Great customer service

I had a damaged product, I sent an email with photos. Ellie took care of the issue right away. How refreshing compared to some subscription boxes (BC). I'm so glad FFF values their customers.

Fab Fit very Fun

I love my box everything in it was amazing I mean why isn't everyone getting their box. The box is colorful an fun and everything in the box is beyond what you spend I love love it.

Gave Me A New Box!

Took a week but customer service called back and I told them what happened. I was almost certain I wasn't getting my box it was lost/stolen in the mail, but they gave me a new one, no questions asked! Thank you!

Your company said my FahFitFun was delivered.
It wasn't at my door! FEDEX or UPS must have miss delivered! I need to follow to get what I owed! So sick & tire that I have fight for everything! Really upset with how Ive9 bee treated! I have a cart full of product

Very disappointed with second box

My first box was Awsome and fun and made my week!;)
My second box was a little disappointing my spray didn't smell right and I had a rip in my robe and my leather on my brush was torn, my necklace was broke

Summer box

I wasn't satisfied with some of the products in my summer box. I reached out just to let them know, I was not expecting anything. I spoke to Calvin and he and FabFitFun made my day! Great Customer Service

I had a question and I sent an email as well as chatted with customer service. Both customer service reps that I worked with were absolutely wonderful! They were polite, informative, and professional. I appreciated the quick resolution and responses. I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer with automated responses.

Actually a terrible experience with their shipping company... after years of enjoying the boxes in December the shipping company decided they could locate my house... it didn't move. Caroline was able to refund my money quickly after not being able to resolve the ongoing issue. If you resolve the shipping it is an amazing service with the best products!

Always helping resolve any issues

I have had 2 issues now and both times they went above and beyond to fix! I don't normally leave these but It took me forever to finally pull the trigger and subscribe to their seasonal boxes and I'm so glad I finally did! Highly recommend fab Fit Fun!
