I love the variety and size of the items I receive and seeing the box always makes me smile no matter what kind of day I've had! Many items are extremely nice as in day to day life I may not purchase due to price/size, so this affords me a great way to try things out. Not all items are items I personally use, but they make wonderful gifts! Overall, an amazing deal!
I had two plates that arrived broken. I contacted customer service who helped me receive replacements. Very helpful and efficient by all means. So happy to be helped right away. Thank you.

I've been enjoying my fff boxes for quite a while now, however I've recently been going through a major health issue and will be in the hospital for the next few months. I had the stop my boxes during that time and because of the quality of care and service I received, I will definitely be reinstating my membership as soon as I get back home. They made me feel like part of the fff family and, if I may say so, the products you receive in the seasonal boxes are absolutely wonderful, and don't get me started on the amazing add ons…..

I've been a member for a few years now and I've never had a problem, just get my seasonal box when it was time. However this time I was so busy selling my house and moving I forgot to update my address with fabfitfun before they sent my summer box. I was so sad when I found this out. It did take a while to work with ontrac, the shipping company. However once fabfitfun received the package back due to wrong address they were very quick to respond and replace my box. I have not received it, however they said i should see it in the next 5 days or so. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to help ship out another box for me.

This is the worst company to deal with. They are money grabbing people. I canceled my subscription and they still billed me for a yearly renewal I didn't agree to. I canceled 3 months before the billing cycle which is sufficient time. They sent a box I didn't have a choice of and won't refund my money. Lesson learned.

Due to a lot of family circumstances my mom passing away and trying to deal with insurances and everything else the date of customization totally passed me by and I was not able to do it when I reached out to someone. She was very helpful and gave me the options available to me. And offer to help me.

I have enjoyed my subscription been a member since about 2017. There have only been a few hiccups along the way such as a missing item but every time the agents are always helpful & courteous when I do have an interaction. Thank you for being a great company & remembering Customer Service Matters.

I had a bad time with the no need to checkout sale after cancelling my membership. I did not wanted the item at the end but I didn't know I need to clear out my cart cause later on I'll be charge for that.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
