I hate giving anyone less than 5 stars. The glasses are a great price and appear well made. My issue is that for company selling online their communication is terrible. They have 2 statuses, processing order or shipped. Seeing the same status for 2 weeks made me wonder if my order was stuck or something. When i called they seemed like i was bothering them.
Ordered glasses. Said they'd be here in 3-5 days, took two months to get to me. Yah they put in the right frames, but the service they should be offering is speed of service. Anyone can put lenses in glasses.
The product was great but the service was horrible. I pay 20 dollars extra for 2 day shipping and got it 8 days afterwards. Thats not good satisfaction there.

Perfect prescription lenses in a great frame at an un-beatable price. My local optometrist couldn't match the price.
Got everything in a reasonable time! I sent one email with a question to customer service and they got back to me the very next day.
The lens in the frame were to be ground to my prescription? The ones returned to me were way off and give me a headache. I replaced the prescription lens with the OEM lens that came with the frame. It taught me a lesson about trying to get prescription lens done in New York when you live in Bend. It doesn't work!
Cheap ain't always better! The worst customer service I've ever received in my life! I will never use this company again!

This is my second year ordering my glasses through EZ contacts. The prices are great and glasses always arrive perfect.
Please do not order here, it is not worth. I could not get my son's glasses after 30 days make a order and endless emails. Finally i bought from local optical store. And filed a dispute for this transection to credit company.

Love my glasses and the price was great. They took a little longer than I expected to ship. But I sent an email asking for the status and got a response right away and they shipped out about a day later. I would buy from them again.

After placing my online order, I had a difficult time finding out exactly when my glasses would be delivered. I was finally told that they would be shipped out the following day. I was also told that I would receive tracking information. Several days passed and I never receive either. This was incredibly frustrating, because it is really difficult to get someone on the phone. Everytime I called, I had a very long wait on the phone... one time over 30 minutes. I finally started using their chat option and was told that I would be contacted the next day by a manager, and I was not. I chatted again and was told that my glasses had not been sent to me because they did not pass a quality control check and were having to be remade. I did finally receive them, however there is an issue and I called to ask some questions. The call center operator was not able to help, so I asked to speak to a manager. Of course, the manager had just gone into a meeting, but they said that they would give her my information and she would call me back. She did call me back, but I unfortunately missed her call. She left a number where she could be contacted, but I have left 3 messages and have still not received a call. This process has been very unpleasant and arduous and because of that, I cannot recommend this company.

My glasses is a perfect fit! They arrived on time with great clarity and perfect fit... excellent service. I would highly recommend!
The product was very good and high quality less than half the price from any brick and mortar store. I do recommend it and will use the service again
I spent over 900 dollars on 5 pairs of glasses and I need to send back 2 pairs for a refund and nobody will respond to my requests. They asked me why I was sending them back and then they don't respond. This is not a way to get return customers...
I have a very common prescription, so I was expecting a faster turn around. The glasses sat in "processing" limbo for 2 weeks. They arrived quickly once shipped and are great otherwise.
Didn't give 5 stars because the shipping was slow and didn't ship when it originally told me. Customer service was a little slow, when I called to check in them. The price and quality was great!
I waited far too long to receive my glasses I ordered... 18 days to be exact... found out that there was some sort of delay getting the frams... the website states that I would be contacted if any delays were to take place... which I was not notified... I had to call twice and no one could tell me when they were coming only that my order was processing... that was the same thing the website said... then when I finally received my glasses there was a scratch in the middle of the right eye... I thought about sending them back but then decided not to because I didn't want to wait almost a month to get them back... I ended up going to a local store to replace the lenses... over all disappointed

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
