The quarterly surprise for only me! I love receiving so many cool items and if I am not up for using one, I gift it to a friend, who is always super grateful for the gift. The items are always well worth the subscription! Every person should do this! Truly Fun!

Just received my box FINALLY! I received two bundles and I've gotta say... I was terrified because the weight was low, but upon receipt... IM ACTUALLY LOVING EVERYTHING! The one bundle came with the Summer & Rose tote, glam glow palette, and the muscle therapy (I'm a massage therapist and already know this stuff is LEGIT). The second came with a travel case (my teenager is actually leaving this weekend to go on a trip out of state with her school band so it's right in time!), pearly wipes, cover fx shimmer veil in the exact shade I was contemplating buying from ulta, and a two pack of cozy fuzzy socks! My teenager and I ALWAYS have cold feet and wear these often!

As a whole, fabfitfun is by far THE BEST subscription box. They don't just overload you with makeup or skin care. They throw in a little bit of everything essential to everyday life. I would be lying if I said I didn't use at least SIX items from my fabfitfun subscription per day. And yes... I said EVERY DAY. From sunglasses, to body scrub, to handbag, to oil diffuser, to throw blanket. There's literally a little of EVERYTHING in these boxes! And the Edit sales... OH MY GOSH THE EDIT SALES... I find myself cutting myself off at a certain $ amount or I'd buy everything lol. They have high end brands at thrift store prices and there's soo many amazing things in there! And let's speak about the FFF mission for a moment. Empowering women in more than just the workforce, but empowering WOMEN in all walks of life. Taking back life as a community is huge and this company does that. And everything I've received so far comes from a woman-run company and cruelty free... kudos!

I have been getting my FabFitFun box subscription for over a year now and I am totally in love with it! It's a special treat that I get for myself every season that is JUST FOR ME! As a single mom, I don't get a lot of stuff just for myself, so it's nice to be spoiled every once in awhile. I am never disappointed in the box! Plus what's not to love about getting stuff at a super discount! It's worth every penny! It makes it even better to get to add on a few little extra items each time I get a box! If you're considering it, just do it, you won't be disappointed!

It's great for new products but accessories are touch and go with quality - not everything is up to par in quality

Every box is like Xmas. Opening the box with my daughter in law and granddaughter creates a fun and exciting time for the three of us as we take turns choosing our favorite items.

I am always getting a flood of emails, that I can not have what I have paid for, one lame excuse after another. Dont waist your money or your time.

I have loved my FFF boxes but this last Edit sale and their response to it has left a bad impression on me. I have purchased $700 worth of items in the last Edit sale and am now 18 days after I've paid still with no tracking information, ETA or assurance from FFF that my items are shipping out. They have clearly broken FTC laws by refusing to send out products outside of their promised delivery window to customers who have already paid for them! Not only that the canned response from them is that it's still processing and I'll receive an email as soon as it ships. I have never had to use this much energy in chasing after information about a huge purchase before. Also, after the sale they notified those still waiting that there have been a list of Out if Stock items which is crazy because we already paid for the items. As days after the promised delivery date started to pass, the Out of Stock items list started to grow. So now after having to chat with multiple FFF reps, I am now missing 5 items on that OOS list which I've paid for. When I asked for a refund I was refused a refund because it's "processing" and I asked several times and finally got it after asking on the third try. I literally had to beg for a refund for items that haven't shipped out yet and will probably never ship out until 1 month later. So here I am 18 dats after paying and no one still can give me info on where my items are. Out $700 and nothing to show for it. I would be more understanding if FFF was truly empathetic. I have never felt so devalued as a customer. Very disheartening to feel this way and ignored as a customer. I simply want to know where my paid for items are and when I will receive them!

Once I signed up I was getting an email daily that there was something wrong with my shipping address. Each day I looked and it was correct and I would reach out the Customer support. I was told on a daily basis (about 4 or 5 times) to just ignore the email... Then I was told it would be delivered that day, I got super excited! Box didn't come and I was now told that it had been returned to them... disappointed! I guess it wouldn't have been so bad if someone would have put a little effort in to see what the problem was! But instead I was just pushed aside like I didn't matter. They did agree to refund my money, which is nice. Its now been 7 days and I have received nothing! I checked with my bank, because that's who they said is at fault and there is nothing pending! I've replied to an email apologizing to me and have heard nothing back from her! No compensation for their lies and errors! I work with clients all day and if I treated them this way I would not have any clients!

Ordered this box as I'm a massive fan of beauty boxes and have another 3 monthly subscriptions. After triple checking that they send to the UK I decided to order. Its currently being held at postoffice as there is near £30 of import tax and custom charges on the package. Iv tried for 2 day to get either a refund or the package paid for but with the awful live chat service I havnt had any success or answers. They don't even type a reply they have a hanfull of answers they choose from, there best line being 'one moment' which let me tell you is very frustrating. Awful company and even worse chat/complaint team, and that's even before I received the box

Everything about this company feels so right! From the companies they partner up with, the influencers they choose to work with, and the presentation of the boxes, the vibe of the company is spot on. Each box contains products that are valuable, appealing, and high quality. It is hard to say no to receiving a FabFitFun box!

Maybe the bag it's from a high named brand, but, for me it has a poor quality! Maybe instead lona, in vinyl it would have had a better look.

I LOVE receiving my seasonal fff box! Fff gives me the opportunity to try new products that I never would have tried or paid full price for. There have been products I love that I end up purchasing when I'm out because I can't live without them. My skin has never been better! I also love that I can do add ons and get products I've been wanting try at super low prices!

I love FabFitFun! The boxes are fun to receive and what's inside makes me happy every time. The company takes time to explore different items to send in each seasonal box, items that I would never think to spoil myself with. Plus, a few times a year you can create your own box basically, with edit sales! I really LOVE the addition to FabFitFun Live and even got to play one of the games live with them! I have gotten several of my friends hooked on them too! FFF makes checking the mail fun again!

Honestly my favorite time of year is when I know the box will be arriving shortly! I am going to be so sad when my box runs out! Every beautiful box IS FILLED with amazing items... it feels like such a treat. Ive loved so many of the beauty products as well as the home items and accessories.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
