Fab Fit Fun is an amazing company. I have always enjoyed every box I have gotten from them. The items in their boxes are quality items that you would not normally see in stores and that is one of the things I love. The other thing I love is that their customer service is actually manned by people and not autobots. It is so frustrating when you are on a chat with someone you think is a person just to have them tell you to hold on that they will get you a person to resolve your issue. If you just would put a person on in the first place, like Fab Fit Fun does, then you wouldn't have that problem. This company is just an all around pleasure to be involved with and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family!

Here's my story, I'm a first time subscriber and let me tell you... their customer service is amazing! Their products are amazing as well but it's their promptness and easy way to reach customer service without waiting to here a response back is what makes it more personable. Every issue I had, a representative was able to help right away! Thank you so much for that. Back to the products, you can pick 3-5 items of your choice every quarter. Products are top notch! Delivery was surprisingly quick after processing my box as well. Perfect, well rounded products from wellness, makeup, skincare, cooking, fitness, kitchen, tech and so much more! I spoke with Amy about pushing my pay date back a week due to COVID-19 changes that I have been dealing with financially. She was quick to respond, super clear about postponing my pay date, and was super friendly about helping me with the new style box! I love FabFitFun so far and am SO glad I was introduced to this website!

My package never arrived and after doing my own investigation and getting nowhere i reached out to fabfitfun and spot to their customer service. The experience was most pleasant if i do say so i was frustrated when i first reached out but the nice young man put my mind at ease and came up with a satisfactory idea and even replaced my missing package

They always send great quality products. If you ever have anything wrong or you want a different color you can let them know when they will send you the color you want. Customer service is very easy to work with polite, kind and they solve your problem.

I really enjoy my boxes. Not only is it a gift that keeps on giving but I am able to use or regift any item. Just love... also bonus my boxes are the most beautiful storage boxes ever!
I only received 5 items in my Spring box & knew there had to be some items left out, because this wasn't the norm. I emailed my issue & was impressed with our quick Rose responded. She apologized, thanked me for my purchase &
Let me now exactly what she needed to rectify the requested the information she needed from me to resolve it. Within hours of me sending the info, she let me know exactly what was missing, the exact items I would be mailed & approximately when I should be receiving them. She didn't leave me with anything to question or ask, now that is what I would call High Quality Customer Service. I usually don't send reviews unless the service was absolutely terrible or if someone needs to be acknowledged for being the best at the job. Definitely a fan of the products & the CS, even with the world being so unbalanced. This leads me to believe that FabFitFun treats their Employees well. Would love to work at home for this company!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
