I ordered a shirt and realized I had accidentally hit medium instead of small. So I looked on the website for fairy season and it didn't have a phone # but it did have a place to change the order status. I emailed them within the hour of placing the order to change the size. After 2 weeks I still didn't hear back so I submitted another email. A week later I get an email stating my shirt had been shipped. So I send another email about the size. Then an hour or so later they responded to my first email. They said that they apologized for not emailing sooner but they couldn't change it since they had shipped it. This is a scam. No phone number or place to submit a review on the sight. They don't respond and I read and made sure that they could change the order the way I did so through the site. They went on to state that I was stuck with the order, they don't do refunds, it is Asian size so a medium would be perfect (I'm a tiny chick so I know I needed a small), but they are sorry. I received the shirt yesterday and it fits like a large... not a medium. Not a small... a large!

Yes, it took almost a month to get my goods, but they are coming from China! I was anticipating clothing that was cheaply made and didn't look like the pics; however, my order arrived today and everything was just as it showed in the picture. I imagined some of the materials wrong, but the print is right on. I'm very happy with my order from this site. I know it all probably depends on what you order, but my six items were exactly what was promised!

Made an order Dec 16 2016. We are Mar 17 2017. Still NOTHING! Take People's money but don't give them their stuff... Someone needs to shut them down
WELL WELL WELL It is April 5th 2017 & I have just received an order from Fairyseason. It is the top I ordered but not the right colour. I wanted grey & teal. I got Pink & polka dots... Still will never order anything from them again. Glad to hear somethings have gone well for others. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.

This company will take your money and run. First, they blamed me for not receiving my order. They said I never entered a street address. Um... Ok... Then why did you MAIL it like that? I don't believe that anyway as I always triple check when I place an order. After starting this couldn't be true, they said "Oh wait, it was returned to us. If you give us $10 more we will reship. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund." Ok, so now you have my order (it wasn't lost as originally claimed), but you not only are refusing to refund me my money, you are refusing to reship it without getting MORE money! So ridiculous. Not only will I never order from them again, I doubt I will order from any company that ships directly from China!

I ordered a geometric push up bikini. I was already disappointed before the order because you could not order different sizes in tops and bottoms. But I order anyway hoping I could get bottoms that fit better from another company.
The product comes from China so except to wait awhile.
Now that it has arrived I'm very disappointed. The back claps is plastic and there is no, and I repeat, no way to adjust the back strap. You can adjust the arm straps. The gap between cups is much bigger then in the photo, and it has shaping cups but it is not a push up bikini.
The bathing suit is only 10 bucks so it would cost more to return it then I paid for it, and a lot more then what it's worth.
I would not recommend purchasing a bathing suit from this company

Ordered December 9 and told it would arrive before Christmas. (it was a gift). January contacted them and they said could take up to 25 business days and when it still did not arrive told me it could be 60 days. I demanded a refund and after going back and forth they finally agreed to refund me everything but $3. They said this was the delivery charge... funny I never did get the item. But did get the majority of money credited back to my card on March 9th. Will never order from them again.
