I ordered something early December from fairyseason, got an email that it had shipped. It is February and I have still got nothing in the mail! I've emailed customer service MULTIPLE times and after a month and a half they finally emailed me back asking if I had gotten it yet. Not offering to give me a refund because I paid in full when I ordered this item... I have not gotten what I ordered and have received zero customer service help in getting either what I paid for or my money back.
Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Do not order from them.

I ordered a shirt in January and received an email saying it was shipped January 19th. I got the shirt in the mail February 18th. So almost exactly one month. People please remember these items are coming from China so they are going to take a long time (especially if you use free shipping!)! If you need something quick do not use this site. Items cost about half of what they would at a department store. They are not the best quality, but again remember you are paying half of what you would at a department store. You get what you pay for. I was overall happy with my purchase.

I ordered a shirt from fairyseason&it was poorly assembled & completely mis-sized. When I wrote to them, they asked for pictures, so I sent pictures&then they told me they could offer me a 15% discount on a new item. I told them that was unnaceptable. That this was their error&they emailed me back (after more than a week) to say that I could send the shirt back to get a full refund but the cost of international shipping would be on me. I didnt know until after I ordered that they had already had some poor reviews.

ANYONE EVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM FAIRYSEASON? DONT! I bought two things, when i got them they did not look like picture and the fit, well lets just say they have a different sizing system. When i asked fir a refund they said they would only give me 15% of my order. It took me 4-5 emails to finally get an address which is in CHINA? WTH? It was advertised thru etsy... NEVER AGAIN! I dont like this company and would NEVER trust them with ecen clothes for my dog!

I see alot of bad reviews and really it just makes me laugh. Fairy Season sells cheap clothes. Period. If you want shirt that looks like it costs 40 bucks, then buy a shirt for 40 bucks. Its very obvious their clothes are not made and shipped in the U.S. A so not sure why people are crying about the longer shipping time. It's not Amazon Prime. With that being said I have ordered quite a bit from Fairy Season. Everything I ordered took awhile, but it all came. I mostly wear their stuff on weekends just to go out and about. They actually have some pretty cute shirts that look cute with some jeans and flats or boots. I would recommend them to someone just looking for some cute, cheap items. And to someone who doesn't sit anxiously at the mailbox asking everyday "Is it here yet"

Hi Shoppers, beware this company does not sell what is actually on there site. They steal photos from other sites and claim to sell that product, but its not possible. Our company Beach Babe Swimwear is on there in in several products. We do not sell wholesale so it is not possible that they are actually selling what the image shows. They violated many copyright law by using images from our site www.beachbabeswimwear.com. See below...
I would recommend not buying form any of the china ripoff brand including, Zaful.com, Cuspshe.com Rosegal.com. You will not get what you see.
