Great place to buy authentic designer frames! I got 2 pairs of sunglasses within a year. A Fendi and a Saint Laurent. I tried them on at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, but I got them at EZContacts for more than 40% off. They arrived within a week from placing the orders, with all their authenticity papers in their original cases. I own more than 15 designer sunglasses (it's my thing) so I can tell right away that I got the real deal. I had a small issue with the second pair but Galvin from customer support resolved it within 2 minutes. Strongly recommend this site!
I spoke with Galvin today and he was able to help me quickly and satisfactorily. I would work with them again.
I Ordered Contacts A Month Ago, Every Time I Call It Takes An Hour To Speak To Someone. When I Finally Get In Touch With Someone They Give Me The Run Around And Say My Order Has Been Shipped But On The Website It Says It Was Never Picked Up. Customer Service Is Terrible. They Don't Communicate. The Only Emails I Receieve Is For Deals And Not About My Order. I Do Not Recommend Shopping Here, Do Not Set Yourself Up. If I Could Rate Them A Zero Or Negative I Would! Because They Don't Even Deserve A 1.
I order a pair of eye glasses or sunglasses and wait and wait and then see on my credit card that I have been refunded. They give me no reason for canceling the order or that they have canceled the order in the first place. This I find to be VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.
I would give them 0, but I would never use them again. Ordered Contacts for my daugher and 2 weeks later, i still have nothing from them. Call their customer service and it has 46 people in front of my call. Wait time are over 2 hours. Tried creating Chat via their website and the wait que was 64 ppl in front of me to chat with a customer service person. Terrible customer service, Not even the ability to leave your phone number so they can call you back! $#*! service.

AS IN OTHER REVIEWS, I PURCHASED A PAIR OF GLASSES AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY UPDATES FOR 3 WEEKS. PER MY FOLLOW UP AND WAITING TWO SEPARATE ONE HOUR PHONE CALLS THE GLASSES (AND MANY OTHER'S ON THE WEBSITE STATED AVAILABLE TRULY ARE NOT. I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE THERE WAS STILL NO AVAILABILITY DATE PER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY UPDATES OR NOTIFICATIONS.
Ordered glasses that said would ship in days after 3 weeks and nothing I contacted them and they said the frames were out of stock. No notifications so if I didn't contact them I would still be waiting. They gave me another choice and they also took time to get. The finished product that came was correct and they sent me text when they were shipped

We have now placed contact orders with EZContacts.com on multiple occasions. Both times, we have received no order updates for several weeks, no responses to emails, and seen no change in our online order status. Both times, after multiple calls with very long wait times (30 minutes) we discovered that our items were back ordered (thanks for letting us know!). The only option we were given was to wait a few more days and call back.Don't bother - order your contacts somewhere else.
Horrible experience! Twice my order was delayed, shipment took over 3 weeks?!(compare with others 3-5 business days!) Have to wait 50m to talk to someone about order! Never use this Co again!
I placed my order more than a month ago & I still don't have my contacts. Every time I call the customer service line I get hang up on 2 twice before I can talk to anyone. Ugghhh this is the worst service ever!
I tried to order these glasses somewhere else and was told that they were permanently out of stock, but Jayne called the manufacturer and locked in my order! Thanks!
My order were delayed few weeks and I contacted to costumer service by chat on line. Very good response by Mark from costumer service today!
Comically bad service. Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Checked in 1 week ago and had not even been processed. Waited 1 hour on hold to talk to customer service who assured me product would be shipped within 2 days. 1 week later called again after no change, waited another hour, and was told it would be overnighted. 2 days later, still no change in product.

I don't even know how I ordered from them. I never went through with my order. Two months ago I was looking into them, and two months later (today) I get a box of contacts in the mail.
I don't even know how they got my credit card!
THEN, I called the customer service line today, I was caller 52, I WAITED 58 Min to get down to caller #1, and they put me back to the beginning "thank you for calling, you are caller 48"WTH!
You can't reach ANYONE! No one responds on FB, no one responds through email... what a joke! I will have to dispute through my cc company now. Wow. NOTHING EZ...
Good fast and reliable glad that went very well really appreciate helping me out realquick and easy i dont have a business but wish i did would be great but thanks ez contacts for resolving my issue real quick and fast because when i tried calling i was on phone over a hour just for me to back at caller 66 again
Took several months to receive product with too many excuses given over and over again. Very disappointing and lack of accountability. Poor communication across the company.
I ordered my contacts on January 28th and have yet to receive my right eye contacts. They said that they would be sent priority on Tuesday and I thought for sure they would show up today as the tracking said they would. No contacts. It will be two months on Monday since I ordered. They finally sent my left eye contacts on March 11th and I have been wearing left eye contacts in my right eye since then. My correction is different for both eyes so I haven't been able to see very clearly for a long time. This is totally ridiculous. I would suggest trying another company to order contacts through. I know that I am done with this company. 2 MONTHS and my order is still not complete. Yes, 2 MONTHS! Pathetic...
I ordered contacts on 2/16 and it is now 3/22. I did not once receive an email with an update. I had to chat to only find out that the contacts I ordered were out of stock. It would be nice to receive an email update when something like this happens. I ordered my contacts over a month ago and they still have not been shipped.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
