I seen this ad on facebook and thought they had good prices. I ordered 3 items monday and paid for 3 day shipping hoping that i would have my stuff friday or saturday. I got an email from them wednesday saying only 1 item had been shipped and nothing saying where my other 2 are. I checked the ups site (where its supposed to ship from) and it said only the label had been created and that it wouldnt be here till Tuesday and if i wanted 3 day shipping i would have to pay another $3.50 for it even though i had already paid $9 for it through fairy season when i ordered everything. I messaged them on facebook asking why only one item had "shipped" yet on ups website it said only the label had been created for it and why i had to pay an extra $3.50 for 3 day shipping even though i paid $9 for it when i checked out. They sent me back a message with an email address and i sent the exact same message to it and here it is almost friday and i STILL havent got an email back from them. I was going through my facebook messages earlier and noticed not only did they not email me back they also blocked me on facebook. This isnt a private individual this is COMPANY that BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK FOR ASKING THEM A QUESTION ABOUT MY PACKAGE. Needless to say if i dont get my WHOLE order on tuesday i will be filing charges or whatever i can do to hopefully get this business shut down

I measured myself and ordered a size up, and everything is way off... like super small. The materials are cheap and chintzy, material does not look like the picture, now Im stuck with items that dont fit, i ordered a hoodie larger than nornal sok it woukd be comfy its a tee ahirt material if that itchy... sleeves too short and the bottom of the hoodie is so small and took 3 weeks to get here. Cheapest clothes ever made.
Boooooo do not order from here you have been warned.

I ordered 3 items from them on 10-13-16. I paid for the expedited shipping in the amount of $13.50 because 1 of the items was for Halloween. I received 1 item so far because it was shipped here in the states and it's way to small. The other 2 are STILL going through China customers and I already know they will be too small. What they don't tell you is their sizing is for Asian people even though their website says otherwise. I asked them to refund my shipping charge and they will not do it. I am just hoping once they get here my daughter can wear them, however the one for Halloween she will have to wait till next year. My advice is to really research companies that advertise on Facebook to see where they are located, this is the second time I have been burned by a China company!

I can see why most people writing these reviews are upset as Fairy Season has their website set up in a manner that is a little tricky (to say the least!). When I placed an order it wasn't clear that they are overseas so of course expected the shipment in a timely manner but when I looked deeper I realized it does state 60 days for free shipping. If anyone paid via PayPal I called and they will get you a refund as long as you request within 180 days... hope my order doesn't take that long... Haha! Ugh!

As many red flags I noticed while on their website, I should have known better! But I went with it anyways and now I'm here... another victim of their scam!
1. You can clearly tell they copy and paste the photos from other LEGIT companies
2. I actually saw a few photos on their website that I have ordered from another website
3. The price was too good to be true - *cough cough* KNOCK OFF!
4. After submitting payment - they say your shipment will arrive within 10 days but if you had free shipping - you cannot track your shipment - ummm... since when can you not track a package for something you've purchased!?
5. After my 10 day period - went to their website about FAQ on their shipping - AND WAALAA... should've known! This is clearly a SCAM because so many questions about shipping, tracking numbers, delivery times were on there - meaning, they get TOO many calls with these questions!
6. After becoming VERY suspicious of it all - I Googled reviews of this website and OF COURSE... others also went through the same thing and confirmed its a scam!
7. NEVER RECEIVED MY CLOTHES! Just like all these other victims below me!

CALL YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY AND FILE A DISPUTE!

I unfortunately didn't read reviews on the site until after I placed the order. However, it was the same day. I sent a report to paypal and to the site. They were not happy with me and suggested I email a different email address. I let them know I placed a complaint and a cancellation with paypal and they needed to cancel my order. I didn't back down and they did cancel and refund the order. There is hope for anyone who purchases and see reviews ASAP.

I want to be fair and say, they have it all laid out on their site regarding no return policy and the way the wording is, it's clear this is coming from another country. With that being said, the price you pay for the items is low, therefore, you can't expect Macy's quality; however, the top I ordered came in and it's every bit as pretty as the picture. Today is my first day wearing it and I've received a lot of compliments. The color in the picture was more a dark teal, and the top is more of a navy blue but still very pretty (note the descriptions said blue not teal) So I got as described. Over all, I'm happy with my purchase. It took about 2.5 weeks to receive which wasn't bad. Especially since it was free shipping. The only downside was that their 2X is more like a Large or small XL. I read the reviews first and so I ordered the larger of the sizes. I have a 40 DD bra size and the 2X fits just right.
