I love my box everything in it was amazing I mean why isn't everyone getting their box. The box is colorful an fun and everything in the box is beyond what you spend I love love it.

Took a week but customer service called back and I told them what happened. I was almost certain I wasn't getting my box it was lost/stolen in the mail, but they gave me a new one, no questions asked! Thank you!

My first box was Awsome and fun and made my week!;)
My second box was a little disappointing my spray didn't smell right and I had a rip in my robe and my leather on my brush was torn, my necklace was broke
I wasn't satisfied with some of the products in my summer box. I reached out just to let them know, I was not expecting anything. I spoke to Calvin and he and FabFitFun made my day! They gave me some free products, again I was surprised as I was not asking for anything. Thank you Calvin and FabFitFun!
So far I've had my problems resolved with Renzo one of your customer service specialist resolved all my questions with a great attitude I don't know if I would of stayed with fff if it's weren't for Renzo

I had a question and I sent an email as well as chatted with customer service. Both customer service reps that I worked with were absolutely wonderful! They were polite, informative, and professional. I appreciated the quick resolution and responses. I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer with automated responses.

Actually a terrible experience with their shipping company... after years of enjoying the boxes in December the shipping company decided they could locate my house... it didn't move. Caroline was able to refund my money quickly after not being able to resolve the ongoing issue. If you resolve the shipping it is an amazing service with the best products!

The email customer service experience with fab fit fun is excellent. I sent them a quick email detailing my problem and I got an almost immediate response telling me a solution to that problem. I was indeed impressed.

I have had 2 issues now and both times they went above and beyond to fix! I don't normally leave these but It took me forever to finally pull the trigger and subscribe to their seasonal boxes and I'm so glad I finally did! Highly recommend fab Fit Fun!

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
