I first off must say that I didn't not contact the cs at FFF to complain or anything during such a time we're all going through right now. But yes, an item I received was broken and I wasn't expecting to get another one (though it was sold out) but I do from time to time when there's an issue with any orders from any subscription or store that I've received lately like to connect with the other side working so we can all receive the items we need. It was a complete pleasure to speak with Britain, very personable, helpful, and actually resolved the issue and I'll actually be receiving another item to replace the broken one. The conversation was uplifting and fun. And I wanted to post my review on here not just because I'm happy with the personal cs I received but to thank ALL the FFF staff who is getting all the orders out so quickly and having these fun themed sales to keep people busy and feeling connected with the outside world it really is amazing and yes I know there's a lot of things that should be considered to be a necessity but actually they sell some items (I know I've bought them) that are necessity items but it's also a necessity to keep your normal life as normal as it can be right now. To have something that you enjoy doing/shopping, to have a community of members that you can speak to and an overall sense of having some type of fun and something to look forward to during so much of unknown that we're all facing now. I must applaud all of the FFF staff for making the stay at home order a little bit more fun and giving us something to continue to look forward to and doing it at a record speed! Above all please stay healthy and stay safe but thank you to all the FFF staff for what you're doing it is not going unappreciated!

In one of my FFF boxes I had a product that was obliterated and sent an email to them on a Sunday, not expecting a response then but knowing I'd procrastinate if I didn't do it then. I had an email promptly on Monday and sent the requested information to them so they will replace. This is quality customer service!

Quick response. I just asked about being a Fabfit new member and I don't know yet without getting my box yet that I want to subscribe seasonally just yet.
I love the products and had signed up, then I realized what the whole world was going through and could use the money elsewhere, emailed them and had 4 or 5 responded saying no problem

I let my daughter pick out the stuff in my box so it would all be a surprise but she did mention a few hours later that maybe she nor I would like one or the things she picked and she wish she would have picked something else. I emailed and explained the situation and just said I understand if it can't be changed but thought it may be worth a try and it was they switch it out for her. That is really awesome! Also want to comment even though it was late I got a reply email back within two hours which is another awesome thing. Very good communication!
Received an eye shadow that was damaged into loose powder. Very swift and satisfactory contact with FFF. Happy to be a customer.
This company will not allow you to delete your credit card information yourself. They sent me items I did not buy or choose and charged me. I had to contact customer support more than once for resolution. This company is scammy.

I spoke to customer service, about not getting my box because I moved. They made me feel comfortable, didn't blame me, or try and charge me for another box, just said another box will be sent out within 3 weeks. I have never experienced anything so easy. Thank you so much FabFitFun!
Reported never received my box even though tracker stated was delivered. The woman who I reported this issue too was knowledgeable and efficient.

4/10/20 I went by my regular mail to the mailbox and when I arrived I entered my box but it was open and everything inside had been stolen, I felt so sad it was my first time buying and finding the box but empty, he decided to write to them and With what happened to me, my response was immediate the same day they helped me, I am very happy and grateful...

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
