around the bush, asking you to take photos, and look up reference numbers, hoping you will just give up on asking for a refund. Never mind the fact that they actually STOLE my money and didnt deliver me what I ordered!
PLEASE FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT IF THIS COMPANY SCAMMED YOU: I advise everyone on here to report this company. You can easily file an official complaint at https://www.econsumer.gov#crnt. If enough of us file they will have to open a report.
IF YOU PAID VIA PAYPAL: you can file an official dispute on their website, as part of their Resolution Centre. The company has a few days to respond to your dispute, and if there is no resolution, ie. If the company does not refund you, then you can escalate your dispute to a claim and Paypal will get involved. They will refund the money for you as well.
If you didnt pay via Paypal then your best bet is to call your credit card company.

I very seldom order online but happened to see a blouse I liked and ordered it for an up coming event that was scheduled for 9/10/16. I ordered on 8/27/16, paid for it to be expedited and still have not received the blouse. I have emailed the company and still have not received a response. I would have been better off just throwing my money out the window because that's exactly what I did by patronizing this business!
Ordered well over a month ago. Email says everything shipped in 3 separate shipments a month ago. Nothing! No response to emails. I will keep emailing them 3 times a day if I have to. Don't buy from them!
I like the pictures so tempting but then again so many of these in internet hmmm beware and do your research.
I ordered to tops in a medium, they are like xl size. There is no size on the top itself, just on the bag. Do not buy from them. I wish I would have researched before I lost my 40 dollars, thank goodness it wasn't more. Also material is very thin, cheap felling/looking.
I ordered 3 dresses and one top after reading the descriptions over and over again. When it arrived, the materials and descriptions are way off. It should says similar to picture... I can't wear them from a scale 1- 10 is best. It's zero. Deeply disappointed. A scam at its best and they will continue to rip ppl off.
Just recieved my order! After a month I ordered 2 shirts in a XL and apparently they think a 44 yr old should be the size of my 14 yr old daughter! Nothing fits! Will never order again ever!
So I got my 2 items, and the sweater was not gray, it was beige, it was way smaller than pic. It is snug, and thin, it fits me still. It's just weird, the hood on the sweater is way small, so I can make it work if I leave 2 buttons undone, overall I'm happy I received my stuff, but I wouldn't have bought them had I known.
Thank god I payed through PayPal who are now dealing with these criminals and will be getting me a refund. After buying a £100 of clothes more than 3 weeks ago... No delivery and parcel hasn't even been marked as shipped! Sent 3 emails to customer service and no response. So utterly disappointed and frustrated at the disgusting service I have received. Complete waste of time!
Clothes are poor poor quality. Don't purchase anything, it won't fit. Sizing is disproportionate, not wearable. They have a no return policy.
Anyone who has a dispute can file one with econsumer.gov

Answer: I guess in a sense you could say that. I received everything I ordered, but the quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing like what I believed I was ordering. And the shipping time was absolutely unacceptable being well over a month. I ordered in September and didn't receive until October.
Answer: If you ordered through PayPal, you can open a dispute. I waited 2 months for my orders from this horrible company. Once my PayPal dispute was in progress, they had 5 days to respond (which they didn't), and I got my money back on the 6th day.
Answer: It's a scam site, I highly doubt you will get your money back.
Answer: You will not get your order and even when you do, you will be extremely disappointed. I can't actually understand how this company is allowed to do business here. I was sent a broken, cheap looking purse and they WILL NOT refund. I've ordered from similar sites and have never had a problem.
Answer: I had ordered back in October and never received so I emailed I. November 11 only to be told I would recieve my items that week... i have yet to receive any of the items I ordered and they wont even reslond to my emails anymore.
Answer: Thats just it, they wont refund your money! They only wanted me to accept 15%of what i paid like it was my fault! When i saw china i said nope id probably spend mire on shipping than what i paid! NEVER AGAIN!
Answer: It takes months, I recommend disputing it with your bank to get your money back, IF you get it, its poor quality.
