Ordered on 2/7. Still no order. Last week I was promised my order would ship by weeks end. They sent me 7 pairs of contacts last week to make up for the error. Big deal. Here I am on 2/26 and the order still hasn't shipped. Rip off... listing things for sale they don't have in stock. There's WAY too many places to get contacts online to have to deal with this.
I ordered contacts jan 31 and didnt get any email indicating why they didnt ship out yet. I called two weeks later and they said they didnt know when they would receive contacts from there warehouse. So in other words they were selling contacts on there website without having them in stock. They offered expedited shipping when Iasked for a refund but why would I want expedited shipping when you told me you dont know when contacts would be shipped out from the warehouse? Eventually I got a refund and I immediately ordered from Contact Lens King and received my contacts in three days, Highly recommend them! Overall never ordering from this website again after being a loyal customer for 2 years.
Wish I could give negative stars! I ordered frames on 1/3/19 and still have not received them. I call weekly and I'm being told that they're going to ship out by Friday. I call today and again I was told they would ship by this Friday which will be March 1st. My order is still being processed. I've been ordering frames online for years and it has NEVER taken 2 months to receive my glasses.
I would not even give this site 1 star. I placed an order on 2/7/19 and today 2/25/19, I have still not received my order. Their customer support reps are nice though difficult to understand, but I felt like they just kept making excuses every time I called. First time they said their supplier was still producing the order, second time they told me since I had waited so long they would have the supplier ship directly to me, third time they told me I should be receiving a tracking number from the supplier within 24-48 hours but I never got one. Today I called to see if my order had been shipped and see if I could get the tracking number they promised, and the rep I was talking to said the supplier was still working on the order. I've requested a refund now, no idea how long that will take. If they had let me know from the beginning of my order that my lenses were back-ordered, or that their supplier had been having delays, I may have been more understanding but they just kept giving me dates/promises on the phone that never were kept. Even today on the phone when I was asking to just get a refund, I basically had to fight with the rep and say I no longer wanted to wait and that I wanted my money back. He kept saying "we can wait for the supplier or the supplier will be sending you a tracking number shortly"... I do not recommend ordering from EZ Contacts. My order number was *******.
Almost a month later and still no order. I keep getting the run around about the manufacturer. I have been out of contacts for a month. Never again! I suggest you think twice!

I ordered My glasses 1/21/2019 and its 2/23/2019 I call them every week they say they are waiting to get the glasses from them manufacturer. This is ridiculous. Everytime I call they say they will send them when they received them!
This is my second order placed with them, same experience...
It's been 14 business days since my order was placed and paid for. I'm very disappointed with whatever your reason for the delay is. Their prices may be decent, but the wait is unacceptable. I guess I'll find another supplier next time.

Less than 1 Star! 6 weeks, my order still hasn't shipped, won't refund my money, nothing but excuses. My prescription meds coming from the UK and India don't take this long to ship, NO available US stock. Unacceptable, will NOT be a return customer.
I ordered my contacts almost a month ago, and was told they would ship within a few days. After a week and a half, my contacts still hadn't shipped so I called and was told they were waiting to get my contacts into the warehouse, and they were hoping they would ship by end of day. After another few days and still no shipment, I contacted the company again and was told the same thing - they were expecting to get them in by end of day, and because of my troubles/the delay they would expedite the shipping. After another few days, still no shipping notification, I called once again and not only had the contacts not arrived, they had no record of the earlier conversation nor the offer of expedited shipping. They told me they would escalate this to a specialist and they would call me back by end of day. This (surprise surprise) never happened either. I emailed them and told them to cancel my order after almost a month of this nonsense. I do not understand how a company can be run so poorly and still be in business. I ordered from 1-800-Contacts and received the contacts within 4 business days.

I am a happy return customer of this business. My work doesn't provide vision insurance, so the full cost of the glasses is my responsibility. When you go shopping for glasses and you find the frames you like, you tend to not like them as much when you see the high price tag. And then add in the cost for lenses, the price escalates rather Quickly... Searching for an alternate reliable quality source for perscription glasses at a fair price, I found EZContacts and haven't been disappointed one bit. Their selection of frames and options for upgrading your lenses is phenomenal. And when you add on GREAT customer service provided by employees like Mark Briskman you can be assured that you have made the right choice with who you get your eyeglasses from. They have earned a customer for life.
It has been over 2 weeks and still no word. Order is still processing. My little local eye doctor can get contact lenses delivers in 3-5 days and this company which is a national business can't even process an order within 2 weeks. Do not order from these clowns.
My contacts are still not here after a month. When they did ship them, it was to the wrong address. They then told me I would have to pay for the shipping to the correct address... even though the mistake was on their end. Do. Not. Use. Not worth the savings.

Horrible experience... their site policy says they will ship your item within a few days or send you an email within 24 hours if there's an issue with doing so. A week passed, no email regarding tracking and no email regarding any issues. GREAT. I send out three different inquiry emails within 3 days, no response FOR A WEEK. I open a BBB case and THEN got a response that day. Overall, it took a month to get my contacts... only after very limited responses from the company, a very lengthy BBB case that the company only responded to ONCE, and threatening to contact the FTC. NEVER AGAIN!
Molly K. Has been the most courteous CS representative that I've dealt with in a long time. She immediately looked into my issue and promptly got to work on resolving my problem so my order could go through. She was polite, efficient, and I can only hope that my future CS experiences go like the one I had with Molly!
My order is taking a week and half now and I can't seem to get a refund. I've asked for a refund since Monday since it was taking over a week and they are saying they will put my order on hold to see if there is anything I would like for them to do. Their replies have been we're checking and we apologize... no REAL answer of why or WHEN I'll get my contacts. My daughter is out and I need to get these from a real supplier. So hold my order = hold my money?
This company is a literal scam. If you order with them... do not expect to actually get the product.
The worst! They made me wait 1 month and 4 days for my contact lenses and their customer service was just terrible. I was waiting for an explanation and after my 4th mail, they replied me back and i tought it will shorten my waiting process but only answer i got from them was they were so sorry. Well i am so sorry as well because i've been wearing my expired contact lenses thanks to ezcontacts. Not reccommend it.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
