The dresses fit perfectly and arrived quickly. We will order more soon. The best experience with my online purchase attempts. The product is excellent. Should have bought it much earlier.
The delivery of the product is as advertised. I received all of the orders and was pleasantly surprised. Some of the fabrics were new to me. I am very pleased. I will order again because I found a few things that I will take on vacations and will be light and easy to pack.

Sent a order on March 30 and my payment. Never got shipping info. Waited and waited. Parcel was not delivered. Sent a email to them. Got a email back beginning of this week that due to reviews they up my dime 2 sizes. They could have sent me a email to ASK me if I wanted that or not. Told me they were informing the warehouse to puck my order to send it out which indicates to me that they never bothered to puck or ship. Send me email yesterday that they shipped it out. No they didn't cause there was no shipping info. They offered me a 10% refund LOL joke. I gave spent a little of money at this on line store never had a problem. At least they can do the right thing. Refund me the whole amount.

The dresses are beautiful, very stylish I'm a fan of their bands and they have a great selection, delivery is fast and almost every dress comes with a great price is very reasonable for the super quality of the dress.
I ordered some shoes,when they came they were nothing like the picture the size was wrong and they had a rip in them ( arrived in flimsy bag no paperwork I sent a photo politely asked for a refund...
I got a response" you can keep the shoes well send you 10 % of your money back! I replied I don't want the damaged shoes that don't fit I want my money back.Weeks later they are still refusing my refund because the law dosnt apply in CHINA.

I recently purchased a shirt from this site and I am so pleased with it! It looks exactly as it was described and pictured, and is of great quality. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a great product at a great price.
I incorrectly thought I was ordering from a US based company. Purchase actually was mailed from outside the US. Most disappointing though is the garment quality. While the top is cute the material is very thin. More appropriate for a spring garment. Letters are heat pressed so will likely peel after a few washings.
Ordered a jacket for my daughter from these scammers a month ago. Took my money and never received the jacket. They have no phone number to get a hold. Tried to send E-mail with order number and sait there is no order number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Nowhere on their page or in their about information does it say that this is a Chinese company and my products are coming from China. When I try to contact them via email, their reply was unreadable. When I contacted the link, it said there was no such page. I feel I have been deceived from beginning to end. Do not buy from this company.

Answer: I guess in a sense you could say that. I received everything I ordered, but the quality is HORRIBLE. Nothing like what I believed I was ordering. And the shipping time was absolutely unacceptable being well over a month. I ordered in September and didn't receive until October.
Answer: If you ordered through PayPal, you can open a dispute. I waited 2 months for my orders from this horrible company. Once my PayPal dispute was in progress, they had 5 days to respond (which they didn't), and I got my money back on the 6th day.
Answer: It's a scam site, I highly doubt you will get your money back.
Answer: You will not get your order and even when you do, you will be extremely disappointed. I can't actually understand how this company is allowed to do business here. I was sent a broken, cheap looking purse and they WILL NOT refund. I've ordered from similar sites and have never had a problem.
