I wish I would have read your review first. I ordered a few items from the FairySeason site. The next day I noticed an email confirming that I had place two orders... one for the few products that I actually ordered and a second one confirming that I had placed $700! Apparently, the site used my information from my actual order and placed a second order on my behalf! I called my bank and placed a hold on the cc monies and explained what happened. What happened next? I received emails stating that my order (s) had shipped! I tried emailing and calling the company to stop all of the orders but got no where and to this day... have had no response. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are actually located in China. Pretty shady taking my ordering information and helping themselves to making another order for $700 on my credit card. BEWARE! I would rate them as a MINUS -2000!

I ordered a few things off this site. First order - great. The shirts fit and the swimwear was great - it fit fine and washed really well. Second order - total piece of crap. I ordered 3 items. 2 play suits and 1 dress. The play suits look so bad and the dress wouldn't fit my 11 year old sister! They are all larges but the size is different in each one. Thank god I bought the cheapest stuff. I will never ever shop there again. Total scam and a waste of money. Poorest made clothes I've ever seen - worse than the ones you can buy from market stalls in dodgy town markets.

Don't order anything from this company! Where do I begin? When I ordered I paid extra to get my order within a week. It took 2 weeks. Once I got the shirts the quality was so cheap and didn't look the way the website looked. When emailing them it takes days, sometimes a week to respond. After going back and forth they finally said I could return the shirts, but they want you to pay for it to go back to CHINA, and they want a tracking #. I paid $20 as it was for it to get there 7-10 days. It's been over 3 weeks since shipped and they're still not aknowleding they have my return. They wanted it to go priority so it'd have a tracking#. I wasn't going to pay $40-50 to send back. They keep asking me for a tracking #. Told them I don't have. So frustrating! I hate this company!

I ordered 3 shirts. When they arrived one had 4 holes in it, one was so small, and I went of the measurements chart and the third was barely passable on quality. I emailed the company and sent photos and all I got back was 'am I able to keep them and they will refund me 10% of what I paid. If I would like to purchase the shirts again they will give me an 8% discount' 1. I can't wear one of the shirts because it has holes in it and one shirt is so small it doesn't even fit my 11 year old daughter. So refunding only 10% is a joke when they can not be worn. 2. Why the hell would I want to order from a company again when the service is $#*! and the quality is that poor. I emailed them over a week ago and told them I was not happy with these options and of course I have had no reply so I emailed them again yesterday and still no reply. I even took to their Facebook page and put up a post warning others not to buy from this company and it was taken down and now I have been blocked on commenting on their page. What can be done about this company?

I placed my first order and seven weeks later, I still had not received my order. I placed a second order and it arrived in 10 days! The clothes (if you can call them that) are AWFUL - they look like they have been sewn by a seven year old in a Chinese sweat shop! Seriously - they are all the same size on the packages, but half of them do not go over my head! I am a size 2 AND THE STITCHING IS POORLY DONE! None of them have tags - and they are all made of the same thin very cheap shiny polyester material! I have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals office, both of my banking institutions, the BBB, Paypal and international agencies who govern fraudulent misrepresentation and false advertising. I have placed a Facebook comment on their ads and sent it to everyone I know warning against their fraudulent activities. I can't get a straight response from them - jut redundant sorry sorry sorry emails. DON'T DON'T DON'T FALL PREY TO THIS SCAM! Girls, warn everyone you know about this terrible company!

Hi ladies, I know why you're here. You're either ready to place a order on what seems to be a too-good-to-be-true website with incredible prices and an awesome fashion catalog, and you want to make sure it's legit... or (which I truly hope it's not the case) you've already placed your order and you're wondering if maybe you should've lit your dollar bills on fire instead, for entertainment purposes. But, I get it... I make this mistake over and over again whenever one of these websites pops up, or they change their name because of whatever legal reason. It's so tempting. Their prices are so low, and the pictures look so good. Plus, businesses can't sell something that they are unable to deliver? Right? Wrong.
These people will not only send just half your order, along with some crap you didn't order and would never wear, but their size chart is all messed up, and the quality is TERRIBLE. No return options, emails ignored, items missing, no tags on clothes (¿?). If you haven't ordered yet, I kindly suggest you find a legit website with a real clothing brand, with proper sizing and return options, as you will spend maybe 20% more, but you *know* what to expect and when to expect it. This website is a scam. It's like when you're booking a trip and you think "ehh, how bad can Spirit Airlines really be?" until you're doing your check-in and realized that the airline attendant accidentally gave you a flight to Albany, Georgia, instead of Albany, New York, and sadly there's no refund. Welp, I've always wanted to see the south!

Not only did the order take 30 DAYS to arrive, even though I paid for quicker shipping, the order is a piece of junk.
What bathing suit doesn't have a band or elastic or something at the base so your boobs don't fall out, or have enough fabric to cover your nipples. The material was so cheap, they claim to provide high quality items, but it looks like a kid in high school made it in home skills class.
Do not order from this site!
They do not offer a return policy- they either give you a discount or credit to buy something else.

I ordered a skirt and beach blanket when they were Vessos. Blanket is actually just a thin piece of fabric. The skirt was not the correct skirt. I emailed them and they requested I give to a friend (hard to do as the skirt is hideous). They eventually agreed to send me the correct skirt which turned out to be the same incorrect skirt again. Now I cannot find any of my previous communications with them or even log into their new web site to view my account number. This company will not last much longer. Beware

Do not order from this company! I ordered from this company when they were known as Vessos just before their name change to Fairy Season. I placed an order for four products One of the items I ordered was a romper and received a long skirt instead. Asked this company if I could ship the wrong product back and that they deliver the correct item and they refused suggesting 'I give the skirt to a friend'.

All products I did receive are not as pictured on the website. Clothing is made of cheap and tacky material and lots of threads hanging off along the seams.

This company does not take any responsibility for the errors they make.
I recommend staying well clear of their website to avoid disappointment.
