Great customer service, I panicked because I had a lot in my cart for add on's. He helped me when I panicked that I put the gift card on wrong place area & couldn't redeem. Told it was applied to t my Add on's and fixed it.

I tried this out but cancelled immediately after I got my 1st box and it was full of crap I would never use. So, after they emailed me and told me I could CUSTOMIZE my box, I decided to try again. I just tried to customize my box but every decent item was "unavailable" so I'm expecting another box of crap I'll never use. I'm canceling ag as in and NEVER giving them another dime for their bait and switch b. S. I believe they intentionally do this so you will upgrade and pay more. Then u might get something useful. BEWARE!

I had over ordered in the summer sale by $17 and my credit card was declined due to a summer program I'm taking advantage of so it's frozen. One of fabfitfun's amazing teammates Pierce, gave me a generous offer to add another $10 credit to my account so that all I owed was $7 and some change and could complete my purchase. It was so unexpected and it made me so happy that I was able to get all of the items that I really wanted and needed. This is by far my favorite subscription box and I cannot wait to renew for another year!

I ordered a box for my wife's birthday and checked on it because I had never done this before every representative I spoke with kept giving me a generic answer I checked my account one day and there was a replacement order which I had no clue what was going on so I spoke with a representative and they avoided my questions so I waited until the next day and spoke with a new representative who was very helpful in finding out what was going on turns out when I ordered my box the representative never completed it so we've been waiting a month now for nothing I'm more upset over the fact no one would tell me anything about what was going on after a couple weeks and my questions being avoided I finally got some help I don't think we will be sticking with FabFitFun

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
