I have been a member of the " seasonal subscriber " of the FABFITFUN Box for 4 YEARS NOW! I pay seasonally, not yearly unfortunately! As, I would love to get early access to ADD ONS. I love this box! I look forward to each season and when its time to go on the site and choose my ADD ONS! Its fun, the deals are awesome, the packaging is so pretty and the overall experience - 10 / 10 for me!

I was charged for an unwanted/ not requested item in my summer box as an add on. Not sure how it happened but i asked for it to be removed and was told " All sales are final and non refundable" but she made an exception and returned my charge. Haven't seen the return back into my acct yet. It's been like 4 days. I'll give it a week then inquire again. She was helpful and efficient in her responses. Ty and that's why i will continue with my boxes seasonally.

I just joined fff. I was so excited to get my first box. I tracked it like a crazy lady. I knew it was going to take longer because of everything that's going on, so I was being very patient. I sent fff an email saying I didn't receive my order. The next day it said it was delivered to my address, which it wasn't. Fff didn't give me a hassle, actually Caroline was very helpful, pleasant. And has replaced my box! Yay I'm so excited! Thank you!

Placed my order for the spring box in early April. Billed 3 weeks later
No Shipment ( my friend got her box within a week)
Billed on on May 20 for my summer box. Called today to find out where my spring order was. There was a mix up and it appears it was not put together and it will take 3 weeks to get here. Given the choice of waiting 3 weeks for my first order or getting a refund. Canceled both orders.
Closed my account. Company is Not worth the time to To even review the site.

I have had cancer and I am here today but, I weight less than 100#s my hair is has bald spots my skin is sooo dry all over. I have been out of work for a few years now. I was a toddler teacher for 30 years. And my hubby and and I adopted our granddaughter who is on the deans list every semester. She wants to be a researcher so as you can image I really want this box but on the larger picture it doesn't seem what to spend my money on? Thanks for listening. Ann

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
