I read the reviews after I ordered one Shorts and one Hoodie, so I was scared about what would I get... And after one month my order arrived and I was so lucky, because I didn't thought that the quality is good and the items fit. Only 3 stars, because the qualiti is nebertheless not the best and I had long to wait for my order.
I ordered a swimsuit and a cover-up. The same day I ordered, they had no problem charging my credit card. Then it took a few days and then they finally sent an email stating that part of my order was shipping. No where does it say that this is coming from out of the country. After approximately 3 weeks after receiving the email that part of my order shipped, still nothing. Sent an email stating that they had no problem charging my card but I still had not received my order. 2 days later it arrived. Now I was waiting for my other item. Of course, they had a big demand and the suit I ordered was on back-order. Do you want to change your order they email me. I figured that would mess them up more so I said no, I would wait while all this time, the charge has already been billed to my credit card and still nothing. I finally emailed them and asked them that I had changed my mind and could they please change the order to a dress and credit the difference to my credit card. Of course, no response. So today, I told them to cancel my damn order and credit my card. Yeah, good luck with that! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW CUTE THE CLOTHES LOOK!

Im calling the bank to get my damn money back asap! Cheap $#*! takes forever to come. I dont even want it after reading all the negative reviews about them. $#*! probably could fit my 9 year old niece!
I have never had such horrible customer service! I place an order with this company before Christmas, for gifts for Christmas and finally received my order 2 months after Christmas. I started emailing them 2 wks. Before Christmas and I just yesterday, about 3 months later, received a email from them. Which I replied I will never order from you again.
I ordered a Christmas present for wife. They got back to me in March about the 3 emails I sent. We got the present in mid January when I spent extra on shipping to ensure it would come in. The customer service rep (probably the only one who works there) then offers me a 15% coupon on my NEXT order instead of refunding the shipping that they obviously didn't honor. Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice--- well, ya know the saying. I'm not getting fooled again by a poor excuse for a company.
Man oh man. I bought a ton of clothes from fairyseason. It all looked like nice clothes. And even the material had me fooled. It took forever to get the clothes. And when I finally did, all of the clothes were way too small. The material is just terrible. Cheap as ever. It doesn't look good in real life. And the colors are off. Order green and you get a Sandy color. I also got this dress with rhinestones... and they forgot to put on the rhinestones. I got a wooly sweater... not wool. I got a cardigan... buttons don't unbutton. I got 5 bathing suits... all too small. I can't wear anything I bought. And PayPal doubled what I paid for. So I spent a ton of money on clothes I can't wear.

Buyer beware
So disappointed in the quality of clothing. The shirt I received fits a child. The description and the picture for the product doesn't even fit what I received. The material is terrible. I've tried contacting customer service several times and no one is responding. I wish I would have done my research and read these reviews before ordering.
I just received my order and am so disappointed of the poor quality of the clothes! Am wondering if anybody got a refund of their return. I just send back everything.

I actually cannot believe that Fairyseason would sell clothing of such a low standard. MY EXPECTATIONS WERE NOT MET AT ALL! The quality is disgraceful. The garments are falsely advertised. The garments online and what I received were not the same! TOTAL RIP OFF!
After all the reviews i read i was nervous about ordering... but surprisingly i got my order fast and its not crappy. Yes it is big for a small but i am also a middle between a xs and a s... so i m being honesty i was wowed that is for sure i emailed feb 22 and feb 23 they told me it was shipped and it is march 3rd 2017 so not to bad...
I have been emailing their customer service for months, no one responds and no order has ever shown up, the tracking numbers don't work you cant actually see if they even shipped, worst customer service I have ever seen, I have ordered many things online and this place take the cake for JUST DON'T DO IT, scam and a waste of your time, you will find yourself sending email after email, again wasting my time... Grrrr just DON'T!
#1 Had I know. It was coming from china would have passed. #2 paid an extra $9 for shipping to ensure items would be here by Christmas. Nothing arrived until way after Christmas one at a time. #3 emailed them to complained and asked them to refund the $9 since that would ensure items were here. #4 now going back and forth for the refund for the shipping. Calling my credit company and disputing the charges.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE MULTIPLE DESIGNS STRAIGHT FROM LOVEDBYHANNAHANDELI. They clearly can't be creative enough to come up with their own images and designs they have to steal from small shops. GO GET ALL YOUR MAMA BEAR GEAR AT LOVEDBYHANNAHANDELI, the shop who created them.
I ordered three items on like the 3rd of February and still havent received anything, I'm very upset I spent over 40 dollars and Im still waiting, Ive contacted the site a few time and have been told my items will be here soon and I'm still waiting. I will never order from here again.
I received my shorts and top within a few weeks such good quality and fits perfect. I paid £12 and was well worth the money. Deffo ordering again from there.
I ordered a hoodie off this site after seeing an add on Facebook. It was a hoodie that you can put your little one in. I ordered it in November and in December I contacted them as I hadn't received it. They took over a week to respond and when they did they said it would be delayed because of customs and the holiday. Mid January I contacted them again and they told me my parcel can't be tracked as it's free shipping however it was mailed out and I should receive it by the end of January. I contacted them again and they said to contact my local post office (they can track it?!) then they said the tentative delivery date is Feb 7th. On February 8th I contacted my credit card company who reversed the charge. It's March 1st and I still haven't received it. Scam scam scam. Had I know it was coming from China i would have never ordered it. Also, the response is computer generated so I'm not even sure you are talking to a real person.
Don't waste your money!
I bought a bunch of things as Christmas gifts in November. I started getting my order 1 item at a time. My sisters came in January. A sweat shirt I got for my daughter had writing. She hasn't even washed it yet and the writing is peeling off. Do not buy anything with screen print on it! So far the other items are holding up but sizes run small. I don't think I'll order again.
