4 weeks and multiple BS phone calls and time lines not met! YOU have to call and inquire because they do not give updates! Cancelled order after STILL waiting for 4 weeks!

I was disappointed in the quality of my Persol frames. They almost felt fake, although I'm not familiar with how to check for validity. I sent them back for a partial refund.

Had just the product I was looking for without paying an arm and a leg! My daughter's glasses broke, and instead of paying $350 for just frames, I paid half that for glasses and lenses.
I ordered and paid for my contacts on January 23rd. It's March 5th and still no contacts. It said 5 to 7 days... I have contacted them twice a week for the past 4 weeks they say the same thing every time. They are just waiting on a tracking number for their supplier. They did send me an email asking if I was ready to reorder more contacts! But they have not even sent my first order, it has been that long! Stay away I think its a scam.

I have bought multiple frames and lenses from you over the past years. I recently placed another order for the exact same frames but with a new RX. I also ordered 2 more sets of RX lenses for my other frames that I bought from you. The new extra lenses don't fit in my frames.
I used the same prescription I normally get. The lenses are either not of great quality or they did them wrong. They just don't look great or I should say don't look like they are completely clear.
I had a very easy and quick experience buying my new glasses. They had multiple colors online that weren't available in stores for half the price. The quality is amazing and so is the online ordering experience.
They sent damaged sunglassesthe screw wouldn't stay in as it was stripped. I sent in for a refund. However, they ONLY refund the original card. I had to cancel mine and they refused to refund any other way. So know there's a risk of losing $100, and that you'll deal with extremely rude and short customer service reps

I ordered a pair of glasses with upgraded progressive lens which cost 70% less than the exact same brand and lenses offered at my eye doctor's office on Jan. 29,2019. I finally received the glasses on March 2,2019. The glasses are great, but the slow processing of the order was well below my expectation. If you are not in a hurry to receive your order and can wait 4+ weeks, it may be worth the price.
Ordered over a month ago and still nothing delivered. Horrible customer service. They give generic scripted responses via email and even on the phone when you call. Avoid them at all costs!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
