I never received part of my order and was pleasantly surprised when I was taken seriously in my claim and that I was offered my original purchase or credit to my next box. Been an annual member for a few years now and love it!

Received the fabfit box in a timely manner and had fun opening and seeing all the fun stuff inside! Almost all of the products I have heard of but haven't tried. Great opportunity to have some fun and try new things!

A $400 Composter showed up on our doorstep, no invoice, nothing. After some investigation we figured out the charge on the card was from FabFitFun. No idea how this got in our cart. Very mysterious. Oh and they have a strict no return policy for these drop ship items. Bad business practices. Do not give them any of your business. Customer service is also terrible.

I had an annual membership a couple years ago, had to cancel due to budgeting. My husband asked what I wanted for my B-day. I thought why not have him get me a Annual membership again. Smart right? My thinking is it's a gift that keeps on giving! The best part is I get to pick every single piece cuz I hate surprises. Glad to be back in the Fab Fam.

So helpful, & personable, I was feeling bad because of what I needed help with,but she definitely made me feel it was okay, and said that if I ever needed anything like this again, it's still okay.It was just very nice. Two of my items arrived broken and damaged and I have never had any issues prior. I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved in a matter of a few minutes! He was through and engaging in helping me. Excellent job!

I really liked receiving my boxes but lately there's not very much make up products. Please send more of those. I wouldn't like to deactivate my account again

It is quite common for my box to be shipped out two weeks after the email stating my box is on its way. The site says to wait a week but customer care always says 14 days. Last box was 3 weeks before tracking showed progress. I could have walked to the warehouse quicker

One of my glass items arrived broken and they had a new one sent out as I was on the phone with them. They also gave me two options of solution to chose from.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
