As soon as i got my box and had a few problems FFF answered me right away. Told me one items was coming from a different place and the broken lipstick is not being replace but giving me a credit for $29.83 to be used in a special March thing that was happening and if i didn't use it then it is gone? That was weird. I gave you 5 stars cause i really like FFF.

I love many of my FFF items for the most part, and love getting my box of goodies. I have had some issues with quality with just a few items, and I have had several items missing from my boxes. This can be super disappointing, especially if they no longer have the item. Although credit is nice I look forward to getting the item I pick out.

My spring box is so great this 2023 season. The products are great. I had a small issue (one of the products leaking). Customer service did not hesitate to help get the issue resolved and gave me multiple options! They were quick and great!

I received a box at my door today and I assumed it was my choice box but none of the items were the items I chose. I was quite confused and concerned that I'm order was wrong. Come to find out I was chosen to receive a free surprise birthday box from fff! Thank you!

I'm a member since years and I still use many of the stuff I received in my first boxes, incredible values. The only down side is that the preparation time has increased since the last years I'm an annual member in Canada and I'm supposed to be in the priority group but it always takes 2-3 weeks before my box ship and I see soo many unboxing before I only get my tracking that I don't think my account is in the first group, but beside that every time I have a problem customer care fix it really efficiently and my box gives me a lot of joy

Every time I try to customize a box, I'm never able to get the items I like. I've started customizing my box as soon as it opens but even then the items are out of stock. I realize that items are on a first come first serve basis, but when I'm trying to customize my box within 3 minutes of when the customization opens and I still can't get the items I want, there's a problem. I don't want boxes, tubes and bottles cluttering up my home of things I'll never use. I don't mind paying the price for the Boxes when there's things in it I'll use, but when I can't pick my items, the things you send I never use. It's very frustrating. Your customer care member, Chase, convinced me to keep my subscription for now. Y'all should be thanking him. Without him, you would have lost a customer.

We always strive to provide enough inventory so that all members can pick their first choice item during customization, however, keep in mind that items are only available while supplies last. If an item is showing "out of stock" this means that all inventory has been reserved by other members. However, if a member decides to remove or unreserve an out-of-stock item, it will immediately make available for another member to reserve. We recommend continuing to check back later since there is always a chance you can scoop it up. We appreciate your honest input and we'll definitely share this feedback with our team!

I have really loved being FFF costumer. The costumer service is beyond excellent. Do not assume that communication with issues via text or email will delay or provide any less quality service than you would receive via phone call. I am not continuing my membership due to the increase in membership rate, which was not in my budget. I was billed the new rate and requested a refund when I saw it was not going to fit my budget (I requested this at the beginning, so if you try to request refund after you have already received boxes that would not be an option I would think). They were able to cancel my membership and process a refund. I would recommend this membership based off the costumer service they offer and honestly the products are well worth the annual membership, even at its increase rate, if it fits your budget.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
