After placing an order, we then looked at the reviews and got very worried that we might not receive the clothing. After 18 days, our order arrived and everything was great! Please not: Order one size larger than what you normally do. My daughter wears a size Small, she ordered a Medium and they fit her perfectly. We are very pleased and relieved that everything is well!

Was very displeased when my items arrived in China packaging and the sizes matched. I ordered a 3x black love hoodie with camo print and it would be a tight large at best and the print was more of an orange cheetah then camo.
I placed a order over 40 days ago and have still received nothing. When I sent a query I got told it was free shipping so it couldn't be tracked and to check with my post office. Sent a follow up email with no response. Don't waste your time or money.
About a month ago i ordered some clothing. It took about a month to get but when i ordered i was nervous because others said the sizes were so small made. I got my package today and fell in love. They fit perfect and so cute. Shipping takes awhile but so worth it.
This company is from China and they send me a Christmas shirt with orange sleeves instead of red like in the photo. I did the photo and requested a refund online... NO RESPONSE except the form letter saying they are on it. WHATEVER! Luckily it was only $13 but dont fall for the scams of this company.
I ordered 40.00 euros worth of merchandise. 31 days later nothonh has came. I contacted Fairseason by email. I was told to go to my post office and try to find out where my order was. Since i only rewuested normal delivery they can not track my order. O responded back, how am i to request where my oder is when i do not even know the address where it is coming from. Fairyseason tesponded it takes up to 30 days. Please wait. Today has been 31 days no merchandise and I requeted a refund. Never ever again will I oder from this company. It isnt worth it. May i add i ofer quit frequently from online and even rhongs come from China and America. Normally 3 weeks max.
I ordered super cute reindeer stretch pants and a sweater to go with it. The pants finally arrived and they are extremely thin, almost like nylons and the sweater is so poorly put together that I can't even wear it. They have a no return policy, my fault for not checking before ordering. Luckily my order was less than $40.00, but sucks that I'm out the money for items that I can't even wear. Do not buy, the items look to be good quality and show up very poorly put together!
This place false advertises clothes. The picture looks better then what you recieve. I will go to heights to get a full refund. Do not $#*! with someone's money! I am not going to keep or even try to wear clothes that I did not want! They are completely different from what is shown on the website. The people that reply to my message are complete idiots. This website needs to be shut down and I'll find a way to do so.
I ordered the "Baby its cold outside" shirt on Oct. 29th with free shipping, received it today :) Size is pretty accurate and I like the quality of the shirt!
I hate that there is no contact # to reach someone. They obviously do that intentionally. I tried all three ways of contacting them & no response so tomorrow I'm calling my credit card company & getting my money back atleast. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM FOR ANYTHING!
I made an order back in October and received it in 9 days and that was with the free shipping option. All my items were perfectly sized and as described! I do recommend ordering a size bigger, I'm usually around and medium/large and ordered an extra large to be safe. I love this website, customer service gave me a coupon code for being weary on what size to get. Very helpful, I actually just made a second purchase from them!
After two months of waiting. I received what I think was my order seeing as that everything in it was not what I ordered and looked as if a 5 year old sewed it together. Complete waste of money and time. I literally through it in the trash right after opening it
I ordered 14 items from this site. The first 2 batches arrived within 2 weeks. I was mostly satisfied with what I received so far. The leggings are exalent and came as pictured and fit great. The hoodies/sweatshirt run a little small. I ordered a medium and they fit more like a small. I like my sweaters and hoodies a little bigger, but, they still fit. The shirts are thinner material, but I wasn't expecting anything else for the prices. All items survived washing, and stretching of the sweater. I am waiting on 4 more items to arrive and can't wait. I will be ordering again, but, this time I know to order bigger than what I want in sweaters.
I ordered ONE shirt over a month ago, paid extra to get it shipped faster and still don't have it. They're a joke. If I could sue their $#*!, I would.
I received an email that my order shipped on Oct 18th and I still have not received it. After 4 emails (because they have NO other way to contact them) they send a canned response that someone will be in touch and that never happens. I am sure they do not have a phone number because they would get so overwhelmed with calls of people disappointed in their order! I will not dispute my charge and post on every site I can find to warn people! I have never written a bad review of a company but this is beyond horrible customer service... or NO customer service!
A friend of mine runs an Etsy Shop. This company stole an image of her shirt from her Etsy page and posted on their website where they are re-creating and mass producing it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Please help shut them down by reporting them if at al possible. They are supposedly UK based. Buyer Beware!
Company never delivered my product and now they claim I should take it up with the post office.
I'm 5'7 and weigh 130. Not one of the 7 tops fit me as shown on the model. These models must be 5'3. I purchased large because I'm KINDA tall but the arms and waist are so huge but the length is crazy short.

The leggings are super cheap but long. However the waist size on both stretch leggings are different by at least 2 inches. Oh and did I mention CRAP. ALL 10 Items were garbage.
Ordered on 10/3/16 and paid for standard shipping which is 6-10 business days plus paid insurance to ensure it was delivered. I emailed them on 11/4/16 and they told me it was held up in customs and since they look at each package one-by-one it is taking longer. I have now sent them 3 emails asking for a refund and have not had a response. Such a bad joke!
