I ordered a fleece hoodie from Facebook ad (for a mom to wear with a baby in a baby carrier.) It was supposed to be for a Christmas gift. I didn't even realize it was coming from China. I ordered long, long before Christmas and arrival estimate was for early December. I didn't come until late January. When it did come, it was the cheapest, chintziest version of what was in the picture that you could imagine. There was exposed fabric edge that wasn't hemmed, there were mistakes in how it was sewn together, and it was about 2 sizes smaller than what it should have been for an XL. I was surprised the costumer service actually got back to me when I asked for a full refund. They kept trying to convince me to keep it, then offered 10%. Ummm, no. Stay far away!

Shipping takes forever. After I received my sweater which on their site is called "Long Sleeve Sweater", I noticed that it barely had 3/4 long sleeves. I contacted the company who kept sending me emails asking me the same exact questions that I had already answered numerous times and also a picture of their product and the one I was sent and they are claiming there is no difference, trust me there is a HUGE difference. Do not waste your money.

I ordered from fairyseason the beginning of December. They claimed i gave them the wrong address, and that my package was shipped back to their warehouse. I checked my address and it was correct, they told me that i had to give them another shipment fee. So i was like whatever and paid the shipment fee and emailed them my address 4 times. I still have not reciebed my package. They told me it was shipped back to the warehouse yet again. They are telling me i have to send another shipment fee! Complete BuLL****! I have also opened a dispute with ebay about them. I paid over $30

After 3 months my order has still not been delivered. They keep asking me to give them more time and more time. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.

I have been fighting with this hunk of $#*! company for nearly 3 months for a full refund on my purchase. They cannot seem to read and email stating a) the parcel is lost then turning around and b) the parcel was returned due to their inability to put a sticker on a parcel and ship it to a complete address! $#*!ing bunch of idiots that cannot understand simple requests. Wish I looked up these idiots before I wasted my money and time on them. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE MORONS!

Why do you refuse to give a total refund for defective cheap (defective!) crap that is nothing like how you represent it to be? I have ordered a necklace that broke immediately, clothing that was of a material I've never seen or felt before and a purse that showed up with broken zippers and looked like a plastic bag. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered from them. I can't stress 'buyer beware' enough if your considering ordering from this scam site.

I ordered a product from them following their own size charts and when it arrived it was clearly WAY too large but didn't have an actual size tag on it. As a side note, the quality was very cheap. When I contacted the company they said the would only refund 25% of my order unless I shipped the product back to them. The cost of the shipping was almost as much as the refund itself.

Absolutely absurd that THEY make a mistake and I have to pay for it. Worst customer service experience ever.
