The first time i purchased it was for almost half the price i got them before elsewhere. The second time it was almost close to what i used to pay but i still placed the order. Its been to weeks i placed the order and they still haven't shipped. I just cancelled my order i think ill rather pay what i paid before and get them in 4 days tops.
Ordered contact lenses on 1/23/19. A month later, as of 2/18/19, still have not received. The only thing they tell you is that they will contact you when they are shipped.
I ordered a sun glass on line, they took the money but never ship the item, I called three weeks later, they said they will credit my credit card back, another 3 weeks went by, nothing happens, I have to call my credit card company to report
EZcontacts has apologized and I have received my order today. EZcontacts has also provided me with an additional 20 pairs of contacts at no charge as a courtesy for this matter. I am satisfied with this resolution. I want other consumers to know that each of us has a voice and unless we make it known of these types of issues businesses can take advantage of you. I do not know the ins and outs of EZContacts business and this may have just been a single issue but, I am hoping they fix this issue so others do not go through this.
My order was placed and they debited money without shipping the product. They say they will debit when product is shipped. Now, 20 some days later out money and still no product received. Lies from CS agents. Horrible company misleading consumers by low prices. Need to shut them down!

- Most recently Mark in chat room gave me link so that I could order new supply at same price I paid a year ago, which after shopping the web for hours is still the lowest that can be found anywhere
- web site is designed well, view order history, view uploaded Rx's, order status, etc etc - it's all there for you to manage.
- this is my 3rd or 4th order since my son started wearing contacts, I've never had an issue one with them. No issues with shipping or anything for that matter.
Awesome savings and has the best deals ever! They have a wide range of brands of contact lenses, frames and sunglasses. Just recently bought 10 pairs of Oakley's. I would recommend EZContacts to all my friends.
I recently ordered a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately it was already discontinued. They advised my almost right away. When I called their sales department, the sales rep showed me a pair that I ended up loving more than the original ones that I ordered! Where else can you find this type of service? Will definitely tell my friends!

I received my contact lenses 3 weeks after I place the order. I know there's a delayed but These contact lenses are awesome, they do not irritate my eyes, and they are not that expensive. Now these are what i call state of the art contact lenses, you will never find these anywhere else, only in EZ CONTACTS.
After several months of dealing with incompetence and outright lies, I can only say DO NOT BUY FROM EZCONTACTS!

They shipped me the wrong prescription and since I opened the box, they refused to accept a return/replacement. After I registered a complaint with BBB, they said they would ship out a replacement. 4 weeks have gone by, no replacement, no one returning my calls. Every time I call they say it will be shipped and someone will call me, but nothing happens.
If you enjoy dealing with useless and clueless customer service and waiting 15+ business days for an order to ship when it was guaranteed to be shipped in 7 or less and therefore not being able to see for 2 weeks, then definitely feel free to waste your time and money using this pathetic excuse for a company!
Unacceptable. Though ordering was easy, that's just a give in nowadays with any online shopping. So they get no extra points for doing the basic. The service is $#*!ing terrible because I keep getting the runaround. I ordered Jan 22 and have still not even had my order shipped. So I will be asking for a full refund.
When my order for contact lenses was placed I was told 3-5 business days... after 3 weeks of endless phone calls and emails with customer service I finally cancelled my order... no one I spoke to was able to help me. I heard 3-5 business days for 3 weeks with out my order ever being shipped. Went to Sams club and got my lenses for less money in 2 days. NEVER AGAIN THEY ARE HORRIBLE
Has been close to a month and Ihave not received my contacts. Customer service gives the run around. Website says fully shipped, but says warehouse is processing shipment. Now I asked for a refund and they say it's still processing.

Ordered contacts and never received them. When order was placed the contacts were supposedly in stock and the company charged my card immediately. After 2 1/2 weeks of going back they tell me they are not in stock and did not know when they would ship. I should've done my research before ordering from this company. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get remibursed.
I was skeptical first to buy anything from this company so I have to purchase two pairs of same glasses, one from Macy's and other from ezcontacts and I did compared. They totally identical, with same box, same feel, same glasses for less $
I'm more then happy will buy more. The best price! Tried to add a photo but getting some error.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
