I'm new to FFF and had a few questions about my order and the promo code I used with the annual membership. Doris answered all my questions and was very nice! Looking forward to my first box in June.
I am so pleased with the customer service at fff. I was disappointed in the fact that they kept running out of inventory & I was not going to subscribe for another year however every time I have to speak to customer service they always find a way to make it up to me! They go above and beyond. I will be signing up for another year. Stay healthy & safe & God bless you all for continuing to do what you do in these uncertain times..

I was reading a FabFitFun email that I started to respond to. I have been a seasonal member for a few months and I accidentally moved myself to Annual. I emailed FFF immediately as in light of what all the unsureness we are going through, telling them I was not able to pay for the whole year at once... Help!:-) Woke up Sunday morning to a lovely email from Eliza asking how can I help you. I find that just so kind and I appreciated it. And I love the boxes I receive, especially when they add something I can wear!

I'm confined to home due to health for the most part. Being a 20 year old woman I want to be able to experience the latest trends in skincare, make up, and accessories and fab fit fun made it available for me to do so. I have the 1 year subscription and also partake in add ons and between the prices and quality of have it no other way.

The non-body related products can be purchased at stores such as Ross or Burlington Coat Factory for much the same prices.
I like the selection of bags, since I love oversized bags for shopping expeditions.
I also, like a kid, love getting packages in the mail.
There are no returns allowed, so if a product is not what you expected or hoped for, find someone to give it to.
The cancellation policy is horrid. If you purchase a year's subscription and decide after one box that you want to cancel, you can, but there is no refund for the three boxes you will not be getting.
Great service, incredible customer care. Love all the products, it's like a box of happiness every season. Even my toddler loves it even if it's just playing with the box and the confetti paper, my husband loves the smile on my face so everybody wins. It has helped me be more on top of my sef care routine and I love trying all the new and different products that i wouldn't normally buy because of the price. Just great overall.

I loved receiving my boxes they all had great things and all useful. This was like a gift to myself 4 times a year and I always look forward to it everytime. However during these hard times I can't afford it but I will come back.

Answer: Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
