I've ordered from this website in the past with NO issues, however this current experience has been a nightmare.
I ordered on 2-20 and the money was taken out of my account on 2-23. The order has been in verification status since that date. I've sent multiple emails. I finally was able to get a response to an email yesterday from Alex, i sent a reply email, but didn't hear back from him. Today I tried calling the *******020 and received the message that they are closed for the holiday. Today is March 21. I spoke to Angel on CHAT today. She was very helpful and reassuring that the contacts would be out in 24 to 48... now i wait.
They sent me damaged lens. After an hour on hold they said the would replace. That was 60 days ago. I will never see these. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I already ordered my contacts and they emailed me saying that my prescription was for eyeglasses and not contact lenses, which is false because I just ordered from them 3 months ago. Then, same as most of you. I was on hold for over an hour. When it got to be my turn, it kicked me back to the main menu and hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never order from this place.
Where are my glasses? 66 minutes waiting on the phone to have the phone hang up on me. On the chat they said they never emailed me to say the frames were out of stock

Spoke with Jayne in the online live chat. Explained my problem and Jayne promptly corrected the shipping issue and confirmed it would arrive next day as expected (and paid for).
THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF. THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT I HAVE NO CONTACTS! I TRIED CALLING 5X AND I AM ALWAYS 50 SOME CALLER IN THE QUE. THEY KEEP HANGING UP... THEY ARE A VERY SHADY. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Trying to initiate order return on frames. I've emailed (per the website) several times and have received no instructions on how to start the return process. I called and each time spent over an hour on hold ("You are #60 in the queue" REALLY?) Only to have them hang up on me each time I got close to being next in line. I even tried a live chat, waiting 30 minutes to get connected only to have them indicate that no associate was available to help me, but I could email my chat session question. HA! This is the worst. I will NOT eat this cost. If I have to send it back certified and then fight alongside my credit card company to not pay them I will. But I hope they will process this return soon so it doesn't go beyond the 30 day period. Come on EZCONTACTS.COM!
I ordered a box of contacts on February 24th. My prescription was verified the next day, and upon ordering I was told it would take 5-7 days for them to arrive. I never received a shipping confirmation, which was odd. After about a week and a half, I emailed asking where my contacts were. On their website, they CLAIM that they will email you if your shipment is delayed, but of course this never happened.
After inquiring, I received an email back stating that they would receive my contacts in 3-5 business days and then would ship them out in 1-2 business days. At this point, it had already been a week since I had ordered and I was out of contacts. So after a week and a half they hadn't even processed my order yet? Wow.
So I gave it's few more days and still didn't receive a shipping confirmation. At this point, I emailed again explaining to them the situation. No reply. So I called- on hold for an hour. At the two and a half week mark, I emailed and called again- no replies and on hold for another hour.
(Not that this part is their fault) but I was out of contacts and my glasses had broken, so I was frantic to receive my new contacts.
Finally my order shipped on Friday, March 15th. 19 days after my order.
Needless to say, this is a horribly run business. Clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction. They even charge more than other places I've ordered from, but they had the "fastest" shipping that I could see. Yeah, that's a total scam.
Save your money, and your eyes, and go elsewhere.

I wish I could leave zero stars! This was by far the WORST online shopping experience I have ever went through! I placed my order for Gucci prescription glasses on 1/17/19. It is now 3/14/19 and I still have no glasses. I was okay waiting a few extra weeks to save money, but it's been 8 weeks! I have called MULTIPLE times to get updates and was always told, "they're on their way from the supplier". The last time I called, I was told that they finally received the glasses and they are in the warehouse having the lenses done. That was a week ago. I called today and I was told that they still haven't even received the frames! They straight up LIED to me about having the frames! I told the girl today to cancel my order and refund my money immediately! (I guess I should have done that a long time ago). We will see how long it takes to actually receive my refund! The absolute hassle of dealing with this atrocity of a so-called "business" is not worth the few dollars you save! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, don't be a cheap skate like me, and stay FAR, FAR away from EZContacts. I plan on filing formal complaints with the BBB and the FTC. This FRAUDULENT and SHADY company SHOULD NOT be in business. I won't even get started on their customer service! I wasted HOURS of my life on hold trying to get anybody on the phone, and their live chat is absolutely USELESS!
Thank you for letting us returned unused, unopened boxes due to prescription changes. Will buy again.
I was skeptical due to the reviews on the internet but took the chance cause of the great price on some shades. They were the cheapest I found and Paypal would protect my purchase.
To my surprise, the sunglasses came within 4 days and were authentic. Needless to say, I am glad I took the gamble and ordered.
They even supplied free cleaner for your eyewear. My experience was pleasant and I couldn't have asked for more.
Hands down the worst organization in the entire world. Three orders for next day delivery - three late orders. Funnily enough, my latest order (next day) is THREE WEEKS LATE.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
I have ordered from this site many times. Always a good experience but my last order on Feb 25 still has not processed. Customer svc unable to give explanation on two separate occasions other than my product was not in stock. I finally cancelled the order today... Jayne was extremely helpful and understanding and a full refund is to be processed.
It took nearly a week and 3 calls to move my order past "processing" and then roughly *3 weeks* for "expedited shipping". Every phone call (despite time - morning, middle day, night) was over 30-45 minutes of hold before a representative. Try calling their customer service before you buy if you're curious to your future service. I wish I had read more of these reviews before purchasing. You may save a few dollars but at what "cost"? Will never buy from them again.
Ordered my Contacts on February 8th, 2019, paid extra for 3 day shipping. Today is
March 12th and so still haven't received my contacts. I have been given every excuse you can imagine. I have asked for a complete refund and now the company is not responding to my emails. I will never recommend this company to anyone!
Don't order from them, they take weeks to ship, when you try to call you can't get through because your on hold for hours because you number 40 in the line, then once you sit on hold for an hour you get sent back to the main menu to do it all over again. They don't response to emails, yet they take your money out of your account asap. Poor customer service.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
