After I had just missed the deadline for customizing my summer box I reached out to see if anything could be done. The representative, Nico, was enthusiastic, sincere and professional. The epitome of helpful, kind and efficient. My issue was resolved and I was able to customize my box personally through Nico. I genuinely love the FABFITFUN subscription box service. I'll continue to patronize this business and customer service experiences like this only enhances my loyalty to an excellent product like this subscription box service.

If you order your box or check on items too late everything is sold out and you get random stuff left over from prior boxes! I wasn't happy about that but they did try and make it right with selecting something different from a pick list. This was after 3 different chats with support and verification of these chats multiple times!

I am very disappointed in my first box and will not continue my subscription. 3 of the items I received are not in the varieties for the spring box at all. Seems like they just threw in old things they couldn't get rid of in my box. One of the items ( whish exfoliating foot mask) came in a damaged box. You won't get what's actually advertised unless you are some social media guru.

I have placed several orders from fabfitfun and there's always some problem with items out of stock and trying to get refunded properly is impossible. Credits promised are never applied to orders. I can't tell you how many times I've been told I will receive a follow up email to resolve an issue and it never happens. It seems they have a tactic to put you off until you just give up and don't care anymore.

I ordered a few items. Asked for one to be removed before billing charged me and they still ended up charging the unwanted item.

The contents of the box were not what i expected, they are not anything i will use and i thought i was going to get alot more than i did for the price i paid.

For the first time this year I decided to enroll in annual membership instead of seasonal. Especially since I missed out on the winter box. The spring box was great but I didn't care for the summer choices so I asked if I could skip a box.
The customer service was outstanding. They answered my questions and handled everything. I truly felt like a valued customer which is hard to find in some businesses. Highly recommend FabFitFun. So many fabulous choices and if not they will gladly help you

I signed up for an annual membership and realized I didn't prompt to get a special offer. The offer was a bonus mystery box worth $200. So I called and was only on hold for a minute or two. Then a very kind representative answered. He listened to my issue, pulled my account up and patiently proceeded to do what he could. He then got approval from his superior and told me I would be able to have a bonus box. Very happy with this service.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
