I am so unhappy with the fall box, I will be mailing it back to customer service at my own expense and have deactivated my subscription.
I was contacted via email by a customer service person. He did his job. I would much rather speak to a person on the phone. The day I have the issue. Instead if having to monitor my email for a response.

FabFitFun is very difficult to communicate with. I would like to talk with a person! They keep sending boxes after I have cancelled. I don't get one for awhile and think I've taken care of it, then another one shows up. Very frustrating! I just want it to stop!

I used to live fabfitfun. I would look forward to my next box as soon as I find my box. But one time they put a travel size item in the box that advertises full sized items. Then that was a brush that was not explicitly advertised that it was not a makeup product. Then in my very last box my choice not to renew my membership was solidified when I got a completely shattered makeup item that was not properly packaged. I was offered to choose another item in that category, I didn't pick any of the other ones because I didn't like the other options. My other choice was a measly $10 credit for the next edit sale where I would either have to pay for shipping or buy a bunch of other things.

Every time I get my box it has things that I would never use and I know the things I get are nit worth $350.00 in value

Been a member for 3 years-ish. It's fun to open my box every 3 months but I don't use much of it and have only re-ordered 1 item. Support is great, once you call through. Expensive for what I actually can use.

It was my first box, I received a cup, a paper thin yoga mat, hand lotion, face lotion for oily skin, I'm 44, my skin is dry as a bone. A sarong and what is supposed to be a car diffuser that resembles a block of stone and stinks. It clearly states on the ad, receive a Coach item - no Coach item. Nothing designer or name brand. Not one item I love. Nothing I want. Seriously disappointed. Canceled immediately.

I am a new customer and haven't received my first box yet. Everything went well so far. The only ring that was a little clunky was that it doesn't confirm your shipping address before the order was confirmed. So my order was confirmed first and then it brought me to the shipping page where I couldn't edit the zip code and had to reach out to customer service for assistance. Most website, the shipping address is confirmed first and then the order is processed.

I was not happy with a product I had ordered. I reached out to FFF and my issue was resolved in the quickest way possible. This process was seamless and I did not have to follow-up with my issue. My customer service experience was exceptional. This is another reason why I love FFF. Thank you!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
