I placed an order with them several weeks ago. The site says "have them tomorrow". After nearly two weeks I contacted customer service. They told me the glasses were ready and would be shipped out the next day. The next day never came. Finally I contacted them and told them to cancel my order. After a ton of run around they finally agreed to cancel. Richard said he would send me an email confirming the refund by the end of the day. Three days later I am still waiting for that email. I finally just contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company, especially if you need glasses to see!
This place needs to be shut down. I am so angry I am contacting the better business bureau to report them. Three weeks ago I ordered contacts... they still haven't shipped. My credit card was charged but I do not have the contacts. Something is seriously wrong with this company. I will also be filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Word of advice, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Clyde Williams was great! He expedited my shipping from 5-7 business days to 3-5 because I had to have it received within a few days. And it was shipped the same day I placed the order.
I made an order 12 days ago and I contacted them saying I haven't received anything and my CC was already charged. They emailed me back saying my order hasn't been shipped yet and they would expedite the shipping. What company does this? I do not want my CC to be charged if nothing has been shipped. I told them I wanted my money back and to cancel my order. They still haven't responded back. I am disputing the charge now.
Head for the hills and use a different company.
I ordered Versace frames they had listed as available. A month later it still didn't come! So, I emailed them and they said they had been discontinued. Wow. So, I said okay, is this other one available? And they never responded. So, they took my money and ran off with it into the sunset. I tried calling them but they're closed on Fridays apparently. I'll call them next week but if I don't end up with frames I'm demanding a refund or claiming fraud on my bank statement and taking my money to another website. I'm incredibly frustrated!
REVISED REVIEW: After coming across my review, someone contacted me from their company, offered me a substitute for my original order which I wanted, and then sent it out on rush order. I just received them a few days ago. I think it's great they resolved my complaint so I changed my rating. However, I'm still a little upset that it took so long and it took a review for things to be looked at. So, I think you just have to voice your concerns immediately with the company but they did pull through overall.
I made an order for contacts as I was starting to run low and chose 4-day shipping as that would have been plenty of time for the order to arrive before I ran out of my One-A-Day contact lenses. A week or so passes and I don't hear anything about my order, not even a shipping confirmation. I inquired twice about my order and was told the contacts I purchased were out of stock and that it would be another WEEK before they shipped out my order. I went ahead and canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have been waiting 4 weeks for "a tracking number" for my contacts. The turn around time is long. They don't update you on anything. When you call you get in a line of 70 people. This is literally the slowest service on earth coupled with the worst customer service. Would NEVER reccomend them!
Price is good, however, very bad customer service. I ordered glasses over two weeks ago, website implied a few days. Delivery changed 3x and still no glasses. Maybe find a more reliable delivery service or tell customers the truth about turn around time. If it was going to be over two weeks I certainly would have paid extra for quicker delivery.
The shipping problems are due to the fact that is made and shipped from china, all of it. They have been terrible for months now, the funny thing is they keep telling me its coming from italy, omg cmon just give it up. Beware people their are plenty of sites like this run by bozos who prey on you all.
Does everybody see the shipping delays on contacts on all the recent reviews? We are all getting the same story from customer service. Shipping soon. Been getting the same story for a month now. The company may be having cash flow issues or issues with their supplier. They take your money via a credit card and then sit on the order. Their website says the contacts are available. Buyer beware...
When I was placing my order I accidently picked the wrong shipping. Jayne fix it to free shipping for me!
Ordered contacts Jan. 2019 only to find out after weeks of delay, they were back ordered. They do not notify upfront contacts are back ordered. After logging several calls and online requests waited it out and incorrect prescription was shipped. Was advised to ship back for refund and then reorder new ones for fastest turnaround, which I did. I was assured new order had inventory and would ship out express a few days later. Still no contacts 6 weeks later. Call again and told lack of inventory and still have not shipped. Get cut off in mid-call or perhaps he disconnected, no attempt to call me back. Customer service gives conflicting information each time. In between had to place a separate order with Dr office for interim supply and pay hefty express shipping just to get my son something. Way too much aggravation and run around. Regret placing this order through them. Guess it's true, you get what you pay for.
The first pair of sunglasses I bought have been great. The second pair, which is what this review is based on, were prescription sunglasses. I was very disappointed with the quality of the prescription as my mom was not able to see out of them. I had to return them and was kindly granted a full refund. Hopefully, I get the money back soon.
Very helpful, he went beyond to help to order, very patient. I will be very to come back to order next time.

I regret not reading the reviews before I decided to purchase from this company. Same experience Its still processing (since January 19th). They sent one box and owe me for two more.
They were sure quick to charge my credit card for the entire order, I emailed, called tried the messaging only to receive a standard reply. They didn't even bother to read my email.
Never Again will I use this company. Now I am trying to get the remaining balance credited. I cancelled the other 2 boxes...
I've ordered 3 times from them and every. Single. Time. It takes a month just to process the order. The 1-2 day processing time they say they have on their website is a joke. Customer service gives conflicting information- in the past week I've been told it already shipped and the order tracking will be updated, it's out of stock, and it's about to ship (in that order). So if you need to save the money and have less than a month supply of contacts, just know you'll be rocking those glasses for a while. As for me, they've had three shots to get it right - never ordering from them again.
The price is great but it took me I ordered them about a month ago and still have not received them!. I just got a notification that I am supposedly receiving them this Friday. I've ordered from 1800-Contacts before and although they are pricier, I will get my order within a couple days. Not sure waiting this long is worth the price.
I ordered glasses on 01/09/19, I still don't have glasses! Customer service are a useless bunch of idiots. We are experiencing some delays from the Manufacturer, however the same frame is showing 3-5 availability on the website. Order at your own risk and if you really need to see don't order from here at all!
I chose the wrong color of the item by mistake but I could get what I wanted since they provide live chat service and respond very quickly
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
