Usually I just write a review when the service is really good or really bad. Well my experience with fabfitfun goes beyond my expectations! The boxes come with really great products and it's a reminder to treat myself in this busy world. But what I really like is the customer service. Always solving and attending my requests quickly and efficiently. Really happy here!
I've been with FFF a respectively short amount of time. While recently I had an issue with one of my boxes. I called customer support and was treated with the utmost respect and concern. I was helped and my issue was resolved completely.

I always get cool stuff and if anything is inaccurate or damaged. Their teams is always very happy and generous to help! They won't leave you hanging. Very respectful honest company!

Almost every customer service experience I've had with other brands has been pulling teeth - you're a disembodied wallet, no human interaction. I just had an issue with my FFF account/shipment, and was dreading trying to fix it. Type of problem I'd usually expect a "that sucks" to, but it was resolved in less than 5min, with a very kind human and who wasn't on a strict script! I am so impressed. Good customer service speaks volumes and puts so much more trust in the company

Fab Fit Fun Boxes have been fun I have enjoyed them tremendously until here lately! So I have decided that I will not renew my subscription this Summer! I will enjoy my Spring Box but the Add ons were a let down and the Birthday Sale was a letdown also! You raise the cost of the yearly membership but the did not give anything to make it worthwhile nothing but a bunch of Makeup come on maybe next year will be exciting so I will be on the lookout for better boxes!

I had a few questions about my account and when my credit would show up and when I could use it. I'm a bit obsessed with Fab Fit Fun! I spent near to $450.00 on my last order in December. I use them to fill my "Gift Closet". I used a lot of their items as Christmas gifts. I use them all year as birthday gifts, shower gifts, anniversary gifts, graduation gifts and whatever else you can think of. They are my go to. Thank you again for all your help!

I really loved fabfitfun when I first became a member in spring 2021. My first year of boxes were a great value, with wonderful options. Each box in 2022 was a little disappointing and it was just the same options season after season. I kept my subscription because I love being able to shop their deals, but even those are not shipped timely/properly.

I ordered a combo Fatboy shampoo/conditioner (liter bottles) during the fall add-on sale in September 2022, at the time I already had shampoo/conditioner in my shower so I immediately put the new product away for future use. I just now pulled it out and saw that I received two shampoos instead of 1 shampoo + 1 conditioner. I reached out to support and they (reasonably) asked for a photo of the items which I sent, but they credited me for the value of the incorrect item to use in the next add on sale before the photo had even gone through. I so appreciated it. $20 might not seem like much but having FFF is a strictly budgeted treat for me so it was a big deal they didn't tell me I was SOL.

I have been a member for a few years and love getting my boxes! I recently had one item that was broken in shipment and the customer service I received was first class! They quickly corrected the issue and I couldn't be happier. Definitely made me feel like customer service is a high priority!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
