I love this company generally, I was charged 400$ for "add-one's", after 15-20 minutes I finally got my point across that I did not order them and Wanted a refund immediately.
I have contacted them 2 times about issues that I had and they were both taken care of! I accidentally clicked on annual subscription which charged me $190 and when I emailed them about it, they immediately refunded me! My second issue came with being unable to customize. They replied after customization was over but allowed me to send them my choices and told me I would be receiving what I wanted! The summer box is always my favorite and it's always fun to open the box and to see what goodies I received!
I had a request for my yearly and monthly subscriptions and I had a fast quick response in a timely manner. I'm excited to see my first box!

I had been hearing about FFF for a couple years now and had always wanted to join, I ended up finding a awesome coupon for them, then I decided to sign up for the year for all their amazing perks. So far I have not been disappointed. I have not gone and bought skincare from a store in months because of all the great skincare products they have. My skin has never looked so good. Their website is a breeze to navigate and I have so far enjoyed the products I have recieved.

Rimy was very nice, but my question never got answered we kept getting disconnected and I put in her email I have not heard back yet! My order original for add-ons for the summer said I was getting two of the purple Kate spade mugs, and I only wanted one of the mint floss when I viewed shipment has been shipped it said I only had one Kate Spade mug coming and two of the mint floss I paid for two of the mugs and only one for the mint which was my original order if you look back in my records it shows it and that I had paid for it I was just wondering why this one said I only have one coming mug and two flaws can you help me

Tyler helped me fix my issue that I made entirely myself. He even helped customize my box for me. Was about to cancel and due to great customer care. I did not.

I received my first box and was disappointed with one items being OSFM and only receiving 7 items when should be 8-10 items. Leigh was helpful and went through what was sent and realized the wallet was missing. She helped get em an item I was sad to not be available for the Summer box and replaced the wallet that was missing. This was my first box so getting the right experience will ensure I will at least try a second box to see if it's worth it for my needs.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with FFF customer service. Everyone is so personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They have the patience of saints. My issue is ALWAYS taken care of.

FFF delivers fabulous finds to my door every 3 months. I have the option to make choices or be surprised. It is always exciting to receive a box :)

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
