What a neat idea to have a box full of new and upcoming products arrrive! It's like Christmas. The items are "top shelf" and the price is wonderfully reasonable. I purchased one for my daughter, she purchased one for me... wa la, Mother's Day, Birthday, Christmas and just because all covered for the year. My Dil and g'daughter are next on my list. So glad we found this awesome service/company.

I received a seasonal package as a gift. In order to access my gift, I had to enter my credit card information. When I called customer service, they explained they needed my card info because they will charge me for taxes, because they are added to the cost of the box, and I will continue to receive the boxes until I cancel. Just beware that this is a subscription service, so if you receive one as a gift, you still have to pay.

I email FabFitFun and a representative was able to track down the reason that I never received my spring box and we came to a solution that was very positive! Both thumbs up Faye was very helpful

I screwed up and didn't read their policies and procedures. A quick email sent and I got a nice reply that someone was escalating it to see if they could take care of it, now a few days later they have gone against their policy and refunded the $. Btw, I love their products too!

I was late night browsing the page when I accidentally
Upgraded my account to Annual my charge was taken and I panicked. I went over to the FAQ's clicked the link to email customer service and by morning my funds were back in my account with a friendly email from Jinx explaining that it was no issue he handled it all. I appreciate the support and fast response to my concerns. I have had to wait weeks for refunds in similar experiences. I will continue to refer FFF to friends and family after this experience.

I signed up for this service finally after an advertisement that said you would get a cooler in the summer box if you sign up now. I've thought about trying out Fav Fit Fun before but nothing's ever drawn me in before. The cooler seemed really cute and fun for the summer. There wasn't a way to double check it was part of the box for certain but the swipe up on Instagram said you would get one so I went through with it to only find out it's part of a customizable process. How would someone know that if they've never signed up for this before. Ridiculously false advertising from a company I would expect more from.

Every item in the box is worth almost or more than what the box is worth. I like doing the annual to choose what I want in the box plus snag the add ons before everyone else can before they get sold out. It's like Christmas for me and makes me feel good to receive something throughout the year. And things you don't need you can always save them for gifts later. The one time I couldn't afford the box and customer service helped me just pick a seasonal one and still keep my add ons and customization until I can afford it again next month for annual. I've had burch box and other different things but nothing compares to this one. They got some good stuff!

Grace & Stella Rose Facial Spray leaked out of the box. Approximately 2/3 of the product is gone. All of the other products are perfectly fine. The only other thing that got wet was the exterior shipping box. (Kinda a bummer because I wanted to make spring coasters out of it. The boxes themselves are very pretty. But not a major issue!) Andy placed an order to replace the product immediately without further prompting or issues. Thank you Andy!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
