Don't waste your time or money! I ordered my contacts January 6th. Still says being processed. CS gives canned responses after your 30+ wait time on the phone. I'm like all the others' stuck waiting. I just want my money back at this point.

Do yourself a favor and buy your glasses anywhere else but EZ Contacts. I ordered glasses on 1/4 and still have not received them. It is impossible to get help from anyone. They charged me in full for the glasses. I have emailed (no response), called (was told to leave a message after waiting 40 minutes), tried online chat (was told to leave a message after waiting 20 minutes to be connected), Tweeted and messaged on FB Messenger. Total silence. See below sequence of events. I recommend that you pay the 15% more so that you can actually receive the items you purchased.

Placed an order on 1/4 for glasses that were supposed to ship in 4-5 days. I ordered prescription glasses so I understand processing time.
On 1/14 I followed up via the help option on your website.
On 1/15 I received an email from SR (Customer Service Manager) stating that the glasses were back ordered and I should reach out if I hadn't received tracking information.
On 1/21 I advised SR that I still had not received tracking info and the status on the website said "Order Processing".
On 1/21 SR responded that the glasses will ship in 3-5 days. SR also granted my request for free overnight shipping.
On 1/27 I sent an email to Support and SR following up. No response.
On 1/28 I sent an email to Support from the website. No response.
On 1/30 I sent an email to Support from the website. No response.
On 1/30 I tried calling and chatting and could not get thru. Waited on hold for both but was never connected. Left a chat message. No response.
1/31 Sent an email to Support and SR. No response.
2/1 Tried to chat and again was not connected and had to leave a chat message.
I waited for my glasses over a month, called half a dozen times, customer representative not to good either, they can't hold story straight, one unhappy customer...
I placed an order for contacts on Dec 31,2018. Beginning on Jan 14,2019 I emailed them 4 separate times. Each time I received a "canned" reply (they will ship between 24-48 hours). Twice yesterday( Jan 31,2019) and twice today (Feb 1,2019) I tried "live chat". I waited 45 minutes each time, but when my queue was up THEY disconnected and suggested I send an email. Today, Feb 1,2019, I called the toll free number and waited on the line for over 30 minutes to cancel my order. Now, once again, I wait to see if they follow through with my cancellation request. Never will I order from EZContacts again!
As a new customer I placed my order online January 12th, I never had to do so much work in my life! It was for a yearly supply of contacts which I had to email to verify shipment as well as call on the phone numerous times to be kept on hold as well as being disconnected. Follow up is poor at best. They do not respond to email in a timely manner and when you do get a reply it is vague at best. Finally on February 1st I had to cancel my order due to lack of good customer service and no follow up.
I wish I would have known that ordering progressive lens on line can't be done correctly because my glasses will need to be sent back out to be fixed and that's more money out my pockets

I placed my order and expected to receive my contacts w/in 1 1/2 weeks. (1-2 days to get out/3-5 days shipping, according to website.) When I didn't receive a shipping notification, I sent a message - it took them three days to respond to my message. Their answer was that my contacts would ship shortly. It had already been 10 days since I placed my order! (In the meantime I received three junk emails from them trying to get me to order more.) I cancelled my order with EZContacts and placed an order with Walgreens. (It ended up being less expensive and I received my order w/in 5 days!)
I have had the run around for months. Ups has opened a claim 4 times no results... be careful ordering with them.
Love my Michael Kors glasses. Great quality, fast shipping and loved how the product came in the package. The extras were great too.
Customer rep had limited product knowledge and was double billed a month later. Tried contacting customer care about billing and got no response. My credit card company had to get involved to reverse double charges.
Ordered 2 x boxes of contact lens & paid for the extra speedy shipping fee... After 7 days, I got an email mentioning that they are "sorry" and they will try to get it out after 10 days but with no UPS tracking info.
I called their customer service but i was only line for over 30 minutes-Forget it! Send an email but never replied to my message. Called and emailed them today but finally got someone to respond... I believe they don't have a in-house customer service Dept., it's all done overseas!
This sucks... as of today after 2 weeks, I am still waiting for my contact lens!

Wont be doing this again second time ordering with late arrival but this time its later. Ordered a week ago contacts havent even been shipped yet so i dont know how long this will be now. Asked for a refund and kind of got an answer so we will see on that. Again definetly not ez or reliable. F n A
Ordered contacts two weeks ago, nothing received yet. Received an email apologizing for the delay and order will be shipped soon but still nothing yet. Called for update 20 minutes on the phone waiting and the customer service rep stated he couldn't look up my order, computer needs updating. What kind of service is this!. They said they would call me soon, still no call back or response to my email. Avoid this sub par service.
This is my third purchase from EZ contacts. They always have the best deals online. Customer service was friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience there! My lenses just arrived, and are great! They came right away! I had an amazing experience with the customer service! I will definitely do this again in six months!

I ordered contacts on Jan 11,2019 and got free 5-7 day shipping. That was no problem as I ordered with 3 weeks of contacts still left for me. No where on their website or my order confirmation did they state that these contacts were not in stock. A full week passes by (Jan 18) and my contacts have still not been shipped. I email them that 18th and again on the 22nd with no response. I call and was on hold for 30 minutes before the call was "suddenly" disconnected. I posted on their Facebook page and my comment was deleted! And I was not the first one who's comment was deleted! I finally had to go through the BBB on the 25th and MIRACULOUSLY my order was finally shipped out the 28th. This is the second time that I ordered from this company, and the second time they've had this type of delay. They wouldn't cancel my order both times even though the order wasn't even in stock or shipped. They even made me pay for return shipping. Please, save yourself the headache and do not order from here!
I ordered my contacts 16 days ago. For the last week, they've been telling me they're working on it, they're working on it. The status says fully shipped, but then the site says being processed. They happily took my money immediately but where are my contacts?
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
