I ordered 3 shirts worth $76 and my order says processing. Ordered October 31, and it is December 24th and have e-mailed them six times with no reply. I thought Facebook would have legitimate business but now I will research before ever buying online. Sucked in by COVID careless online shopping. ‍

They are located in China. They don't advertise products accurately. When you want to return an item they tell you you can't return the items despite their website saying to contact them for issues regarding their products. When you threaten to sue them for false advertising they agree you can return the item but will not refund shipping fees. It seems wired to me that they advertise under "Fairy Seasons" but they ask you to return the items to: Zhaofeng Bearing Co. And they keep giving you different instructions on how and where to shop the item back. First they told me to return the items via DHL or UPS then they sent another email saying that they didn't want to pay for customs and to send the item back via USPS and that is when they gave me a different company name. Please don't do business with these people…

I ordered a dress that looked perfect in the pictures paid $40 for my order. When I put it on it fit me like a trash bag. It did not fit me what so ever. I tried to make a refund but customer service was terrible! Please don't order from this site! It's a scam and you will not get what you paid for. I was told returning the item would cost too much so all they could do is give me back $10 and I have to keep it! I paid $40!

I would have never given this buisness my money if I had known they are a bunch of uneducated ring wing idiots. Was looking at the clothes and YIKES! Tell me you're IQ is less than 50, without actually telling me... Ill never buy from them agsin. Also, shady website. I can't even track my package.

Did't mention anything regarding shipping cost, not even at the end of the transaction. The shipping cost is more expensive than the item, which I would've consider pay IF they bother to mention someplace. I sent an email asking the cancelation and they conveniently answer me after they send the product saying that it was too late to refund.

I was so happy to FINALLY receive the shirts I ordered which I adore. I wanted to explore more items from the company and the 1st item I saw were socks with "Let's Go Brandon" on them. I wish I knew your politic views and lack of morals before I gave you my money. I'm so disappointed.

The product that I received was terrible and nothing like it looked on their site. I mean terrible. Do not order from them.

I really loved the shoes and they were inexpensive so I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. They were as advertised and super cute. I did order a size for me and it arrived on time.

I ordered a 27.00 dollar shirt and never received the item! Found this site on Instagram so assumed it was legit... The company has not even responded to my emails guess I got ripped off really sucks!

Clothes are good when I wore it. Best clothes and colours are impressive when I got a look on site before buying the clothes

This shirt dress is beautifully made and the material is great and very soft. Fit very nice too, I ordered a size large, it fit me Perfectly. I definitely recommend this as it's gorgeous but I'd say if like me your hips and bum are on the bigger side, go a size up.

I like the midi-length dresses. I think this is a classy piece. The sleeves are nice and long and the length falls right beneath the knee. I purchased the small in white. While it is extremely giving, it would be fit right on a girl any shorter, thinner, or less curvier. It is completely transparent. I should have gone with a different color and would have probably gotten better results.

Don't waste your money. What they advertise and then wht I got! A waste of $45. For the money you spend you need better quality

The jumpsuit fit me perfectly! "You look younger on it." Haha, this is the word from my daughter. Stylish and comfortable, I think I should try more fashion clothes! Feel so good to be younger!

My shopping experience has been wonderful from beginning to end. The designs are unique, beautiful and plentiful! Once my orders arrived, I was so pleased, you can not beat the price, the fit is perfect and they feel so good on me!

I got the smallest sizes of everything and it was all huge, the shoes were bad quality and also huge, the dresses are super thin and cheap, and they don't want to let me return anything, just keep everything and give me a 30% refund. I did get one tank top that was ok.

I got watermelon red, and FYI it's the color of the inside of a watermelon x100. Very bright pink. I don't generally like orange clothes but I might have preferred orange instead of watermelon red. Overall I really like this dress. If you like bright colors and modest but stylish clothing, then this dress is for you. It will fit you and it will make you look good!
