I think the glasses were a great price, but trying to get the prescription took waaay to many phone calls. The person over the phones couldn't input my Rx in correctly (neither of them) nor could they understand how do to a progression bifocal; I had difficulty uploading it to the site, and then after all that the glasses were sent without progressions... forcing me to cancel the Rx and just having the frames sent. All this took waaay to long.
Cheap frames yet still all the name brands I love! I'll always use ez contacts from now on instead of over paying in a retail store.
I love my Saint Laurent glasses and buying them was very simple through this website. You cannot beat these deals! Can't wait to get my next pair.

I've ordered several times from EZContacts, but my experiences last fall and this year ensure that I will never do so again. In September, I paid for expedited shipping of my contact lenses; I think it took 6 weeks to get my order.
On Feb 6, I ordered contacts again (good prices, prescription already on file with them). After 2 weeks, I started messaging them to ask about my order. The first explanation I got was that they had received an unusually large volume of orders; the second was that their supplier was back-ordered. EZContacts canceled my order without my approval (I said I would cancel if I could find the contacts elsewhere, but never asked them to cancel). Now I wonder how long it will be before I get a refund. (I've been told 3 to 5 business days, but will have to wait to see.)
What really rankles is that EZContacts does not apparently notify folks when there will be a substantial delay in delivery. ONLY if you message them do they offer an explanation.
The customer service reps are polite and try to be helpful, but the business itself is not reliable. I recommend that you find other options when ordering contact lenses.
It took almost two months to recieve my glasses. I called several times about my order and everyone was very nice but it still took a long time to recieve. They were nice when I finally got them.
The website states that they ship same or next day depending on the time of day the order is placed and that they let you know within 24 hours if the order will be delayed. I placed my order on Feb 11 2019, today is March 1 2019. My son has still not received his contacts. EZContacts never sent a message updating us on our order status. When I called this morning, I was told that they are not in stock and that the customer service rep will call the supplier and have the contacts shipped directly. He could not tell me when they will ship. Had I not called, there would be no action on my order. Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere.
Not only do I Love my eyeglasses but they had the lowest price, it was super easy to order them and They were shipped quickly. I will be ordering all my eyeglasses and sunglasses from them from now on.
I ordered two pair of distance only glasses and one pair of progressive. The distance lenses were fine but the progressives made in such a way that I could only see distance if I put them way down on the end of my nose and looked through the very top of the lenses.
I love how my glasses feel and look. The lens quality it great value for money. I'd buy from them again...
Love the glasses! They are just a pretty & stylish in person. I would recommend EZContacts if to anyone who needed glasses or contacts. The shipping does take awhile so I highly suggest ordering 3 weeks before you run out.
I bought two pair of sunglasses and they are genuine products and such a great quality. Even though a got little scratch in 30 days and they exchanged at no cost. Realllly liked them. They save money by giving original products at low price comparable to sunglasshut.
I ordered on 1/10/19, was charged on 1/11/19, and am still waiting on my lenses. My order was placed with ample time to process and ship before I needed to switch out my contacts. Now, I have no way to see. Do they not realize that they are dealing with people's vision? On 1/21, a representative told me they would ship from the warehouse in 3-5 business days. Still haven't received any updates. If you don't have lenses in stock, then you should say so on your website. Terrible experience.
Took forever to receive my first prescription glasses I ordered. I was very happy with the great quality of the frames. I ordered another pair of glasses with different designer frames. They said 7-10 days and after day 20 I contacted EZContacts customer service. They told me that my frames were discontinued and that they failed to notify me. So glad I called or I would still be waiting. So, if you are not in a big rush to get your glasses this site is great. Luckily I have a pair to wear while I wait for my new ones.
EXContacts did refund my money. The other company delivered the contacts on Monday after ordering on Friday. Direct conversation with the company, no foreign phone contractor that is detached from the business, cheaper, and delivered in three days! It doesn't get any better than that.

So I received the email saying that the contacts were backordered and that I would receive them 5-7 BUSINESS days and they would COVER the expedited delivery (Thanks). So I called Novartis, the manufacturer after 4 days and asked if the contacts were available. They said they were. They suggested that EZContacts may not be an authorized dealer and may be getting their stock from another supplier. When I called EZContacts (always in the Phillippines during East Coast business hours) they said they were an authorized seller AND used another supplier. OK, whatever. They say now they will have the SUPPLIER send the contacts direct. OK, could have done that earlier. In the meantime I ask a friend where she gets her contacts. I go to their website. I call first to see if they really have the product. I get a real person here in the states; she looks it up: "Yeah, we have them." When will they go out? "By 2 if you get the order in soon." OK. I call EZContacts back and cancel the order, then I put in the other order which ends up being cheaper with a $150 rebate for a years supply. I send the prescription and call to see if it was received. "Yeah, we have it" (Also not in the Philippines.) Then I get an email saying again that it's in stock and I should receive the order in 3-4 days. Make your own decision, but I can't see any reason to use EZContacts ever. The delivery time they promise has no basis in reality... or the US apparently.
EZContacts has great prices, but they don't deliver the product. I ordered my daughter a months supply to hold her over until her next eye appointment. The appointment came and went. I cancelled the order. I then (what was I thinking?) reordered the new prescription and paid for the 6-8 BUSINESS day delivery. Nothing. I emailed and they said they're still waiting for delivery of their stock. So they don't keep inventory. An office, a phone, and VOILA -- a "business". They just siphon off the profit and pass the product on forward. Service is not an issue. Oh sure they say they're sorry and give a refund, but no product. The trick is either order way in advance or find another distributor.
Canceled the order... promise 5_ 7 days... its day number 25 and still no lenses. I canceled the order
Ordered my contacts on 2/11/2019 and haven't received anything. Can't get anyone on the phone from customer service or live chat... no one has responded to my emails. I've been on hold for an hour and was caller #45 - got to caller #1 and heard a click. Next thing I know? I'm caller #46 again. I linked on to their live chat and was asked to leave a message because no one could take my message. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Do not send your money here because you may not receive your order! Over 30 days ago I ordered glasses and nothing has shipped. Waiting to see correctly is something you don't want to have to wait for and they promised expedited shipping (which I also paid for). They keep giving me the runaround that they're going to be sent soon but they are not! I will never ever order from here again!
I've ordered through EZ Contacts before and had no trouble with my order. However, I recently reordered my contacts on 2/10/19 and have yet to receive it. Their customer service representative explained to me that they were out of stock with my contacts and had to order them through their supplier. Whatever you do, don't pay for faster shipping. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping, however this has been useless since I've been waiting for over two weeks for my order.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
