So far I gave received 2 boxes and am waiting on my third. Even though I'm in the UK the service is really quick! Boxes are absolutely fabulous and I love the items! Not to mention their customer support who are absolutely incredible! So sweet and helpful each time!

I love FabFitFun. I have an annual subscription. It is seriously worth it. I have found so many products that I love will and work well for me! The customization is amazing and I have never been disappointed by a FabFitFun box. The sales are also incredible I get a lot of gifts for family and friends that they love. You will love it!

The FFF employee that dealt with me was very personable, helpful, and polite. I was very pleased that she was able to help me resolve my situation regarding my FFF subscription. After a glitch on their website I was unable to choose customizations (for which I specifically signed up for) for my Summer Box. It should also be mentioned that this is my first box. Jim was exceptional in his assistance and I could stress how highly I recommend doing business with this company.

I received my order and was concerned I might be missing an item I purchased. I was very happy to have been helped by Avril. She was able to quickly look through my shipped items via pics I sent and determined what needed to take place to make things right. Her professionalism, care, concern and overall extensive knowledge of how to handle these type situations were on point, and she was able to help me. All while conveying a pleasant calm disposition which made the process easy and simple. I couldn't be more pleased with the Fabfitfun company. Everything about them is such high quality! Their standards are above most any other company out there and they make people feel good! In the end, that's the best part... They really make people feel good! I called about my replacement box, because I didn't receive my first box. The customer service rep Lovely was very kind to me! Lovely was fast & efficient. I can't wait to see what I get in my spring box.
I've been a fabfitfun customer for 3 years now, I've thought about cancelling simply because of trying to save money, my partner says, "why cancel something we use so much?" They are amazing, help me take care of myself and feel beautiful.
I was unsure about some charges on my bank statement so I contacted Customer Service. She was able to fix my account, due to my putting in wrong email address, and now everything is as it should be.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
