I just signed up for this service, I got confirmation that my box was ready to ship, after 2 weeks I heard nothing. I emailed the company and they informed me that some of my picks were out of stock. I picked some other options hopefully I will finally get my first box
I love FFF, it's been a great experience. Loving all my things I've picked out,as well as the extra surprises that are added to the seasonal boxes! I've made mistakes when ordering and FFF was on it and helped me resolve the issue within 10 minutes! Thank you so much to the entire FFF Team / Family for all that you do to make it great experiences for everyone!

I don't usually enjoy calling customer service and as a previous member of the Customer Service Representative family, I know what it is like to deal with CS from both sides of the phone but Fabfitfun has some of the best Customer Service Reps I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I can say with confidence that I do not mind, one bit, to call in and speak with some of the friendliest, knowledgeable and helpful Customer Service Reps ever! They are thorough, knowledgeable, swift, and actually make sure that every question is answered in a timely fashion and do their best to make sure you have a one call resolution to your issue or question! Keep up the good work and shout out to whoever keeps your Customer Service Reps with up to date information and what I'm guessing is an awesome system of finding the answer or solution to your issue or question! I haven't ever had a bad experience and I don't think I ever will! Thank you, everyone that makes the customer service experience a very very pleasant one!

I never recieved my add-on product. Called and emailed and spoke to very nice reps and was promised the item but months later and I still did not recieve it.

Half of the items were skin or hair care items which I will not use. I'd rather have household items or personal accessories. I only was tempted to sign up because my daughter received cute tiny dishes and I was interested in the Vera Bradley item promised with the Memorial Day promotion…which I did not get.

Loved customer service this time. I liked the products I received in the past more than the current ones. I received lots of face products, Like face masks, vitamin c serum, hyaluronic and coach jewelery. New ones are not that attractive. I will rejoin once I see nice products are added.

I have been involved with other subscription boxes and always come back to fabfitfun because of the consistent great products, prices, service and experience. On the rare occasion there is an issue, they go over and above to make sure it's resolved. I love me my FFF!

I signed up for the yearly Fab, Fit Fun because their advertising promised a hair brush dryer with my subscription. I received my 1st box. It was OK but no hair dryer when I asked where my hair dryer was I was told. They were out of them. Extremely disappointing and they were still selling the yearly subscription with the dryer long after mine was delivered.

I didn't get my box which had a shipping label made on May 18th. Sent in a customer service request. Am an annual subscriber-did my customizations in April and about May 25 I Spoke with someone who basically told me to wait. Huh? I paid you for my box. What if I told you that about your payment. Oh well. On June 1st. Still no box so second customer service person said my first box is probably lost. (You think). Re ordered same stuff and sent out again. Got an email stating new shipping label was made on June 2nd. So more that a month later. Still have about 15 days to wait for my box. Too long for something that is already paid for. I should be the first one getting my box cause annuals are first one to do customizations. Shame on you!

The last few years has been horrible. I order and pay but then the product never comes. When I contact customer support i get I'm just sorry what you ordered we are sold out of we can give you credit. The thing is I ordered that product its the one I want. This has happened with boxes, add ons, edit sales pretty much all the sales that there are. It wasn't like this when I started getting FFF. But the last two years have been horrific which is way I'm not renewing my membership.

Customer service is top notch! I decided 3 weeks before Christmas to gift a yearly subscription to FFF. I was under the impression she would not receive her first box to after Christmas, but they made it happen! Her winter box was placed under the tree! Great customer service! Thank you FFF!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
