I am actually returning the pair (ordered 2) of glasses that shipped as they are two big. That is not the issue. The issue is that a month later I have not yet received my 2nd pair of glasses with 0 follow up or communication as to why. I have already paid in full as well! If they do not fit then I will not be within the return policy window. This is a big issue as the other pair within the order were to large!
They have the best prices anywhere prices on beautiful designer glasses and excellent customer service. I absolutely love my glasses and received them very quickly. Highly recommend.

The prescription lenses were so poor that I could only wear the glasses for less than 5 minutes before it would hurt my vision.

My frames were backordered for a couple of weeks, but I got my glasses about as fast as I would have from the store, and they cost less than half of what they would have! Ordering was really simple, they turned out perfect!
The story was they were back ordered but the lack of professionalism and follow thru was extremely poor.
False shipping time frames. If you order do not expect the item to be shipped right away. Rather rediculous. Wish I read the reviews first.
I had to send the glasses back after my daughter wore them only twice because the lens fell out. They charged us for the shipping of the repair a week before they even shipped the glasses back and I had to ask them about it. The glasses all of a sudden shipped and I got confirmation the day after I emailed them. I don't think I would order from them again.
This is the harshest headache caused by an on-going, unprofessional customer service experience that I've endured. If I could take back the past few months that I've dedicated to--at the very least--getting the frame and prescription properly fulfilled, this place of service would have been avoided. I'll never consider using EZContacts ever again. No thank you for your unfulfilled promises as well.
Love my prescription glasses and there service my glasses got here within 2 weeks which is awesome and not to mention their prices are really reasonable thank you EZ contacts!
The order was placed on Jan 30th which your site said ships same day than hours later I get an email it's on backorder. Then I finally get the glasses and they are terrible. The lens sticks out of the frame even though your site recommended the poly carbonate lens. Then I contact customer service and they take forever to answer and are telling me I have to pay a restocking fee on lenses that look terrible! Horrible experience.
Recently purchased my second pair of glasses and save 2/3s over eyeglass store. I choose my glasses locally and then order from EZContacts. High qualify frames... love them both!
I waited over 2 weeks for my glasses to come in when i was told 3-5 days. Couldn't get in contact with customer support. Finally get my glasses and the lenses are not cut properly. There aren't smooth edges. Overall sloppy job, disappointing after waiting.
Order took too long to arrived and when order was delivered it wasn't correct. Wanted a refund but was going to get charged a sunglasses restocking fee for sunglasses I didn't get. So I just decided to exchange them rather than pay a restocking fee for something I didn't get.

This was my first time buying from ez contacts I used live chat and received excellent service. Received my glasses and I love them they were perfect. Overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend buying from them.
Basically, you get what you pay for. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses for a vacation that was suppose to arrive in 2 weeks. A week after I ordered the glasses they told me the glasses would take another 2 weeks to be delivered. I called and let them know that wasn't going to be okay since I needed them for vacation. They told me to go to the webiste and search for a pair that was in stock. After looking for about an hour a found another pair I liked that was in stock. I called and placed another order and let them know I needed the glasses delivered before my vacation in a week and half. They promised, confirmed and guaranteed my glasses would arrive before I left for my vacation. They did not. They say they arrived while I was gone but I have not seen them and I am having a lot of trouble tracking the glasses. Overall, I had a terrible experience. Next time I will pay a little more just to have better service.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
