BAD QUALITY

Not only does everything come from China, which their website says nothing about. All the shirts were almost belly shirts, one shirt the sleeve wasn't completely sown and had a hole. They wont do returns so here I am stuck with product that doesnt fit..

HORRIBLE SCAMMERS

Ordered two tops separately and paid shipping for both. Was advised order shipped "together" on Oct 19th. Did not receive until Nov 3rd. I was charged two shipping charges for both tops in one bag. The pieces look absolutely nothing like the pictures on their site. BEWARE. The clothes are made in sweat shops in China. My tops smelled badly, clearly were made of cheap polyester and were huge. I ordered M and received XL. No tags, thread strings hanging all over and just poorly made. There is no customer number so you have to go through back and forth emails for assistance. They request you "lay your piece on the floor" and take pictures with a measuring tape and email to them, crazy! Waiting for a 3rd response from them today. Calling my bank to get my money back. I guess this is what I get for not researching them before I ordered.

HORRIBLE!

I ordered a blouse on 10/2 and they quickly took my money from my account on 10/3. After SEVERAL "be patient" email responses from FairySeason, I still have NOT received my package. Today's date is 11/4. Apparently this company ships from China. I would NEVER recommend buying from this company. I will be disputing my charges on my paypal account since I still have not received my blouse and my tracking number hasn't showed any activity since 10/13. FairySeason claims it is held up in customs. Not good enough for me.

Bought a Halloween dress and paid extra for expedited shipping on Oct 21st and received item on Nov 3rd. No phone number to reach business and only option for contacting themdon't apply to my issue. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY!

Very bad company!

I've ordered a few dresses of which I've just received my first one. I ordered size XL, which according to Fairy Season's Size Chart, an XL dress is supposed to be 40" across the bust. It was 36". I contacted a customer representative and was told to "take pictures of the dress with a measuring tape." What an inconvenience and obviously, no one at Fairy Season seems to really care or appreciate their customer's business. :) I really wanted this dress to fit because I truly love it but I cannot wear the dress and now I'm stuck with it. Fairy Season, I will refuse my other packages when received and they will be promptly returned. I will also be telling everyone I know that Fairy Season is NOT a good company to do business with. I gave you one star because there was no zero. Lisa
UPDATE: FairySeason is refusing my refund after they said they would give a refund! They are saying, "How about we trade for something else?" Are you kidding?! The danged clothes do not fit their size description! I want my refund, please!

On September 30, I ordered 7 blouses. If I knew they were from China, I would have not ordered. I even checked About us, it does not say where they are from. I received first blouse not even what I ordered, I wrote to them and it takes two days for them to respond. Oh sorry, can you send me picture of item or the number? Are you kidding me. I do not work for you, You need to retrain your shipping department and get with the program. So I wait, on October 24, I received 1 item that was shipped out on October10?, then on October 25, I received 4 items I wrong size I ordered small got a med. The other was a tank top I ordered a small stretchy material, the whit lace used it it did not stretch? WTH? Shipped out on Oct 2,?. The other two items I have not received yet item # ******* and item #*******. I keep emailing them and they keep telling me to wait few more days? Are you kidding me? Today is November 3,2016. If I had the money I could have flown there and gotten them faster than the slow no tracking gimmick you have. The sizes are all over the place. This company as they call themselves are all over the place in sizes. All they want is the money. How I got when they were shipped out is they gave me the information of how many and when they were shipped. I am over this place and I will fight them on this Bull they are trying to feed me. The quality is poor and not well made. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the single worse on line company ever. Facebook made it look great. The sizes are wrong my Halloween shirt maybe here for Christmas. The company Rep. Said wear it next year. My size XXL would not fit my 98 pound 17 year old grandchild. Do not get caught like I did!

Do not buy from this company. I do not make a lot of money so I bought things at a reasonable price or so I thought I thought I had all my Christmas shopping done now I am out money and have received nothing I messaged the company for a refund and they told me they could not refund me! I have no idea how people can be so cruel and heartless! Thanks for ruining my holidays!

SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA...?

I placed a first time order with this sham of a company 3 weeks ago, still dont have my order. They do not have a customer service number that you can call. I emailed them and all they said was for me to track with USPS! Seriously... I am in fear that I am out the $17 I paid. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER anything from this piss poor company again and I suggest other's ignore the good prices due to trade-off being too high!

This company is an absolute SCAM. I recently ordered some shirts and a dress and the material is AWFUL. Some of the cheapest clothes I have ever seen. This company is a fraud. They copy pictures off of Etsy and Pinterest and copy them and sell them for dirt cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

First of all it takes more than a month to get your purchase. Second... the quality of the items are very very very bad. I wanted to return everything! But guess what? The tops I ordered looked like kids sizes! I ordered a small & from the pictures online is was adult small. When I got them (FROM CHINA!) they look like they will fit a 10 year old! Very very disappointed! I should have known from the prices that I was getting ripped off.

I ordered something on the oct 20th... i went checed its saying shipped... i tracked it and on ups says its been delivered?! Not happy at all... i emailed them the day befor. Nothing... i only tracked now cause i couldnt figure out till now... and then this!... i thin ups or what ever delivery services should knock and if no one is home then leve somethinq dont ever leave ppls $#*! hanqinin out of the mail box because that is obviously what happened

RIP OFF from China

I ordered 4 items and it took about 4 weeks to received the items. These items ship from China and that is why it takes 4 weeks to receive. When I received them, 2 items were way to small and one item was faulty. The faulty item had a hole in the top just below the right breast. I contacted customer service. Sent them pictures of the item and the packaging as they requested and they offered me 3 options:

1) We sell new one to you at lower price, namely, give you some preferred discount.

2) We refund you 40% to make up this error, or you can fix it up at your local place.

3) You can send it back to us for return or full refund, but the postage maybe at your side. (The lowest postage calculated (on USPS.com) to return this item was $61.50 which is more than I paid for the entire order.)

Talk about a rip off!

Where's my order

I ordered 6 or 7 items from here. Part of it shipped on 09/26/16 which I still have not received and it's 10/29/3016. The other part shipped on 10/07/2016 and I received it on 10/26/16 and the quality of it is terrible and it doesn't fit. Their customer service can only be reached by email and is terrible. I just emailed them again today saying that I want a refund for what hasn't gotten to me because I refuse to wait another month for it maybe to show up and for these clothes not to fit me. I thought it looked like a good cheap website but I would have rather paid a higher price from somewhere else for clothes that fit and are made better and that actually get to me in a decent time! I wouldn't even rate this website a 1, more like a negative 2
