Fab fit fun charges you but you don't receive anything for a good month! Also it is supposed to be a 4 times a year box, but they have so called sales every other day! Not very special! Also, they run out of items in customization, so you cant get what you want. I tried it but I'm going to cancel! Ehhh

Have been a subscriber to FabFitFun for about a year now. I receive their seasonal boxes. My ZIP code was wrong in my profile, so 2 of my seasonal boxes were lost in the mail. Both times, Customer Service Representatives were able to get a new box shipped to me quickly and easily. There was no hassle whatsoever! I look forward to receiving many more future boxes on time! FabFitFun is one of the few things I"ve received in a swag bag and continued on with for YEARS. The products are amazing - full sized, high end beauty, home, etc. Many I would not have tried since I was stuck in a rut with the same products or using small samples, and now I'm hooked on. Almost everything in my routine now I found via FFF. Some are brands that are new to me, others are old faithfuls that are well-priced. In addition to the 4 boxes a year, they also have flash sales so if you run out of something you love, it's relatively easy to buy it again. LOVE FFF!

Great value to any box, great products, worth every penny and way more, fullsize also. Their customer service are amazing, they leave me one happy customer everytime & they actually care. Plus they have discounts and free boxes you can send to friends. Also a referral link that can give you credit towards your boxes.

I didn't love my first box at all! I got a sweater or wrap I'm not sure that could fit three of me... advertised as one size fits all. Is there such a thing? I also got a cheese board... does anyone use those anymore? Then I got some sticky gel called glow drops, a body soufflé that makes St. Ives seems luxurious, an orange lip gloss that is cute but that's all and some no name brand biore strips. Such a disappointment. I thought I'd get some good tips but instead got cheap products.

I received a damaged product. I was able to log onto a chat & my problem was resolved quickly & with no fuss. They are sending me a replacement & I don't need to return the damaged item. Very nice & I'm happy with the results.

I hadn't received my package for FabFitFun... I contacted them by email to let them know of my mishap of not receiving my package. The very next day Jasmin replied to my email and said she would have another FabFitFun box sent me. Not knowing if my package was stolen or lost. I really appreciate her speedy response quality of costumer service. Thank you so much!

I had an issue that required me to call customer care. While I wasn't able to get through right away once I did the Representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to rectify my issue in a matter of minutes.

In late April, I ordered the Summer Box-a YEARLY subscription. In early May, I ordered add ons, boost & mystery bundle. I received shipping notice at the end of May. Nothing arrived. I emailed, I called and nothing. I finally reached someone and they said the box was lost and they would send a replacement. They never did. Weeks went by. Nothing. No return emails. No call backs. Customer service and FFF totally failed me and my order of almost $300. FINALLY-on July 14th! Tristan answered my call. Infuriated, I explained what had happened to me. I was ready to cancel. I was livid. Tristen went out of his way to research and discover the problem, the problem of a poor customer service system and failed solution. He patiently explained the problem and apologized numerous times for the FFF letdown and failure to deliver products that I had already paid hundreds of dollars for. He then called me back and while on the phone-walked me through the whole re-ordering and replacement of now "out of stock" items. All the while apologizing repeatedly for the company's failure-my words-not his. Because of him, I decided to not cancel. We revamped the order and I received refunds for out of stock items and emails for the completed order. Hopefully this one actually makes it. So-FFF, if you are going to outsource to other countries-fine. Just provide them with the proper training! Maybe put Tristan in charge of that because clearly HE knows what he is doing! You make millions off your sales! Don't shortchange the customer with crappy customer service! I should not have made 16 calls, countless emails, post to your Instagram AND Facebook -just to get what I PAID FOR! Tristan gets all the 5 star praises for going above and beyond & literally saving you a yearly member. FFF-you can afford to do better. Minus Tristan, my customer service experience was deplorable & aside from feeling ripped off, it made me feel as if FFF could care less about its customer base. And that's a shame. I want my order-my box-so I can donate the items to my local women's shelter. Otherwise -I would have given up on this company the first sign of trouble. Do better! Hire more Tristans!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
