Fab Fit Fun is an amazing seasonal subscription Box. The best part about it is that it all relates to the season. You get to customize what you get in your box and you can add on things for half the price.

I received my spring box around three weeks after ordering, which is pretty good in my opinion. I got exactly what I asked for in my box, and I am so happy with everything. I thought it was too good to be true to get over $200 worth of products for only $50, but it's true! Thank you, FabFitFun! I will be ordering again.

I loved my first Editor's Box. Every item! (Which I cant expect to LOVE every item every box, obviously.) My second box was this Spring Box. I loved many of the items. Certainly enough to make it worth it. I did not love the backpack. Looked very cute in photos but, in person, was so flimsy it kind of reminded me of some dollar store items I've seen. Sorry. It is not really usable to me. The straps are pretty useless. But, like I said, the other items more than made up for it. The one thing I didn't understand is why I received a necklace when necklaces are the only "hate it" on my profile. I would understand if they said, "We don't do profiles," but, if they do them, what's the point if they don't use them? I would have LOVED the water bottle or the translucent powder. I'm going to see how the next couple of boxes go since I'm currently subscribed to a few while I'm deciding which to stick with. I'd love if there was at least one glamour/makeup product in every box. All in all, for most people, I do think this box is one of the best. Love it so far. I'm just a very honest reviewer.

I just got my FFF spring box and liked everything but the hideous Quay sunglasses. I chose the glasses because it said flattering for every face shape. Hmm, maybe if you have an unusually large face. The frames are huge and look ridiculous on me. These will certainly go into the drawer never to be seen again. I like all the other products but I think this will be my last FFF box.

Make sure you all check your billing. I was billed 89.96 for this last box I received. I called and asked why. They said for the product I had in my cart. I have never added anything to my cart. I have only been on the website once or twice. I explained in an email that I never added anything to my cart. I dont know who did but I should not be charged for the product. They replied saying there are no refunds for the product that I had in my cart. This if there is product in the cart and its not deleted when the boxes go out then they will send it to me. I again explained I did not order anything extra. That I did not put anything in my cart. I dont know how these were added to my cart. I did not give anyone permission to add anything to my cart. They will not reply to my email. So I guess I am just out the $40.00. But I dont give up easy. I am sooo dissapointed in this company. I will plaster this all over social media. The one time I did email them was when the face cream from Morada or something like that made my face swell up and I had to go to emergency, they said they were sorry and gave me $15.00 to my account that never was applied to my account, I never saw it... So be careful with this buisness. They are pretty sneaking in what they do and are so disshonest
I've been a FabFitFun member for about 3 years now. I have never been disappointed in a box yet! I've had tons of other subscriptions with other companies but they don't even come close to what FFF has to offer. Full-sized and earth friendly products... what more could you ask for? I'll forever be a member and keep bragging to my friends of all the goodness I receive 4 times I year

I never confirmed my box and they charged and started to ship anyways. When I asked to stop the process they refused and would not give me a refund. Customer service is quite literally the worst out there.

I was really excited to get my first fabfitfun box, (especially since it took a full month to get here) but I'm overall pretty disappointed :(. First up, I was borderline devastated I didnt get a s'well water bottle. Every box I had seen had one in it and the way i answered my personalization profile questions, it seemed pretty obvious that a water bottle would be a good choice for me. Nope, I got the necklace instead which is cute but I almost never wear jewelry. Also, it was pretty frustrating that they were SOLD OUT of the quay sunglasses so I had to get the face brightening cream instead, which I was ok with at first. But when I got it, it has a crazy strong scent that I dont particularly enjoy. As someone with sensitive skin prone to acne, this is almost guaranteed to make break out.
Next up we have the leave in conditioner-actually a good addition for me because my hair is the one thing I'll splurge on products for. It smells like a 90 year old grandma that dumped an entire bottle of cheap perfume on herself. This could just be me though. If you can get past the scent, it does make your hair soft and shiny.
Next we have the massager brush, where the bristles make you feel like you're being scratched! I wouldn't describe it as painful but it is far from enjoyable or a massage by any means.
Moving on to the mumu... maybe I dont know how to wear a mumu but I tried it on after showering, so nothing underneath. And you can 100% see my nipples. Although, it doesn't like to stay in place well so your boobs are probably going to pop out completely anyway, so being able to see them through the material probably is a lesser issue. As someone with a roommate who probably wouldn't appreciate being flashed, this makes it a lot less appealing to me. If you live alone and dont mind your boobs popping out every now and then, this is the mumu for you.
The de-puffing eye cream is awesome though. Dont get it anywhere near your eyes though, because it burns like crazy. Oh and the champagne charcoal scrub is nice, with a great scent and actually seems to help soften your skin! So I guess it's not a complete loss!

The Sip by S'well water bottle was a customization choice for Annual members. If you want to receive the most customization options, we recommend upgrading to the Annual membership! Additionally, the dry brush is meant to brush away dead skin, help blood flow in your body, and reduce cellulite, so it does have a little rougher of a feel, however, it is very effective! I've always been skeptical of subscription boxes. You question do you really receive the items the celebrities receive? Is it really good quality materials? Let me say having been a member for a year now that yes for the most part you do. But you have to make sure you customize your box. Some members get to customize more items as they paid for a year in advance. The rest of us receive 3 customizations. The rest is a surprise. So if you are wondering why you didn't receive the same items well it's becauae they have all the customizations. I personally like the element of surprise but... the next factor I like is the add ons at a huge discount. This to me is a game because people add then remove items. Use the favorites tool and then you can keep checking back. It's amazing. Finally the customer service they try to get back to you fast. For example my glasses I received were broken so I let them know and there were on top of it. To me this is important because some businesses are just not great when it comes to their customers. You are not just a number with fab fit fun. Or at least from my experience.

I look forward to my FabFitFun box every season. I like trying the products and have fallen in love with many of them like the body scrubs and most recently my sunglasses! The box is the way I pamper myself a little throughout the year.

I love when I was introduced to fab hit find it gives me a present to myself which I enjoy opening I anticipate when they come every season some of the things I actually love. It's a good way for me to try out beauty products that I again by for myself. One of the things that I buy regular is Kopari skin care. I have tried so many new products that I would never have known about if it wasn't because of this beauty subscription so I absolutely love it and I do recommend it to other people.

My box was damaged on the way to my house. I took a pic and showed FFF an they sent me out a whole new box. Never made it feel like I was a inconvenience. They where so great! Keep up the great work. This is why I brag about FFF to all my friends. Great products and always put customers service first.

So I am reading all these negative reviews about customer service and products. I don't know what has happened here, but for my experience I had no issues with customer service. Sending out the boxes always takes time. People need to be patient. You will receive your box! I had a yearly membership and loved most of the items that were in my boxes. And then when i decided to cancel, i had no problems cancelling the subscription. I don't know what the policy is on the gift cards since i never purchased one. I agree that some of the items they advertise as retail prices can be found cheaper at other websites, but overall still a decent deal if you ask me. I don't think this company is a scam. I guess just bad management? I was a happy customer and may return if they have a good promotion to get their old customers back!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
