I was charged $20 more for an order than total at checkout. I requested the same day that order be cancelled. That was on Fri, today is Tuesday and order has still not been cancelled. The customer reps are sending me nonsense repllies avoiding addressing cancellation. Buyer beware! There is no number for this company as they are located in China.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, SIZES ARE WRONG. EITHER TO BIG OR TO SMALL AND FAVRIC QUALITY IS AWEFAL BUT THE WORST IS THERE IS NO RETURN LABEL SO YOU ARE STUCK BECAUSE SHIPPING TO CHINA IS EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT

I bought a dress and three shirts. I loved everything. All of them were made great and looked exactly as described. I will definitely order again

I bought a bikini and a tank top and when looking at the sizing chart it said I was a medium and once I received the items both the bikini and the tank top was too small when asking to exchange the item someone emailed me from customer service asking for pictures of the real item so they could see the problem. I stated in the email the items where too small.

I hope the items look like they do in the photos. I'm expecting good quality material. Choices were numerous. Very nice styles, designs, and colors

I read all of the return policy requirements before I ordered and took my measurements. I ordered multiple items and when they came they were humungous. I contacted the company for return or exchange they said to send QR code and pics I did that then they wrote me back stating that it would cost me too much money to return it and they want to help by giving me a discount on my next order and recommended that I just give the close away. I said I want to return or exchange the items and I gave no one that can wear these huge closes. They again sent another email stating it would cost too much money to send the items back and they asked why did I not want to take the offer of a discount on my next order. I stated I that I was not going to spend more money and I wanted to know why they are not following their own policy and allowing me to return or exchange. Their is no number to call and you can only contact them to email. This company is terrible and will not let you return or exchange your items. I have asked now 3 time for exchange or return info and they will not give it to me. You are not allowed to send it to one place you gave up send it back to each individual place that sent it so I have no idea we're to send the items without them telling me. Do not buy anything from this company. I wish I could have given them a zero.

Great! My first time ordering from this company. It was an easy process and based on other people's opinions of the products I am hoping for the best.

The clothes shown in their pics are NOT what you'll recieve. They do not honor their return policy and their customer service is a joke. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy!

I contacted them before shipping to request my sizes be changed from mediums to smalls. (Initially ordered medium based on THEIR sizing charts. I realized I had ordered one of their designs a few years back and small fit better.)

They replied to my message saying they were shipping my order as is. It arrived fairy quickly and everything was accurate, but all 5 shirts were TOO BIG! :( That's why I tried to tell them before shipping. I contacted them again about an exchange and they said "Oh, intl shipping is too expensive to exchange. We'll just give you a coupon to order smalls instead." 15% off was the best they would offer me... and I had even paid $13 shipping! They wouldn't even give me exchange instructions. I liked most of the shirts, but they just don't fit. I certainly don't want to order from them again. :( I had to email numerous times to get them to finally refund 20%.

THEN I get an email saying "leave us a review on facebook' to get your last order fully refunded!" I write back to explain that their instructions were not working for that and I would really like to be fully refunded after my bad experience. Their response was "Why don't you just order smalls on our website?" So frustrating.

Beautiful, unique designs with high quality fabric at affordable prices. Shipping is always quick. If on the rare occasion i need to exchange an item, the process is super easy. I've never had a bad experience, I've been shopping since the beginning and they just keep getting better.

Fantastic site for a range of products including women's clothing and accessories. They are very clear about it in the information and payment of their products. When in doubt or if any of the information may be a bit confusing, their customer service team is charming and very quick to respond. My query was answered and resolved very quickly. Excellent! This boutique online has a wide range of clothing, shoes, bags etc for all needs. All the things I wanted but couldn't find anywhere else, I've found them here. The prices are very reasonable and with frequent discounts it makes everything quite cheap. The quality is always high and there is also free shipping! I love how the website is so easy to use and the layout is perfect and easy for when you want additional information.

Do not order from them! They do not honor the timeframe that they tell you items will be delivered by. I tried to cancel my order that hadn't even been shipped yet because it was a month late and they said they couldn't do that because it was in transmit…even though it hadn't been shipped! Only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option!

I ordered a swimsuit for my trip to Jamaica this has been two months ago I never received the swimsuit from fairy season there is no customer service number to reach customer service I downloaded the app they provided for tracking the app tells me there's no information available they took my money and did not deliver I have sent several emails to customer service and I have not received one single response I am very disappointed I believe this is a scam!

Its been a month. Order was over £100. Had 1 email saying it was being dispatched with tracking. All track has ever said was that they were dispatching it to royal mail. Never updated. Never changed in a month. Just spammed with offers & voucher in the meantime.

Easy, I read items run big on some reviews so I went with small for all of my items. They are very fitting, medium probably would have fit more comfortably. One outfit I gave to my daughter. I'm 5'2 and weigh 132lbs. I'm between a 2 and 4 which makes it difficult most ranges are from 0-2 and 4-6. So when I order the 4-6 items tend to be a bit too big on me. I either need to gain more weight or lose a little lol overall I really like the print, colors, material.

I placed two orders prior to Christmas, NEVER received them, checked with neighbors, local post office, nothing. Customer service argued with me for over a month and would still not give me a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Clothing is very cheap. Purchased a ton of shirts. Two sweaters were cute. Unfortunately, first time I wore the one sweater sleeve ripped all the way to my elbow. The other sweater cheap also. Like faded right out. 8 other shirts not even close to same material advertised. Like a silk faded cheap material. So bad I wouldn't even attempt to wear them. I am extremely disappointed.
