I was really interested in a subscription box, didn't know which one was going to work best for me. I read reviews for this one & saw that this subscription offered a lot more than just makeup or workout things... it has a little bit of everything in it! They let you customize your box, give you exclusive coupons, cool sale edits made for members, save lots of money & get to try new brands and products! Even when I get items I don't think I'll end up using, I use them as gifts for people & it really didn't cost me anything. As long as you keep at least two of the items for yourself, that $50 fee pays for it. Worth it!
I love getting full sized products of things that I that I may never actually buy myself! The best wait to spoil myself!

Just got my first (and last) box. A 'Mumu' that looked like it was for an 80 year old, measuring spoons, a jump rope. Really? There were two items I look forward to using. Cancelled.

I am very happy with my overall experience with Fab Fit Fun! From ordering my box, I received an email right away asking if my address was correct. (Rural address) the correspondence was quick and didn't seem like it was an automated system, which I liked that I was talking to a real person! My box was sent out very quickly! As a Canadian sometimes we can't even get subscription boxes or the "extra" benefits of them aren't available to us! I loved that I could part take in the "Spring Edit" sale and get a deep discount on some amazing products! I don't have to pay any extra duties or taxes once my items arrive. The whole ordering process from placing my order to receiving it was seamless! The products I got were above and beyond my expectations!

I love everything in my Box. I had a little problem with one of the items, customer service handled it in a very timely manner they will be sending me a replacement. I couldn't be happier how they handled it... very professional! Very satisfied customer.

A friend sent me a starter box and i really liked it so i decided to sign up. I read on the site that new members could customize some options and that is the ONLY reason i was willing to sign up. I had a coupon code for 10 dollars off and when i clicked on get the box it just automatically charged me. I figured it would be like EVERY other site and take me to a checkout page. That's so sneaky that they just charge you with one click like that. I emailed them to cancel my order, they haven't emailed me back but if they refuse to cancel my order i'll be disputing the charge because that isn't right. I also got my starter box with my husbands credit card and since they didn't give me a chance to review it or change it, it charged his card for the full box so i know he's gonna be annoyed. Would not recommend.
I really love the variety of items in the boxes and the ability to customize some of the choices! I also love and appreciate the add on and edit sales. I'm happy to be a part of the Fab Fit Fun community! I think the value of items we receive in the boxes are well worth the price we pay.

I asked to cancel my subscription right after I received my spring box because I honestly think it's not worth it and they sent me a cancellation email confirmation. Then I just received email that I've been charge for my summer edition box!?

When I received my FabFitFun box I wasn't fully satisfied with a product. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement of my choice and even let me keep my original product!

This was not worth the money. Cheap products made in China are not worth the money. I was really disappointed.

The boxes are amazing and full of really good deals, a lot are name brand which is amazing. You're also able to add extras to your box every month, it costs a little more but it is worth it. 10/10 recommend to everyone who asks about it.

I have been subscribe to FabFitFun for a year already and I love it so much! Box are affordable and ALL products are full size. I sometime wish it was a monthly subscription because I just can't wait til I get the next season box

Fabfitfun is amazing! Their boxes come with a very high value for a very affordable price. So many amazing luxe brands that are included and a variety of lifestyle, beauty, skincare, and haircare products. I love that each box is curated based of the season of the year and being able to pick at least 3 items is a major bonus! I love my fabfitfun. The company alone is amazingly responsive and beautiful at providing great customer support!

I received my Spring 2019 box and was thrilled to see glasses as the summer is well on its way! Unfortunately my pairs arms were not level and my glasses were at a permibant tilt. I contacted customer support and with in 24 hours they had issued me a replacement pair for my defective ones!

I purchased an add on to my box. It definitely wasn't the product for me. I sent an email asking if anyone else complained about the scent. They responded very fast it was a Sunday. They resolved the issue by giving me a nice credit. Thank you Fab Fit and fun for keeping it Fab.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I was beyond excited to receive this and the fact you can customize now makes it THE BOMB. I was not disappointed by anything in this box. I think I need it 4 times a year now. I have so many fancy and nice products that are so expensive and I'd never splurge for but I got ALL OF IT FOR 40$ beyond happy. Truly amazing

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
